Beautiful apartments, conveniently located, and very safe. My only issue is they are a bit pricey with extremely high late fees and could use updated bath tubs and shower heads. We for the most part have enjoyed our time here.

The apartment is nicely appointed and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is responsive and skillful. The location is near restaurants and all the shopping you need. It is a nice place to live.

Though I have lived here a short period of time, the apartment complex is so much better in comparison to the last apartment I had been living in. It feels more like a home. Better amenities within the community. Management very respectful and responsive to issues or requests. A major plus and improvement to our living situation.

Love! Everyone is so friendly. It's quiet and well maintained. Lots of social events to attend. The pool area is so nice and the pool is clean and beautiful year round. I only wish there was a dog park and a better gym

Overall, this is a great place to live in Cartersville. There are many community events, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. There are many eateries close by as well as a large grocery store right across the street.

It's very quiet, very. clean, very safe! Staffs are very very nice and hospitable. Neighbors are very quiet. It is my pleasure to find a such nice satisfying place and don't have to worry about unsafe times.

Would definitely recommend this complex staff is so very helpful and it is very secure The amenities are very nice. It is a great location to live close to restaurants, grocery stores, and interstate is about two minutes away.

Overall, I would recommend living at Avonlea Highlands if you are going to live in Cartersville. Pros: recent renovations are beautiful, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and recess lighting under the white cabinets. Saltwater pool, new grill hooked up to a gasline to start it up with the press of a button. New fire pit also hooked up to a gas line. Dogs allowed. I do believe this is the nicest complex and best complex to live in in Cartersville. Cons: I was led to believe I would have vinyl hardwood in my unit, but on move in day I learned that units on the 2nd and 3rd floors have carpet throughout so that the units below don't have to listen to your steps. There is vinyl hardwood in the kitchen and bathrooms and one hallway. It is carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Rent is pretty high. No dogpark in the community or anywhere in Cartersville. All of our cars got broken into when the gate was open (but this is pretty standard for any apartment complex.) You must pay your rent by check at the front office to avoid a monthly fee. We find ourselves driving 20 minutes down to Acworth/Kennesaw for restaurants, parks, dog park, to see friends, etc.

Overall the renovations are decent. However they overcharge for what actually has been done. The three bedrooms are more realistic around 1400 a month. The location is great, the community is quiet. Office staff could be a little better, maintenance is decent.

Avonlea Highlands is an amazing community to live! I would recommend anybody to live here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They're always there to listen. And the apartment is completely DATED!

Clean, convenient, safe, nice and friendly . Location in center of all shopping stores. Service on school buses, communication of management personnel very professional. Lot of entanglements , pool, fitness

The community is very safe and clean. The units have been renovated. Everything feels so new and clean. The grounds are well kept. The staff and grounds crew are constantly working on updates and cleaning. They make you feel welcome and inviting here. I like that there are community events to include residents.

I love living here. I always feel safe walking my dog at night. I also love how it feels like a community here where the office staff is always putting together some sort of party or meal for the residents.

Great community and great management!! The office staff makes you feel like family! They are always making sure you are well taken care off and also holds dinners during the week and involves the kids during the summer with pool parties!

Apartment is well maintained with staff really friendly and helpful. Apartment is secured and have gated community to keep nuisance out. That was the main motivation when I rented this apartment. Apart from that, neighbors are nice and keeping common areas clean.

These apartments are very safe and I feel like I am home when I pull in the drive. I never feel scared like at my last apartment, I work a lot and when I come home it's nice to know I live in a community that is welcoming.

Good location and easy access to highway. Security is not an issue and residents are friendly and pleasant. Staff is always friendly and helpful. More expensive than other apartments in the area but is a nice place in general

Very nice and lots of room. Very quiet and peaceful We really enjoy our sunroom. Grounds are beautiful. Enjoy the swimming pool. Gym is very nice. Appliances need to be updated like they did light fixtures

I have felt very safe and pleased in my apartment thus far. I appreciate everything that the staff does like events and leaving treats on our doors. I'm also happy that things are being renovated to look updated. I'm hoping my unit will be renovated eventually.

Great- love the apartment! Very comfortable and secure. Staff is always helpful and courteous. Most neighbors are friendly. This is a kid friendly environment and also caters to seniors. Would recommend for families and seniors.

Apartments and the grounds are kept neat an clean. Apartments are also being up graded to a more modern look. Plenty of shopping and eating spots available and within walking distant. A little on the pricey side, but if you want class this the place for you.

Avonlea Highlands has proven to be a very friendly, safe and quiet gated community. The view of the sunrise in the mornings is beautiful since it is so close to Pine Mountain. The office staff is top notch.
