They have the best office staff. They keep the grounds laundry office on site is nice to sure you don't have neighbors above you. Mine are so loud sometimes I feel like they are gonna land in my apartment. I asked her why they are so loud and the running in there apartment is loud it an all day thing. She told me get use to it due to that it was apartment living.

The staff help in any way they can. It has been a pleasant experience. The grounds are lovely and surrounded by trees. It's quiet and pleasant. The apartment we looked at was very clean and bright. Highly recommend.

Nice community that is kept up nicely by maintenance. Gate at the entrance has been broken for months so anyone can walk onto the property. The pool area is nice but gets crowded. Windows excessively sweat and causes water to build up but overall a nice and quiet place to live.

Office needs work. They need to provide an email for residents to have a paper trail. There is a lack of communication between staff and even more so relaying those to the residents. One person will say one thing and another says they're incorrect.

The apartment is very nice and the grounds are very well kept. The residents here have all been friendly. The atmosphere is very peaceful and pleasant. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect place.

Very clean, safe feel, Staff and maintenance are very prompt and reliable, grounds are always kept up and community areas like the pool and gym are also always kept up very nice and cleanly. I look forward to staying here as long as possible

This apartment complex is close to everything I need and close to my job. These are the main reasons I stay here. The rent is crazy expensive and goes up every year without offering more value. I don't have many complaints

The apartment is generally clean and quiet. Good location, the highway entrance is within in a mile and most of shoppling places and restaurants are with in 5 min driving distance. A Kroger is right across the street, which is located in 5 min walking distance.

Quiet community with a lot of families. Very pet-friendly and quality apartments. Maintenance request are handled quickly and done right the first time. Plenty of restaurants and shops around the area, plenty in walking distance.

We love living at the Avonlea Highlands apartments in Cartersville! It is a quiet and nice community. Apartments are updated and nice. Lots of grassy areas to walk your dog which we love! Location is also awesome.

My top priorities, whether I'm living in an apartment or a house, are safety, cleanliness, and noise. Each of these priorities has been met to my satisfaction as a tenant at Avonlea Highlands. The community is quiet, safe, and well-kept. The front office staff are friendly and always working to engage community members through holiday events, food trucks, and game nights. The maintenance staff are incredibly nice, competent, and responsive.

Very modern and up to date apartments with open, large floor plans and affordable rent compared to other complexs in the area. Community is clean and safe as well with gate access to the property. The staff does an amazing job of making you feel welcome with a ton of community events put on by the staff.

Since 2013, Avonlea Apartments was the only decent complex available in Cartersville. With many newer apartments available, Avonlea will need to be competitive with rates for me to continue renting here.

I like living here. It has a great office and maintenance staff. The building is beautiful inside and out. The grounds are well landscaped, the security gate keeps non residents out, it is quiet, we have a dog walking yard, a car washing station, a beautiful pool, work out room and laundry room. Plenty of parking spots and a handy dumpster for our garbage. I highly recommend this apartment complex for your new home.
