It has been rough so many issues with this complex mold roaches and bugs. It is not a pleasant community with all these problem and my rent is high and unit has too many issues, please consider re doing the whole complex

HOLD I BECAUSE I HAVE A STORY FOR YOU!!!!! with pictures. Recently there have been horrific events occurring in my apartment. Due to an ongoing leak and serious mold issue that has been spreading viciously for over 2 months the maintenance team cut out a large portion the ceiling of my guest bathroom. When I exclaimed my concern with having a large hole in my home, I was told it would be patched and fixed by Friday 6/29 by Brandon and the maintenance team. When I came home from work Friday evening, I walk in to see that there is still a large hole and it was still leaking after the leak was "fixed." I called the leasing office and left a message, but no one ever responds to the voicemails. Around 4 am that same night, there was a big thud coming from the direction of the bathroom. That night I had fallen asleep on the living room couch, only feet away from the bathroom. When my boyfriend went to check the bathroom he was greeted with the hissing of a LARGE POSSUM. This is my worst nightmare. I have not slept at home since that night because of the "what-ifs " and the large possibility this can happen again. When maintenance came the next day to "cover the hole" I was very disappointed to find out this meant simply placing a piece of wood on the ceiling. This was a great example to me of the negligence of this establishment. That is a quick and temporary fix that could have prevented the incident in the first place. However, considering this is how the apartment has been for 3 days with no word of when it will be addressed it still is not a solution because there are open gaps and it is still leaking. The possum also too a sh!1 in our bathroom. There has also been a huge problem with spiders and other insects. Update 8/29/18 there have been 2 leaks since the possum incident they didn't do ANYTHING AT ALL and on top of that, one of the leaks spilled into the carpet and completely ruined my favorite sandals. I am sooo ready to move out of this nightmare apartment If you move in will regret it completely. Since I've been here my car has been keyed, the gate has worked 3 weeks out of 52. AND THEYVE DRIVEN ME CRAZY. of and they have a roach problem. to H377

The property Is well maintained and attractive. Most of the amenities are being updated which is nice. They even have a nice size dog park. Although the dog park has tons of mosquitos and mud/standing water in areas so not ideal. The car wash on site doesn't have working water. The gates typically don't work, but usually the exit gate works even when the entry doesn't. The real issue is the staff and maintanence . The customer service blows. Work orders take forever to get completed and usually don't get finished or done right. My a/c broke 6 times this year before it was finally replaced. My broken ice maker was replaced with a fridge that has no ice maker. The worse part is I've spoken to 3 different property managers about these issues over the last 9 months and still not everything has been solved. At least the huge hole in my ceiling was finally fixed after 5 months. Don't move here!

This has been the absolute worst apartment complex I have lived in. Management is terrible and does not take the concerns seriously. I was moved into fully damaged apartment. Maintenance has been sent to my unit 1501 every week since I moved in on August 10th. I still have issues that are not resolved. ECI, they management company, is not even courteous enough to reach back out to me either. I have been complete miserable living in this community.

It's been great so far. Jennifer and Brandon have been great. The community is beautiful and the grounds are kept up. The apartments are nice especially the upgraded models. I looked for all of those different factors in deciding on my apartment.

We are new to the community but So far we love it here.. we are looking forward to being settled to enjoy all the upgrades that are being done. The location is one of the best to get anywhere you want to go or stay close to enjoy fine dining and shopping.

I stop by to see a model and was told that the apartment becoming available for lease would look like the model. Beware of deceptive behavior by leasing office. If there are issues with your unit, office will accept no responsibility for condition of unit.

I am in a renovated apartment. These newly upgraded homes are nice, but the contractors are cutting more corners than Edward Scissorhands. Been here a year and still working out the kinks. The staff has always been friendly, even if it takes constant reminding to get stuff done.

DON'T MOVE HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND !!!!!!!...DON'T BELIEVE ME ASK ANY RANDOM RESIDENTS THAT STAY HERE .MY APARTMENT HOME IS MOLD INFESTED AND they still haven't fix it n dish never work that cuz bugs to be in the home

Although the apartments look very nice and I love the area... I've tried getting maintence tickets taken care of for almost three months now with no resolution. I've called and visited the leasing office numerous times and the tickets are still not resolved.

So far I'm dissatisfied with the service provided. I got my keys a month ago and the things that needed to be fixed have yet to be fixed. I've gone to the front office and asked at least 4 times to have maintenance come out and fix what needs to be fixed and they have yet to their job!

The units are a good size and the people in the community are all really kind and considerate. I think the units could be better maintained. It's a decent place to rent in a good area but not forever. My only concern is how strong the buildings are structurally. They are rather old and the flooring under my tub has obvious water damage (hopefully not to the support beams though it wouldn't surprise me). The new owners are renovating lots of units and I hope their contractor spots these things and fixes them. Otherwise the floor may feel solid but really isn't.

Despite what other online reviews say, I have had no problems with the management here. In fact, everyone I have worked with has been extremely friendly and helpful. There were some unacceptable issues with the apartment upon move-in, but when I called and put in maintenance requests, both the management and the maintenance technicians were all very concerned and accommodating. The unit's location is the main issue with the place for me right now, being so close to very loud trains and the woods, which allow for more insects and less sunlight. But other than that I am happy here, especially for the price.

Overall I have really enjoyed my experience here. The location, apartment, community, and staff have all been great. The issues I've had have been minimal, but they all boil down to the management and office staff sometimes not properly communicating when work is being done around the community. Not a deal-breaker, but can be frustrating at times.

I regret signing my lease. Freight train comes through all times of the night, my building always looks a mess with furniture ect in the halls, no lights on rear of the building very unsafe, maintenance moves at a snails pace I waited almost 3 months for my walk thru maintenance requests and only 1 thing has been addressed! Gate never works. I want out!!

I just moved in, it's ok so far. But I have had a few kinks here and there but I'm looking forward to calling this home. The appliances are awesome inn the home and three location is great too. Right next to the mall

They were unprepared for me to pick up keys, the vents are filled with animal hair, ceiling in laundry area is falling down, spider webs everywhere, baseboards need replaced, walls are water damaged. I have stopped in 3 different times emailed and called but no one has been able to help

My experience with this company was the worse I think anyone could have! Mold, Bugs, Incompetent Staff! AVOID MOVING HERE!! If ECI GROUP Is still over the property, RUN!!!! I have been in my apartment a month and already am being forced out so proper repairs that should have been taken care of before I moved in can be done!

This property is ok. I do feel that they can make some slight improvements. I have been here for over a month and I still do not have a key to a mailbox. Everytime I inquire I am told that there is not a key for my mailbox and that they are getting new mailboxes. My only issue is how am I supposed to get my mail?

The leasing office NEVER answers the phone. My dishwasher has been broken for months after several techs coming out and leaving it broken. They claim to be ordering parts. Work orders are never fulfilled. The breezeway is filled with leaves and debris that never got cleaned by landscaping. The grass outside my unit is grown out of control. The gate is always broken. The clubhouse has been under construction for months and probably won't be open anytime soon.

The ceiling leakage in our master bathroom is getting worse and worse and there is a huge hole in ceiling from which water came down directly whenever people above us use the shower. Dirty water is everywhere on bathroom floor and the carpet in master bedroom is wet because of it. The whole room smells like damp wood. I don't know what is the problem with the maintenance crew. They cut the hole in ceiling and left it like that for months. We have been reporting this ceiling issue for months and no one came to repair it. We submitted maintenance request online and somehow it was marked completed while nothing happened at all. We went to leasing office on weekly basis to complain about this issue and still nothing happened. We talked to the receptionist, assistant manager and manager about this. In past several weeks, we've been told the person who is in charge of this issue was away and would be back in next week. Still nothing happened and no one came to check the condition. This leakage has seriously affected our health and daily life since the master bathroom is not usable at all for months and it wakes us up in the midnight when people above us taking shower at 3 a.m..

So beyond annoyed right now. The pool and gym have been closed for months, which is annoying on it's own but I get it, renovations happen. What IS super annoying is when they say it will be open the weekend of 6/2 and it's not, then they say it will be open 6/5 and you show up to it chained at 7pm and are told it will only be open from 10am to 6pm until further notice. If that were the only problems here, that would be ok. 2 months ago their system messed up and charged me lare fees on my rent. After a month of telling them I wasnt paying for their mistake they finally said they were taking the charges off. This month I get my bill to not only see the charges but leftover rent due as some of my rent was used towards the late fees. Given, they aren't still trying to make me pay it but it shouldn't take 3 months to get my rent bill to read accurately. Work orders take forever. My kitchen light was out for weeks because the work order wasnt "emergency" The light in our outside corridor has been out for months, making getting up and down the concrete stairs at night hazardous as hell. I'm so happy my lease is up in August. The rent is pretty decent but only when you include the amenities, which dont and haven't existed for some time. The gate is always broken, which I honestly dont mind. It's when they randomly fix it for 2 days without warning, and I have people calling me from the front that they can't get through that it's a pain. This place started going seriously downhill with customer service when ECI took over. Add all 5he dog parks and grills you want, it doesnt make up for ---- service.

This community has really evolved with the new staff. The leasing team engages with the community through fun activities like food truck Friday's. The renovated clubhouse is state of the art including the fitness center. I'm proud to live here and you cannot beat the price for the area that the complex is located in. Love it here!

I'm not happy with the quality of this complex. For the price I pay and the current state of the complex I could go to a newer complex down the road and oh the same amount. I would not recommend this complex to anyone unless the complex significantly made improvement to quality.

It's a very quiet and safe property. The apartments are modern, clean and a nice size. Its close the highways and great restaurants. Love the fitness center and pool area. They are kept up well. Enjoy living here.
