Management is not responsive to excessive noise issues, illegal drug use and safety concerns. I was told by the associated manager that the pool facility is public facility and they cannot keep non-residents from using on property amenities.

Great experience. The staff cares about quality of living. Often vehicles can be annoying playing loud music while passing / idling in the parking lot. Buildings are clean and the green space is very well manicured.

I have been a resident for 8 years and my experiences living here has been great however no apartment complex is 100% perfect. All the years I've lived here i have limited maintenance request. The staff is very professional in addition to maintenance team. The landscape is always neat , grass cut and if any trash picked up. The community is quite and the neighbors are friendly.

I love my apartment! It my first apartment and I've been here for almost 3 years now. The office staff and maintenance know my boyfriend and I very well, and are always such a big help. The pool is awesome and always a lot of fun during the summer. The grilling area is right across the street from my apartment, as well as the dog park. Everything is so convenient. There's a grocery store and gas station in ughh across the street as well as a little plaza with offices and eating places. I love this apartment! I wish I could but it and never leave.

I rather speak to person in office. Since this has been a long going issue. If I can be transfer to a better apartment I would greatly appreciate it. I prefer a bottom floor apartment that's safe for my 2 year old.

Most of the community is rude. Not even a simple head nod or hello. The office is unresponsive, multiple issues with water that were reported as an emergency only to go over 12 hours. I had to call, to again notify them. Good luck getting anything but a voicemail that won't be responded to. Their excuse was staffing on the maintenance side. The second time I waited an hour and just walked to the office. Also, you will not feel safe. Not to say you won't be, but multiple non-residents sitting outside gate in their cars waiting for someone to come in so they can enter. Cars speed through the lot and majority of residents are inconsiderate at parking. The recreational amenities are nice, not the laundry, but the gym, tennis/pickle ball, and pool are great.

Jennifer is amazing But that unit I don't like and I want to be moved or I would like for everything to be replaced and re painted . The sliding back door area is also dirty and dusty. Missing one of the blind handle

The community is rather nice. Not too loud and nothing dangerous. A lot of convenient stores around here. The apartment itself should not be as expensive as it is listed, however, due to the quality of the interior itself.

My experience at this community has been an enjoyable and rewarding one. The management staff is cordial and extremely helpful. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and workorders are completed in a timely manner. The location is, centrally, located to my employment and other points of interest. It's, definitely, worth an onsite visit and tour, in order to make an informed decision. Add this community to your consideration list!

Seems like a great community. Love the renovated unit on terrace level. It feels secluded and very quit. Close to Interstate 285 that is super convenient. Fast access to buckhead and downtown Atlanta.

Very nice and clean community. Active management and includes a lot of amenities. Maintenance is very involved and have a great attitude. The clubhouse is always clean and comes with alot. Gym is large compared to other community gyms.

After two weeks of being in my place, I knew that I wouldn't renew my lease the following year. There was an ongoing issue with roaches the entire time I was there. Despite several visits from pest control, nothing helped. Two months after moving in, I had a gas leak. Ended up having to find somewhere else to stay for 7 days while the problem was fixed. After 3 days, I was told that the leak was addressed and I could return to my apartment. As soon as I walked into my apartment, the smell of gas was even stronger. I immediately called the gas company back out and sure enough. there was still a leak in my apartment. Plumbers came back out and eventually fixed the problem and left a HUGE hole in the wall. I phoned management to complain and they eventually sent someone out to patch up the hole. Towards the end of my lease, there were two separate incidents where I heard gunshots while trying to sleep. Not sure what was going on but the police did respond to the first incident. I was also told by Cedric that my water bill would be based on the number of occupants( I lived by myself) and it would average about $25 a month. FALSE!!! I paid about $50 a month because it's based on the number of bedrooms, not occupants. I will say that Allison (property manager) did her best to address issues that occurred during my stay. If it had not been for her, I probably would've moved out much sooner.

It's nice place to start in Atlanta. It's 15 minutes away from Downtown and right off of 285 which is great for me. Neighbors are nice. Also the Kroger is a life saver. Have taking photo shoots in the Clubhouse which is the best part of the complex.

These apartments are very spacious for a one bedroom. The bedroom, bathroom and the living room are very spacious! Great location! It's convenient to grocery stores, fast food restaurants, local parks.

Great office and maintenance staff. They are always extremely helpful. The amenities are really nice and they also have a dog park. Additionally, the apartment complex is gated so that provides extra security, which I value a lot.

The apartment is the lowest rent price in the area. It has enough amenities. The neighborhood is also pretty quiet, and I felt safe. The management staff are superb! The area has litter that could be picked-up, but otherwise everything appears clean.
