Until now, I am satisfied with my community. The housing people are all nice, and the community is quite. When we moved in, the unit is clean and good maintenance, also, the technical support guy is very nice and friendly. He was very patient to teach me how to use the alarm system and AC.

This community is okay. Most of the residents are friendly. Pets are allowed, but many pet owners do not pick up after their dogs even though there are bags and disposal bins available in several areas of the property. As far as I can tell, they do not treat for mosquitoes and there is lots of standing water around the property (fountains, low-lying areas). The building in which I live is quiet, but I have heard complaints about loud parties elsewhere in the community. The management is quick to act when you have any sort of problem with your apartment. The main maintenance guy is awesome.

Nice community. Safe and fairly affordable. Location is the best part. As you are next to the Buford Connector, you have easy access to Druid Hills, Buckhead, and Midtown. The leasing office is a bit disorganized. It might not be the best place to live if your move is imminent.

I honestly feel that , overall, the community here is excellent, especially with the tasteful recent renovations. The security has been stepped up 10 fold. I definitely feel much safer inside the community now. The presence of the security officers is great.

I have lived here for four years. It started out great -- any issues were handled promptly and courteously. There was definitely a sense of "community". Since that time, and the exit of the property manager, complex has continually gone downhill.

The office staff was very helpful getting me into a great apartment, the perfect size for a new couple. It is the perfect spot for my job (Virginia Highlands) and my fiancees' (Buckhead). We love the greenery and the quiet insulation from the nearby highway. The parking deck on the back-side is a unique feature and very convenient for the 2nd floor up. The pool deck is simple & clean, and the leasing office has a good place to complete simple business tasks. The fitness room has the basic essentials to maintain cardio, a couple machines, or free weights. A prepay laundry room is also available on site. My fianc?e and I have opted to rent washer/ dryer for greater convenience & laundering privacy. Great advantages: Publix, Kroger, LA Fitness, and many other awesome shops & stores are just a minute down the road!

I looked around the area for apartments for a few months. Monroe Place was by far the best looking, with the most features, and at a great price. The staff was extremely friendly and understanding. I would definitely recommend these apartments to a friend.

I moved in to a studio apartment in June of 2013 and lived there up until this past week. Early on there was a few issues but those were promptly taken care of by the apartment staff and management. The management at the complex has always been helpful when needed and very accommodating. The grounds are well maintained by a professional landscape company on a weekly basis and the pool is always crystal clear. I've never heard the neighbors on either side of me and hear minimal noise from the neighbor above. Much less than I've heard in many other complexes. The location is superb with easy access to I-85 north and south, 400, Buckhead and Midtown. This complex is worth the look.

Great neighborhood for pet lovers. The homes are beautiful! Wonderful staff, management, and maintenance team. The neighborhood has easy access to the highways. The people in the community seem really friendly. The location of the neighborhood is close to many shops, restaurants, and stores.

Lived here a few yrs. Upgrades are seriously needed and not offered anymore. The rent is overpriced and the owners and management think they are giving you a deal, yeah right. What a joke! Office management is horrible and lackluster. They might as well level the place and start new. Don't waste your time. You can get better quality in the area for the money. Trash heaps are common at the dumpster and pet waste all over. Somewhat noisy as well.

Living at Monroe Place has been a pleasant experience and I have had no major issues at the community. It is a very quiet place to live and has many residents that have lived at the community for years. The location is ideal for being able to get to Buckhead or Midtown.

Monroe Place Apartments is a quiet residential area which has a clean compound with attractive buildings. Residents are friendly and very respectful. The leasing office now and then arranges get together "parties" at the pool which I think strengthens the home feeling . A great place to live in midtown Atlanta.

I do not mind living here. The sewer bill is higher than it should be. I can hear my neighbor's baby pretty easily, but it doesn't bother me. I am moving because I found a better deal and location, otherwise I would probably stay here. Safe here.

I have had roaches and had to spray my apartment myself to try and get rid of them even after the complex said they had someone spray. The dumpster and recycle bin often look like a trash dump. probably the reason there are so many roaches. thanks

I really enjoy the community except for two occasions. #1 After being mistreated by the staff with lack of respect and courtesy, it made me slightly upset. #2 The Tenants above are just way too loud and disrupt healthy sleep for the family. It really is the main reason for us to have to begin to look elsewhere in the upcoming months...

The staff and service at this community are excellent, as are the upkeep and appearance of the apartments. The location and highway access is almost unparalleled. The only drawback to this community is the frequency of break-ins, both to cars in the parking lots and the apartments themselves. While this is not surprising due to the location of the community, it appears that management could take more proactive steps (24-hour security officer(s), better lighting, better working entry/exit gates, etc.) if they were willing to spend the money.

Having a gate and security officer is very appreciated. The dog park is a great asset as well. I'm not sure I've ever walked away from a conversation from management and been satisfied, though. Their motto seems to be "the customer is never right."

Close to everything but office staff is the worst. How three people can be so busy doing nothing all day is amazing. The maintenance staff speak Russian only - just walk in Apt whenever they want. Kitchens are cheap cheap cheap - and windows are single glass - cold comes right through

The Monroe Place leasing team was amazing, from start to finish! I've seen some teams come and go, but this one is incredible and here to stay! They've truly overhauled Monroe Place Apartments. Amazing community, complex & accommodations for an affordable midtown price. Love living here!
