March 21st 2026, it was quite hot and my air went out. I had my grandchildren visiting from Chicago. I called maintenance emergency line and a gentlemen came out to assess the situation. Stated that he could hear the humming outside the unit and would be back the next day, which by the way was even hotter. About 2pm the following day, my apartment registered 85 degrees inside. Everyone miserable. I called again, and this time, Courtney came out. He took his time and did not leave until the air was flowing properly. Let me day this, I was rude when he walked in. No excuse for that at all. I did apologize to him but I want to publicly apologize again for being sharp with him, regardless of I was irritated because of the heat inside. That was wrong on me. Thank you Courtney for your exemplary work which you always provide. On the following Tuesday, the gentleman that came out Saturday when I first called, came by that evening to fix my air! I informed him that Courtney took care of it 2 whole days ago and thanked him anyway. Ms. Sadie

Enjoying my Apartment

I have really enjoyed my residency at Birch Landing Apartments, I come home from work daily ready to relax and enjoy sitting on my balcony when weather permits. It's very peaceful. Birch Landing have so many different Activities to attend Monthly they really care about the tenants ,they Community meetings to keep you informed . The Staff here impeccable and care about you, John (Assistant Manager)and Portia(Manager)have been Awesome Managers. The entire office Staff and maintenance are very friendly. Came to Birch Landing, apartments a few times to inquiry about the apartment Derica assist me with helping me with my decision along with the rest of the staff . Miss Anet , Porsche, there’s a guy this is at the front when you first walk in can’t remember his name or the lady that is behind him, but she has beautiful dimples everyone was so friendly.

I had a great experience visiting the apartment complex office. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the process easy to understand. The office was clean and well-organized, which made a great first impression. This is my experience here since 2014: A hidden gem in Douglasville, This refined gated community's full of amenities; two pools, a Jacuzzi hidden walking path, with a family feel! The staff is OK. The property is cool. Everyone minds ltheir business neighbor wise when there is a problem, Dericka and John will make sure they do what they’re supposed to do to get things done for you. And try to get it done immediately the space in certain floor is huge over all great place to live

Great Community

I’ve had an amazing experience living at this apartment complex! From the moment I toured the community, everything felt welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. Nice!!!

I had the best experience touring an apartment with Birch. I have been looking for sometime now. I will say the customer service was excellent here. The staff was so friendly I have to send a special shout out to DErica she was so kind and very knowledgeable about the apartments. I love these apartments they are nice cozy and clean. The property managers are attentive and ready to solve any issues. I haven’t had any major problems but the are attentive and actually care about their residents .

Walked in and it smelled amazing in the office and everyone greeted me and was very nice and friendly. The property was exceptionally clean and i was surprised to actually see gates that work. I toured 2 properties before this one and the gates were broken. My tour went great and the inside of the apartments didn’t disappoint at all. The unit was painted well and had new carpet and even a sunroom. The leasing agent D’erika was very knowledgeable and showed me around the property and i loved it. They have laundry facilities all over and that makes it convenient for anyone without a washer and dryer. The apartments themselves have connections as well. It’s was an overall great experience. I’m looking forward to apply and moving to birch landing.

Nature and Community

As a resident going on their 3rd year here, I have to say I am definitely enjoying this community. This apartment complex gives the illusion of being in the middle of nature. There are beautiful trees, babbling streams, paved walking paths that go through the apartments which are quite scenic in any season. It definitely feels like nature is all around you, BUT, quite literally, there's a plaza with all types of shopping and services, all within walking distance! Access to I-20 is close also. There are weekly activities for those who enjoy getting together with their neighbors for mutually enjoyable activities. Currently, there's a book club in action, that I've been thinking about joining.?? The front office staff are courteous, thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable (and no, this is not a Paid review, lol). They really are. Maintenance is always friendly and respectful of property. They respond quickly to service requests and rarely have to return for the same issue. Overall, Birch Landing is a great place to live, especially if you enjoy nature with convenience.

Got my apartment in December and every week the office calls to check in with me. Trash pick up is on time. I feel like when work requests are sent they take there time in the day to double check to my satisfaction and have community events that sometimes have gifts. I appreciate the help and all the support they gave up to this point.

I am leasing a one room apartment at Birch. It is an ideal size for a single individual. The kitchen is modern and the neighborhood is quiet. The community as a whole, is relatively quiet, even though there are furry creatures (pets) living in the community.
