Love the area but it's too expensive for what you get. Good location and would be happy to renew the lease but the rent is raised to high and you are charged for everything. Trash pick up should be included in the rent.

I've lived here a little over 1 year and overall I have to say, thoroughly displeased. I believe the problems are so much bigger than the staff. Maintenance does come out and TRY to help but the problems are so much bigger than them. I have only lived in one unit but from the other reviews I've read seems as though the whole complex should be condemned. There is most definitely mold in the walls. It comes out usually in the bathrooms and around windows. Maintenance or contractors will come and spray paint directly over mold to cover it up. Mold takes years off of your life! The condition of the air was so bad in the unit we asked for air duct cleaning and to replace the air filter. The air filter was completely black and a professional said not only that he'd never seen an air filter that dirty but there was no way that it had been changed within the last 2 to 3 YEARS! The most devastating part about my stay in this place is the RAT. The people in the office will act like they have no clue but, there are most definitely rats. I have only seen one in my apartment but I have confirmed with TWO previous residents that they have most definitely come in contact with multiple rats. Critter catchers are ineffective. They cannot stop an infestation. Spray paint does not stop mold. All I can say is if you value your life you won't move here. Black mold and rats can literally KILL you. I wasn't able to catch pictures of the rat, they move alot faster than u may think.

I had pest issues immediately upon moving in, before my furniture even came. Pest control initially only sprayed in the bathroom and kitchen ? makes no sense ? so I had them come back out a couple more times. I later found out through a member of maintenance that it was because of my "neighbors". It makes sense to treat the building, but what do I know? I decided to put insect repellent plugs throughout my unit. Within the first few months of residing here, there were CONSTANTLY emergency vehicles being called to the area. I am unsure if that was for medical reasons or what. There were also reports of auto burglaries, a fitness center break-in, and the gate was ALWAYS broken. At one point, the call box was COMPLETELY destroyed?as if someone smashed it or ran into it. I had maintenance come out to see about the windows in the main bedroom/bathroom. A contractor came out, but has yet to replace the windows, which he said I shouldn't use. The windows have still not been replaced and that was the first quarter of the year. We are halfway through September. The pool area is ALWAYS a mess. I went out there one Sunday and there were food containers and drink bottles/cans all over. I submitted a work order while out there and minutes later, I received a notification that my request has been completed, when absolutely no one came out and I was literally sitting right there lol WHAT?! I never have my direct emails to office staff responded to. The lease states that there are fire extinguishers in each unit. However, there is only ONE fire extinguisher in each breezeway for ALL the units ? including the terrace level and upstairs units ? to share. Imagine having a dependent and being required to run up- or downstairs to retrieve a fire extinguisher in a hurry. Hate to see it. It's a "cute" unit. The color scheme is consistent and really pretty in the kitchen. Be advised, though, that there is very little cabinet and countertop space. The maintenance staff is friendly (one being a little too much so) and responsive, but sometimes they seriously don't know wtf they're doing lmao. They mean well, though. Overall, I would not recommend at the current price. It has increased SIGNIFICANTLY since I moved in. To be honest, it was overpriced at that time as well, but I liked the easy access to the interstate. I suppose that's what you're paying for (being right ITP)?oh and almost DAILY landscaping. (Like, wow. Grass does not grow back THAT quickly.) At the time, I honestly should have moved to this other community that was $15 less than the advertised price of TCV: it was bigger, had a fireplace, and was walking distance to The Battery (and fast food restaurants, if that's your thing)?minutes from Akers Mill [read: Total Wine and More] and Cumberland [read: Costco]. With that being said, do your due diligence before settling ??.

The community is relatively clean. The location is probably one of the best you can find. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Maintenance is much more responsive and quick to come out. This management group is way better than the one that was here back in 2014.

Staff is very friendly. Apartment has numerous grills and spots that make the community feel more like a home. Staff always answers the phone and gets to know members in the community which make us feel safe here. The complex is clean and bug free. Also they offer a trash pickup that makes it convenient for those who work long or different hours.

Office staff and community is amazing. However whoever's responsibility it is to make sure that an apartment it's up to move-in standards is lacking in their job responsibilities. I can't see where you should have 25 issues upon move in. The most severe issue that concerns me is the fact that I cannot sleep soundly knowing that I have an electrical short within my apartment. I can see if by the end of the workday today it is not repaired and I'm going to a Hotel. I seriously don't feel safe sleeping somewhere with unknown electrical short compared to actually kill me and my neighbors for that matter.

Nice, quiet, gated community, great pool and fitness center. Minor maintenance issues are fixed, usually same day. Some amenities could use an upgrade (laundry for instance) and the addition of grills by the pool would make this place perfect

During the tour, ask and look to see if your apartment is next to train tracks cause if it is , the noise from the trains will be so loud it will wake you up at night. The screeching train sounds ugh!

Moving in was great but since then we haven't heard anything from our leasing office. I submitted work orders that were ignored and asked for help and never heard back. The woman I was contacting left our complex but they didn't shut down or monitor her email so I had no idea. Our rent went up a ton and was not given with 90 days notice so we didn't have enough time to line something up before having to commit at 60 days. The apartment is great- but apartment life and leasing office is not.

Everything was fixed correctly. They came out in a timely matter and fixed my kitchen sink. Thanks for the repair. Any time I put in an order. The maintenance take care of it for me. This a good community to stay at. I enjoy everything.

The hallways to the apartment are not nor clean. The few neighbors I've met are friendly. The office stafff is very professional and attentive to clients /tenants. I like that they remembered my face and name. Each encounter with the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Columns at Vinings provides an affordable apartment homes at a great location. The proximity to downtown Atlanta and ease of access to 285 are the reasons I moved here. It's also a walkable neighborhood with Kroger's neighborhood walking store in walking distance, Shell Gas Station right outside the complex, and a few restaurant options also in walking distance. The staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt when it comes to handling maintenance requests.

I moved into Columns at Vinings in January and it has been a very good experience so far. Grounds are clean always, it is gated and also situated in a very good location. My apartment has updated amenities which I love! My leasing agent was Gabriel Correia and he helped make my transition very smooth. He is very friendly, professional and great at his job. Gabriel always ensures that all my concerns are addressed in a timely manner and that has made my whole experience worthwhile. If you are considering moving here, ask for him!

I dropped by the Columns at Vining's Apartments on Saturday. I was very impressed with the customer service given that day by Cedric the Manager, he was amazing...…..He was courteous and very informative. He made my experience great. I had been to several other apartments that day and quite frankly the customer service was nothing like at the Columns at Vining's. Cedric made me feel so welcomed and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would recommend everyone to Cedric at the Columns at Vining's. I look forward to becoming a resident soon. Awesome place and Manger (Cedric).

The staff is courteous and they do a good job. My neighbors are very friendly and we look out for each other. Our apartment is close to a lot of things to do. The only thing I don't like is when people have guest they is TL up close to the building instead of away from the building. So if you live here, you don't get to park in front of your building.

quiet just as I like. pool area is great. the grills are nice. the pool table works fine. The gym is very nice except for having go up and down a bunch of stairs. Oh say can you see by the dawns early light.

A lot of bugs in the summer. Very affordable. Convenient & safe location. Never any rowdy. Management can be a little unprofessional at times. I'd rank it an 8/10. Perfect place if you're looking for something cheap for the time being.

The Apartment complex is attentive to your needs and understanding. The new property management implemented some much needed upgrades. But rent should not be raised every year for already existing renters.

Horrible worst apts i ever lived in. Roaches , maintenance dnt come right away, hard to get in contact leasing office, noisey neighbors , terrible job outside and inside of apts not worth what they charging

I've been living here from since 2019 and so far I love the place, my deciding factor for moving here was the fact that there was a stackable in the unit. However it is very small with no storage other than your bedroom closet. I love the proximity that it is to Highway and it's very close to my job hence the reason why I've decided to stay another year however I need more space so this will probably be my last year

When me and my roommate first moved in in 2018 it was a pretty decent experience. After signing our third lease I don't know what happened but it hasn't been too pleasant. Maintenance requests have gone ignores. Neighbors have lied and we've received letters of complaint without anyone ever actually talking to us. We feel like units not people as the office is not very forgiving for having one late payment after 3 years of on time payments. No sense that they care what's going on. Just really fell off.
