This is a lovely place trees and shrubs. Play area for children. Nice welcome area to visit with people, clean and bright. Our new apartment is clean with all new rugs and appliances. I am looking forward to living there.

Great place to live. Community/ neighbors are very nice and welcoming, and has never been loud or obnoxious noise, except probably from myself and my own son. Maintenance team is stellar, always friendly when passing by, and office staff is just as friendly and open to helping!

Two free months is awesome! Allison was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. Community is very nice and seems safe. I like that the location is near a lot of convenient things like grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and more.

Apartments are not so great, and I've been into others here.The pricing is outrageous for the quality and what you get. However , the office staff is wonderful. I am thankful for the office team. Flex rent is offered and that has helped a lot.

I've had an amazing experience living here so far. From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and on top of everything. Alyson made my move?in process effortless with her clear communication and thoughtful check?ins, and my apartment was spotless and fully prepared when I arrived. Maintenance has been just as impressive quick, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Whether it was an after?hours AC issue, a broken towel bar, or a small plumbing problem, they handled everything right away and with great care. It's reassuring knowing I can count on them whenever something comes up. Overall, this community has made settling in feel easy, comfortable, and stress?free. I'm really grateful to be here. The only issue I have is the fact that it is really hard to find parking near my complex when I come home from work. It would be nice to get more parking spots.

I feel safe here. The building and grounds are well built and well maintained. The pool is absolutely spectacular. It's always clean, in season and not. There are several grills available at the pool, so you can hang out with the family all day. When something goes wrong they take care of it. The management and maintenance team are top notch.

I loved that you had 1 bedroom apartments with over 900 sq ft and that many are located with attractive vistas off the patio. Only concern is you don't have shower only apartments. A lot of people especially seniors find bathtubs downright dangerous to step over.

Nice community, exceptional service. The person who handles the lease and all is awesome. Service is great. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by woods. Right now there are lot of construction for office spaces is happening around. Still best apartment I have been.

I lived in this community before for 7 years. I liked the size of the apartment and the location. It is in a convenient location to the mountains and Lake Lanier. The grounds are clean and maintenance does a great job of keeping the pool open all summer.

I love that The Columns is run by a small staff that are seen on the property on a daily basis! The property is well-maintained and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Renting a unit has been a breeze, and all my maintenance requests have been resolved within 24 hours. Wow!!!

This is my 3rd apartment in life and hands down the best management team I've had. The admins are fantastic and they have hosted a community event already. The maintenance team is fast and effective. The neighbors are respectful. I came in sight unseen, just did a virtual tour so it could have been a nightmare, but its been such a pleasant transition, this is truly a great community!

Columns at Pilgrim Mill presents a quiet, respectful and diversified community of residents. The facilities and surroundings are pleasant. The managers and maintenance personnel are professional while being friendly. We just enjoyed a successful pool party and can participate in an array of community activities throughout the year hosted by the management and staff.

It is a very quiet community, there is no noise, everything is very clean. I like living here, my children and I have lived in several communities and this one, even though it is my first year, you can see that it is a very serious and excellent community.

Employees were kind. Maintenance went out of the way to answer any questions we had while touring. They allow a tour anytime through an app process. We loved that. The community does not have a dog park and needs one. Also, no smoking on premise.
