Avonlea Highlands has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained, and the entire team has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our move-in seamless and stress-free. It's rare to find a property that not only looks great but also has a team that is such a pleasure to work with. Appreciate Gwen & Wendy help along with the other staff member. They all played a part in a smooth move in! I highly recommend Avonlea Highlands to anyone looking for a smooth and professional leasing experience!

Spacious and well kept. Gated beautiful community and wonderful pool area with BBQ grills lovely business office, great staff, if you do a tour on your own you have to use a credit card but they don't charge it

Staff is great! It's not dirty but the common grounds could be better kept, and for newer renters dealing with washer/dryer rental or slogging to the laundry room may not be worth it. Proximity to Kroger & town is great! But if you commute outside of Cartersville that road/turn can be a nightmare entering the highway. It's a solid choice but do carefully consider what inconvenience you can deal with.

Our leasing consultant has been awesome. Even when I called to ask questions (I had a lot of questions) Alexia Sterns was what sealed the deal! Alexia was 1000% professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring and knows her business! The propert itself feels safe and welcoming and I cannot wait for some warmer weather to use the beautiful amenities.

Having lived here in for about four years in two different style of apartments, I can say that its been worth the cost of renting here. It has mostly been peaceful, quiet, and have had some good neighbors. It is very conveniently located near several grocery stores and places to eat.

I live on the second floor of the building 2. The unit directly above me has no carpet, and the people who occupy the unit is extremely noisy, and there is very little insulation between us, if any. Dropped objects sound like a gun fire, running and jumping often starts before 7 am. Management says there is nothing they can do since the noise is not "continuous" even though the noise can last 15-20 min at a time. Other than the noise the apartment is at a great location, maintenance responds quickly, the rent is reasonable. Since I work during the week I've decided to stay here but noise is making me consider moving.

So far so good...Alexis has been awesome at front office. They've worked with any issues I have experienced and resolved them promptly. It's very quiet other than a dog that barks non-stop but it's not loud enough to really disturb me

Na I am currently not interested in leaving s comment. Great place to live. Clean. Kids are a little noisy but not bad. I wish apartments had updated thermostats and dog park. Parking is good. Maintenance is awesome

This complex I have found to be very quiet. Landscaping is here each week to keep the grounds manicured. Repairs are taken care of quickly.. Management is eager to help in any way they can. Not a bad place to live..

Avonlea Highlands Cartersville is everything I anticipate in an apartment community. It is exceptionally managed and maintained and the apartment layout spacious and upscale. Additionally, having like-minded, mature adults as neighbors is essential.

This community is looks wonderful. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, creating a relaxing environment to live in. The residents are friendly, and we were told there are plenty of events designed to bring everyone together. The apartment complex is also in an ideal location?close to downtown, supermarkets, and filled with sunshine. Overall, it looks like a truly lovely place to call home.

Cartersville is a laid back town with all the shopping and restaurants you will need, Lots of community events and farmers market to keep you involved, I am buiding a house here because of the views of the mountains, and trailes and water activities at Lake Allatoona,

Great place to live. Very pleasant office staff and the maintenance team is top notch. Highly recommend this community to live. Grounds stay super clean, pool is nice and they have several community events to join in and have fun with your neighbors.

Very good but when my power went out last year, they advised they didn't handle that but the power company said they have to send a technician first. They made it right in the end but I had to call the main office.
