Avonlea is clean and quiet. It is a family safe community and a professional community. Which is hard to find. The office staff are helpful and engaging and they remember you by name not a number. The maintenance crew is impressive and knowledgeable.

Renewed room is nice. You can feel the history from every corner.I don't feel like the filters or details were cleaned before moving in. And not recommend 1st floor. High humidity and mildew. but overall, acceptable

It's a wonderful community. It's really peaceful. The community is right off 75 and has easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Great location and great staff. The apartments are a little older but they are very modern inside.

The community is a beautiful place to live; appearance, maintenance, office staff, and residents are all very nice. The spaciousness of the homes always impresses any visitors I have. The ease of using the amenities is perfect as well. Please consider this apartment home community when searching for a new place to live.

Love the location of the community on Main Street right at I-75. The pool area with firepit and large outdoor tv area are perfect for events and hanging out. I personally love the food trucks on site to allow us to stay on the property and experience different food options from the area.

It is a wonderful apartment community. The management staff does a very good job and the maintenance staff is dependable and efficient. The amenities and very nice and well maintained. The grounds are way above average in appearance. The community feel with activities is a plus.

Neighbors are nice, location is great and I like the 1r1b sunroom layout. The sunroom is a great office. Apartment windows weren't properly sealed on move in and it has taken me all year to try and get them fixed.

There is not enough parking available in certain areas. , gate kept getting broke. Loud neighbors. Over priced for the amount of space. Wasnt worth it. The apartments are smaller than expected and the rent increase isnt worth it. Also there are hidden fees in bill pay and when using online payment it charges a hearty am out for convienience.

For the most part everything is great. The only complaint we have is little parking on the weekends. We should be able to find parking spaces close to our building. This hasn't been the case since we have lived here.

Love it a lot. It's been good but there is a lack of parking sometimes. Other than that have not had a problem. Nice pool, gym, and club house. 10/10 recommend to people of all ages. Very welcoming community

Apartnents are very nice, grounds are nice but you can hear everything in neighboring Apartnents. Numerous times contacting office via messages left emails and via portal with no response. Office not helpful.

From the time I moved in, the thing I think I loved the most is all of the families in the community. Everyone has gotten along so well and we have made a lot of life long friends. Over the past year it seems like the dynamics have changed a bit and there are not quite as many families and a lot more college aged kids which is not quite as appealing. Overall we have loved the amenities and I love my apartment. It's very spacious and it felt like home from the time we moved in.

The exterior and interior of the room are clean. There are no bad people in the area. However, the rooms along the road are noisy. Rent is relatively cheap and economical. The air conditioner installed in the room is also noisy

The nicest rental community in Carterville. It has had problems ever since we moved in. Overall the property had deteriorated and gone downhill. We hope with the new manager and leasing agent this will turn around. A few small changes are apparent but there are larger ones that need to be addressed. The format office staff had not made this a management/tenant friendly place to live.

It is convenient to the interstate and shops. I have had both terrible and good neighbors. If you don't like to smell smoke, try not to live near a smoker. Gate is frequently broken. Like any other place, it is pure luck who your neighbors are. You can hear between apartments. Rent is very expensive and increases dramatically every year so shop around. Staff do not appear to be on top of things. Breezeways are very filthy. They used to clean hallways regularly but have stopped doing so.
