My experience at this community has been very good. It is conveniently located to I75. The grounds are keep clean and neat and the apartment is a good value for the money. Maintenance is reliable and efficient. Would definitely recommend this community.

The overall experience here has been a pleasant one. The staff is very courteous and the newly renovated apartments are very nice with great appliances. The location is easily the best you could ask for sitting near I-75 and downtown cartersville. There are plenty of stores a stones throw away and makes it easily the best apartment option in town

I have been a very satisfied resident here for 3 years. I feel it's a clean and safe environment for my daughters. The office manager does a great job especially since it's a large complex and the maintenance team has always been just a call away...day or night. I've been pleasantly surprised at how often upkeep is yearly here. I come home with a nice note on my door advising of before and after maintenance will be done. Even down to changing lightbulbs and filters regularly. It's not priced like any apartment but you are getting way more than a regular apartment anyhow.... it's luxury living!!

I live in a newly renovated apartment on the property. I love the granite counter tops and matching appliances. The plank flooring is great along with the garden tubs! Also I love that the maintenance staff are quick and efficient if I have any requests.

Choosing to move to Avonlea Highlands Apartments in Cartersville was a sudden decision and one we fully regret. Having experience from living in a couple of different Apartment Complexes in Cobb County we expected a few bumps in the road here and there, but right when we moved in we were warned, by our neighbors, not to get on the office ladies "bad sides," otherwise we'll have a "bad time here." That should have been enough to get us looking for a new place right away but we signed a 12 month lease. Within 2 months the water heater busted with minor water damage down the hallway. Luckily the head of maintenance was amazing and he fixed us right up! After our lease was up they raised the rent over 9 percent, which is unheard of in the small city of Cartersville. Overall this apartment complex is seriously overpriced ( high turn-around rate for residents and everyone always complains about the price for the reason they move ). Now Avonlea is doing "upgrades" to all the apartments but they're upgrades that should have been done years ago, especially for the price, but now they're asking well over $200 more per apartment because of these so called upgrades. Cartersville isn't a big enough, or well know enough, for such "luxury pricing." Take your residency elsewhere!

Very friendly, easy to work with. I like the monthly calendar and events! Feel safe, like the gated community...quick to repair things. It is quiet but like a neighborhood where the kids can be outside and are safe! Always seem to be doing upgrades to make it a nicer place to live!

Not worth the money. Residents are rude. Office staff is ruder. Apartments are out of date. Facilities are lacking. Staff does not respond to calls/emails. Courtesy Officer is a joke. Gates remain open.

Avonlea is a beautiful complex located in the heart of Cartersville, Georgia. I love how convenient it is to everything, but it feels like you are nestled in the Georgia mountains once inside the gates. I feel safe and my kids have really enjoyed the friendly community!

I absolutely have loved living at this property. It's extremely quiet, compared to previous apartments I've lived in, and the staff and maintenance crew are incredibly helpful. The location is perfect- you're two seconds away from the interstate or 41. The finishings in the updated apartments are nice, and the rent is fair. I've recommended these apartments to coworkers and will continue to do so. I would only move if I found a house to buy, but these are hands down the ONLY apartments worth living in within Cartersville.

It has been wonderful overall. The only downside is the cost of rent, and the amount it increased after one year. The staff is exceptional and the events are fun! The community is very well-kept and has the best pool I've seen with an apartment complex. Would recommend if you can afford it!

I moved into a one bedroom apartment this past year at Avonlea Highlands and was pleased the amount of safety I felt. This was my first time moving alone and wanted to be somewhere I would not be scared walking to my door. I have never had an issue here with that and I know that is a concern for many first time apartment renters!

We never thought we would like living in an apartment inside city limits, but this place changed that. The management staff is amazing. Grounds are well kept. Facilities are clean and accomodating. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. We are not apartment people and we were happy here.

Avonlea Highlands apartments are very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in the Cartersville area. It is located near interstate 75. The ground and Buildings are well maintained. The staff and maintenance are excellent, friendly, and professional. There are regular scheduled community events.

The community is so clean and nice. All my neighbors are so nice and friendly. This never happened while living in Kennesaw. I love the staff at Avonlea Highlands. They are always helpful! I will continue to live here next year. The community and apartments have been a great starter "home" for my husband and me.

It's a good place to live: right on the road and near the highway and multiple grocery stores, restauraunts, etc. The front office staff are helpful and nice people. Maintenance comes into your room a lot but whatever. Some stuff is not great, like the dishwashers or the exercise room but it works as a place to live.

I really have only had one issue and that is the confusion on whether or not a garage is available to rent or not. Just seems that there is a communication gab in office that needs to be cleared up. Everyone is friendly and the grounds are clean. I feel safe and my family feels safe. The location is perfect for all our needs. These things are more import anything else to our family.
