DO NOT rent in this apartment complex the columns at vinings, you will have so many issues that will never get resolved. Managment sucks, they don't communicate with the tenants, you will put an order request and it won't be done .

    There are too man issues. Nobody has a sense of urgency when making repairs. Ive been having the same issues with leaks in the ceiling from other people apartments and making multiple repairs for the same issues since i have been here. They also moved me into an apartment that was knowingly not ready.

      I enjoy this small quiet and clean community. Along with the great resident service from the leasing office to maintenance staff. It is a peace of mind to be in a community where staff immediately address your concerns and feedback for improvement.

        Since the change in ownership, the property has improved tremendously. The new team is nice, courteous, and professional. I have been a long-term resident and I feel at peace when I come home which is important.

          Victoria, Nicole and Alyson (not sure if I'm saying or spelling that correctly) have been wonderful. The maintenance guys are great, very helpful and have been more than helpful with what they have to work with.

            My experience has not been that good. It seems like everything in the apartment is falling apartment. I had to request for maintence at 10 times in a month. The main issues have been plumbing issues. My bathroom was flooding out. The issue was not handled properly. I was told that I needed to wait for the carpet to dry. This will case mold in my apartments. I'm having second thoughts about completing my one year lease here, due to being exhausted from all the issues. My neighbors also have my apartment smelling like marijuana. My experience has not being that great so far.

                I love living here! Management is awesome and Erica knows me by first name since the day I signed my lease and has been so helpful. Maintenance is prompt and fixed any issues i have in a timely manner. The apartment complex is located conveniently too.

                  The front office needs to be more organized and on the same page. I kept asking questions about my moving in situation and for different answers from everyone and then walked into my "new apartment" and had a toilet in the living room, both bathrooms incomplete,front door lock broken,etc. my downstairs neighbors are always loud and have my apartment smelling like weed.

                        My experience here thus far has not been great. This apartment has inconvenienced me in many ways, and I am still waiting for a washer and dryer that should have been in my unit before I moved in. The maintenance work is sloppy and they don't communicate well. I suggest you look very thoroughly before choosing this place. I do not recommend.

                          Just moved in. So far so good. It's right in the interstate, not far from the local mall. Everything is close by. The gym is up to date, swimming pool is specious, they have a car washing area if that matters.

                                Since ECI has taken over the property, it definitely has improved. Maintenance is more responsive to requests. They keep the complex clean. They have renovated alot of amenities. The gate is always working.

                                  Love this apartment complex. People are great. Amenities are amazing. No worries regarding crime or theft. Highly recommended. My dog loves the dog park on site. Everyone I've met so far has been amazing and kind and helpful. The gym is the best I've seen. (I should probably use it more often! LOL)

                                    New management team. The management team are struggling to meet the needs of tenants. When legitamate problems arise, rather than address them, they simply disregard your concerns. The main manager is very shifty in her responses and works hard to deflect any responsibility for wrong-doings on her behalf. Very unprofessional. Either the corporation itself places immense unreasonable pressure on property management or their standards for hiring staff are questionable.

                                        my first unit was a complete disaster. there were several water leaks, which caused bugs. everything was old and outdated. they tried to charge me upon move out for things that were broken before i got there.

                                            When I moved into the Columns at Vinings, I was hoping to find a home for the next 2-3 years at least where I could feel comfortable and enjoy living. Unfortunately, only 1 month into my lease and I've already decided that I will not be staying here for anything beyond the next 11 months. In my first month, I've had constant bug issues that remain unaddressed, lazily done repairs that are incomplete and speak to the level of quality the maintenance staff aspires to deliver, and have had property damaged from a flood resulting from lazy workmanship from maintenance on the apartment above mine. Thankfully, the neighbors are nice and the facilities on site aren't too bad. However, the poor care of the staff here has guaranteed that I will not be staying with the Columns at Vinings in record time!

                                                  The initial experience was horrible, lack of communication amongst the property management staff, and the maintenance team. Renting an apartment in the dead of summer with no AC, and a laundry list of things that needed to be addressed. Yet renting the apartment anyways. There's been some changes in staff and appears to be moving in the right direction as of late. Apartment living certainly takes a bit of getting use too, if you've not been part of that for many years.
