It is a nice apartment community. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained. The office staff is great. They are very polite and are very quick to resolve any issues you may have. The maintenance staff is also great. Very fast to respond to any issues and also very professional. I really have nothing negative to say.

Just moved in and the experience has been great. Management and maintenance teams are awesome and neighbors have been welcoming. So happy I moved here. I would highly recommend the Columns at Pilgrim Mill to anyone!

This Seems to be a good community and great location for us. It is pet friendly and has a garage available for us to use. It is also a fairly quiet area near great shopping centers and gas stations.

Very clean and responsive to issues. Most neighbors are quiet and respectful to others and their properties. There are a few dog ow nets who don't seem to clean up their dogs' waste and the maintenance guys have to do it. If that issue would get better, it would almost perfect here.

Regular. Not the newest apartment but it's relatively cheap. Parking is a mess almost on the daily, they stole stuff off the laundry room once and there is one trash lot for the whole community. Outside of that the community is regular.

So far it's great. Apartments are beautiful. People seem very nice. All the staff seems pretty wonderful. Super convenient for my wife and my commute to work. The only thing that would make it better is a dog park

Joshua helped us throughout the whole application/move-in process and either he or Allison always available to answer any questions we had. The application process was simple and straightforward, and they were very patient in explaining how all the fees, utilities and so on work.

Recently moved into the complex and I could not be happier. The leasing office assisted me throughout the whole rental process and made move in a breeze! I am happy with the location of my new home and looking forward to making friends in our new community.

Allison the assistant property manager was extremely helpful, friendly and very responsive with emails through the whole move in process. Community is very clean, well lit at night and beautifully landscaped. My dog was very welcome.

While the apartment staff are lovely, and the apartment complex is mostly clean, I find it really upsetting that they don't allocate a parking bag to each apartment number like many complexes that designate a unit number to each parking space, and the fact that they sell reserved parking spaces for $600 per year I don't think is right Parking at your home in an apartment complex should not be about who has more money

The Columns at Pilgrim Mills is quiet, scenic and very clean/neat. The apartments are a great price for the quality and space that you get. I haven't been here very long but I'm sure I'll have a good stay.

My experience was excellent overall. The staff is excellent on helping with any issues. I had an a major issue and the staff help me. I really appreciate everything that the staff. I hope they get some credit for the excellent work that the staff does everyday.

My wife and I have enjoyed living at the Columns at Pilgrim Mills development. The leasing office personel are very accomodating and we have had excellent response from the maintainence people. The area is well taken care of and we just signed up for another year.

Very quiet neighborhood, very secure, nice amenities. All the people I have met are very nice. The office staff are always very attentive to anything that comes up needing attention. My apartment was on the backside of building with a great wooded view.

They have been very nice. They come out quickly to help with problems. I enjoy the community get togethers. Pizza most of the time. Crackers and cheese,and drinks. It is nice to meet other residents there. I am looking forward to the next one. Thanks for having them.

Everyone within the community seems very friendly and helpful. I love the amenities such as the gym, pool, and business center. The office is usually very organized and always willing to lend a helping hand when needed! Overall, living here is amazing.

A great staff and the best apartment community. I love the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are nicely kept. The community is very quiet with friendly neighbors. I have throughly enjoyed my time here and will renew my lease

I liked the service a lot. When we came to the US we didn't know where will we live. But thanks to Apartment ratings we've found a great place to live. Very welcome design and mechanics is very easy to understand.

Im a mom of 2 kids and currently pregnant with the third. They put myself, my husband and our two kids in danger . You have violated the contract. My husband is being diagnozed with acid reflex, has lung problems , and my 6 years old daughter went through a 10 day antibiotic treatment for headaches because of the black mold in her room ....They are heartless ! The only thing they care is their profit!!! The mold destroyed our furniture , baby dresser, car seat , high chair and the kids clothes. We have reached out to them multiple times over the last 2 years asking to fix the mold problem , and instead of fixing the problem ( moving us to a different apartment, cuting out the affected areas and replacing with a new sheetrock and the windows ) they come in without even warning us and sprayed Clorox everywhere and we had to spend the nights at my parents because we could not breath. A week later the mold comes back . And its been like this for the last 2 years. I have never seen anything like this in my whole life !!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENTS IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH AND THE HEALTH OF YOUR LOVED ONES!!!

Great staff... friendly neighbors...adequate parking Rest payment is secure through an app and secure. There is adequate lighting, sufficient trash containers. Thaw security gates are always working and fast. Safe sidewalks and clean grassy areas.

Just moved into a bigger apartment in the same community. The location, staff and value cannot be beat! Maintenance requests are completed within hours and there is a real sense of community that I enjoy.

The community is beautiful, and so is my apartment. I live in Bath deluxe and I am in love with the garden tub. It's really clean and the area is majestic. It's close to Lake Lanier which is a plus and the pool is really nice.

I moved into the complex in May of 2019. They respect our privacy, keep the place clean, and have responded to all situations in a professional and timely manner. The maintenance team alone are reason to look into the place. Every issue is resolved, that I've noticed so far, quickly and efficiently.
