I have enjoyed living at Avonlea very much. The staff does everything possible to make sure all the residents needs are met. It is within walking didtance to shopping and resaturants. Neighbors are mostly friendly and helpful when asked..

Pathetic. Dehumanizing. Humiliating. The staff are the most disrespectful pigs in the industry. I have contacted their superiors numerous times, and have yet to receive a follow up to correct the incidents. A joke.

Avonlea Highland has many home qualities. The community grounds always nice every year. Office staff and maintenance always on time. Excellent parking. Location is in great area. Major grocery stores, restaurants and retail stores very close. Overall I can call this home. Great job!

The grounds are beautiful, and meticulously maintained. The office staff are courteous and friendly and quickly attend to any concerns. The maintenance staff very rapidly addresses any problems. Our experience here has been EXCELLENT!

Lovely place and enjoy the beauty and totally safe living here. The people are all so kind. Our dog lobes all the other pets. Our kids are thrilled with the play area and the pool.

Regular calls regarding quality of living conditions. Prompt maintenance response. Never had any issues with neighbors concerning noise or quality of living arrangements. Only maintenance issue was replacing my water heater which was completed in a timely manner.

A very nice apartment community with lots of events to attend. It is quiet, with great views from your balcony if you select the right apartment. Maintenance is quick to respond to all service calls.

I love so much this place! We need more complex like this. My son loves it and my family came to visit and were amazed on how beautiful and safe everything was. All the personnel is attentive and very charming.

Once I spoke with a representative and then took a tour of the community. For me it was a rap, I got a good feeling about the property. I'm a retired State Trooper, Security was a top priority for me. The location of the Highlands was prime.. I felt very comfortable. RUSSELL JOHNSON

When I first moved to Avonlea Highlands I'm 2015, everything was fantastic. Then after my dog was attacked by an off the leash pit bull, everything started going down. The residents don't care about the safety of others and the community has really gone down hill.

Very Clean, Safe, and Secure Complex ! It has been a pleasure to live here as compared to complexes we have lived at in the past .I would highly recommend this facility to anyone moving to the Bartow County and North West Georgia area .

This property is exceptionally well maintained. The staff is always working on something - pressure washing, painting, cleaning, etc. Each and every service request has been addressed the same day, with follow up if further work is required.

Avinlea Highlands is a safe, upscale community. They offer many different social mixers during the month. The office and maintenance staff's courteousness and responsiveness are second to none. I was extremely satisfied will the customer service for the 13+ years I was a resident.

The complex is very nice and convenient to everywhere, shopping, restaurants and the interstate. The office staff are great, the grounds kept clean. There is a trash compactor and mail station. It is somewhat expensive to rent.

Overall very positive experience I would recommend to an associate or friend. The community is friendly and the grounds are kept beautiful. My only complaint is that the neighbor above me is noisier than I would prefer.

I enjoy living in Avonlea Highlands apartments. They are high quality apartments and the staff takes very good care of the residents. It is convenient to town and a higher class of residents. The facilities are nice and well kept. You can't go wrong here.

This community is nice, convenient , quiet and very safe. I've enjoyed living here and meeting my neighbors! A small group of us walk a few night a week:) Friendly staff and people here. Would recommend and the rent is reasonable for this area. A bunch of new restaurants just opened and convenient to I-75.

The community is quiet and overall well kept! The apartments are spacious. Our office staff is truly the best at making everything and leveryone feel welcome. Great community! The pool area is being renovated and will be even more beautiful this year!

Great apartment. Pet friendly, which was key for us. Awesome staff. Excellent location. I always felt safe and comfortable here. Service requests were always completed in a timely manner. Everything was convenient. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

it is a very nice apartment complex. It is very clean, the landscaping is always kept up and nice and clean. It is a gated community. The pool area is always well kept and very nice. Maint always responds quickly to fix items reported. Bert is a great help around the complex. Nice place to take a walk as well.

Best apartment complex in Cartersville. Great location, professional staff, beautiful grounds, friendly neighbors. Easy access to I-75 and local restaurants/shops. Only negative is fitness center needs upgrades.

I lived here March 2016 through April 2017 and this place is clean and peaceful, which is a must for me...I read the reviews before moving here and must admit they do charge for you certain things but after living here it's well worth worth only complaint I had was my door was left unlock twice by the maintenance staff...I was very upset about it being that I come home late staff did reach out to me and apologized and handled it accordingly...I hardly had any interactions with the staff so I can't really comment on I will say the few times I did they were complex is close to I-75, shopping and restaurants...overall I would recommend this place...
