It is very clean and quiet. The apartment is spacious. It is very close to work and the Braves stadium is also close by. It is near downtown Atlanta. The gym is nice and accessible. The neighbors seem nice.

I have just moved into the Colums @ Vinings community. I had lived there before 2002 thru 2008 and I loved every minute that I lived there. They have since up graded the workout facility and pool and rec room. All very nice.

I hated living here. It was the biggest mistake of 2019 for me. It started with Nicole lying to me about a move in special and then it ended in Allison proving to be the worst person I've ever encountered in this industry. I would never suggest my friends nor my enemies to move here.

Its been a pretty good experience over all. Maintence has been responsive and acted on minor issues. The office staff has always been very courteous and attentive to issues and have always worked diligently to resolve them.

The move in process was very smooth and easy. everyone in the office played a big role, the community is well maintained and the gym is great. Also the location everything you need is near by. It just a good place to be for myself and family at this time.

This is my very first apartment, and I could not have found a better place to live. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring. If I ever have any concerns, they are taken care of immediately. I love living here and plan to continue to do so.

Let me start off by saying don't even waste your time moving here. You will not, and I repeat, WILL NOT be happy living here. I've been living here a little over a month and it's literally been issue after issue. I'm disappointed I let myself get bamboozled into living here. The pool and the gym are nice. The location is just right for me. However, that's about it. Please don't be fooled by the renovations. They put new flooring and sparkling countertops in to distract you from the awful patch jobs they've done previously. The 1st unit I was in was riddled with spiders. The first night I was in there, I killed 10+ spiders. I'm thinking maybe the apartment has been vacant for a while, so fine. Then the next day, I come home to kill like 5 more spiders. I called the following morning about all the spiders. I was informed the pest control was coming that day and I would be put on the list. Did the pest control help? I have no idea. I don't believe they even came to my apartment. I was killing spiders almost everyday. I eventually decided to go up to the leasing office, and realize that they don't even know if pest control came. They asked me if the pest control people had come. Like what? I would think they would be the ones to know if pest control came. Long story short, Terminix came out. I was home this time. The Terminix guy said there was nothing they could do about the spiders. Please keep in mind that my main concern at this time was the spiders. I didn't even go on about the other things like… no hot water for the first two days I was here, or the screws sticking out in the bathroom cabinets, or the leaking ceiling in the bedroom -_- I just wanted to have a resolution about the spiders, but the leasing seemed to be dragging their feet. So I just sent an email requesting to transfer to another unit that was not on the terrace level. So after I followed up numerous times, they got us transferred to a new unit. So far no spiders :) However, when moving in this unit we noted the base boards were not repainted. They're literally brown in certain areas. The bathtub was not refinished. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen do not close all the way. There was no handle on the toilet - had to make a DIY toilet handle the first 2 or 3 days. The contractors cut the wires to the dishwasher so it didn't work for the last two weeks. The only way things get taken care of is if you pester them in person, and that hardly works. Don't waste your time calling. I've come to realize that the leasing agents do not relay messages to the manager as they say they would. I called today and ------ answered the phone. I specifically asked to speak with the manager -------. She said she was "unavailable". She said she would pass my concerns on to her. So when I come to the leasing office after work, once again, ------ said ------- was "unavailable". However, I was looking DIRECTLY at the manager. How is she unavailable but she's sitting right there talking to the man who walked in 45 seconds before me. Anyway, I can only assume ------ was unhappy with my persistence in waiting in the lounge area to speak with the manager, and began making unnecessary commenting. When I expressed that her comments were unnecessary she began verbally attacking. Next thing I know, we're in a LITERAL shouting match. How ------- unprofessional. This is how I came to realization that our messages do not even get relayed to the manager. When I asked her if she even relayed my messages, her words were "it doesn't matter" "she's busy". Even after I stopped engaging with her, she continued to make unnecessary comments, and ------- heard her. This was it for me. I did not deserve her uncalled for attitude. This has gotten very lengthy so I'll leave it at this, just don't move here. You may end up having a leasing consultant yelling at you because you want to speak directly with someone who can get your complaints taken care of in a timely fashion.

It had its ups and downs ,everything was some what fixed. The unit was rushed to move us in back in 2018, so a lot things were halfway done at the time. We went back and forth the get things corrected. I would say the living conditions were about an 85%.

The community in general is very clean and maintenance is quick to respond if there is a problem. The apartments is a nice size apartment, the only complaint I have the master bathroom is small and there is not enough closet space in the bedroom and cabinet space in the kitchen.

This property is centrally located in West Atlanta close to everything. The property has updated the facilities such as the pool, pool area, new recreation room, new gym, and management is new. You are within 5 min drive to grocery stores, restaurants, interstate, Braves stadium and Cumberland mall.

Apartment is overall nice, great location, landscaping and community is kept clean and safe. The inside of the apartments need to be more updated. There were issues moving in such as Dryer vent is broken, main bathroom toilet does not flush, spare bathroom fan does not work, multiple light switches through out the apartment do not work including the ones by the front door, porch, outside closet, and spare bedroom. Walls should have been sanded down and repainted, along with new trim. Move in process was easy and the staff are very friendly.

Quiet with excellent staff. Maintenance is very quick to respond and very trustworthy. Nicole, in the office is the best. She is very attentive to the needs of the tenants. I've only been here two months but it's been a pretty good experience overall.

It has been a great experience. The location is great and the staff is always very helpful. It's a safe and clean environment. When I moved in, I was skeptical due to some reviews I read. However, the old reviews appear to be with old management. It was a great decision moving to the complex.

I love my apartment. The landscaping, leasing office, and entrance are so appealing. You can't wait to come home. I especially enjoy the layout of my one bedroom apartment. It is so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. Then, relaxing, after a hectic day, sitting on your private covered deck drinking a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and pet friendly. You also have access to I-75 and I-285 .You are right there or you can avoid the expressways altogether. You can use the streets to the major malls, Cumberland & the Galleria, restaurants, shopping centers, hotels, bars, and SunTrust Braves Park.. My apartment is in an awesome location to live and feel safe.

The apartments are fine. Great location and the office staff is very friendly and get your problems solved as soon as they can. If you live in the area, I suggest that you go to the office in person as you may not get them on the phone on the first try. The apartments are being updated, so that is nice. The terrace level apartments are a little cave like but it is easy to overcome with plants and bright furnishings.

Apartment is very nice, and the staff has been great and very helpful. While moving into my new apartment, there was a small maintenance issue. Contacting the staff brought a fast response, with the issue being completely fixed very quickly. I really like my new place. Thanks again to the office and maintenance staff!

A tour of the community was not done and therefore the initial on-boarding was not good, but I understand that the employee who handled my lease no longer works in the office. The rest of the staff have been superb at handling my questions and making me feel welcome.

It's simply ok, not awful in every way but hasn't been great. We had repeated poor experiences with the leasing office upon moving in, apartment wasn't ready for move-in when they said it would be, some ineffective maintenance issues. That being said the apartments are perfectly nice, love the floor plans and the amenities are good as well
