This apartment complex is very well constructed and managed. The front office personnel as well as maintenance are top notch. It is quiet, close to nature and my neighbors are great. The only problem is, I should've moved here sooner.

I highly recommend this apartment complex! The maintenance crew is remarkable! I've only experienced minor issues and each and every time a crewmember responded within an hour, and the problem was resolved. The apartments themselves are very spacious! I recently moved into a one bedroom that was renovated and the fixtures And the kitchen is to die for! The kitchen offers and extremely large countertop, which is perfect for food prep and entertaining. The area is surrounded with a lot of grass making it perfect for dog walks!

I just moved in and the place looks good, like the privacy of my apartment and the price is affordable for the area. I like it. I would suggest anyone to ask about any maintenance and rules in general I feel like I'm not aware of anything related to that and want to make a call so I can learn about that. So far the experience is good. I would recommend it. keep in mind I had only lived here for a week.

Quiet, tidy community where I hear no issues or troubles from nearby tenants and pleasant to see families and children playing in the yards/playground time after time. Carpets are comfortable to the touch.

I have really enjoyed my time in this community! I love living a little off the highway but still feeling like it is a quiet place. The people are nice and the issues have been very minimal, me and my partner are quite happy here.

Really good, quiet and security Community. Close to parks, to lake Lanier, to church, supermarket, gas station, restaurant and outlet mall. And is Not too far from downtown cumming. School is really good.

Great staff nice neighborhood easy access close to all types of shopping and Restaurant Close to the lake and lots of parks and recreation close to this area also, very convenient to access 400 also close to the outlet mall in Dawsonville, Georgia

This apartment community is in a fantastic, convenient location. While close to 400, it is very quiet. The units are in great condition, and we have had no issues with our newly renovated apartment. The choices in carpet, cabinets, countertops, and appliances are all tasteful and high quality. The community feels safe and the neighbors are friendly. The management staff is very friendly, timely, and helpful. I would highly recommend this community for your new home!

It has been great except for the condensation on the windows looks like mold and the dishwasher is in bad shape and it will not be replaced . It is quiet though and the neighbors and staff are great. I wish I could renew but it is too expensive and I will look fur somewhere less expensive first

Our family really enjoys living in these apartments. Children love visiting the pool. Everything is clean, tidy, people are very friendly. The staff always greets you with a smile and the office responds very quickly if any breakdown occurs in the apartment. I think we will renew the lease!

Love it here.Comunity is real close to everything I need. Staff is top shelf. Allison and Brian are so helpful. Maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and repair things I a timely manner. I would recommend living here to my relatives.

Although the community was built in 1999-2000, I find the convenience and overall experience great. I do wish upgrades are made available to long time residents and not just as the apartments are vacated. For the price point, the upgrades should be made available to those of use who understand the contstruction interruptions and chaos. I have repeated requested hardwood type flooring through out my terrace level and new carpet was install and not more than 2 months later a flood occurred and now the carpet is ripping at the seams.

The move in process was very simple! Parking is readily available and close to your unit. The property is kept very clean and orderly. Over all I am very satisfied with my new apartment home. I highly recommend this complex.

Overall the community has improved with less rifffraf...........................potholes are still present and dead vegetation . Mandatory trash is sketchy and expensive. It should be elective not an obligation.

Our neighbors have been friendly. Dog owners seem responsible and pick up their animals feces. The management has been friendly. The negatives at this point are that the electrical system in our bedroom is not operational (leaving us without use of any of the outlets), and though the apartment is newly renovated, there is no light fixture in the living room or the bedroom.

It's out first time living in an apartment complex and it's been such a lovely experience. We have people who are on it within a day if there's an issue, they've always communicated for anything going on and its in such a close proximity to the highway I greatly enjoy living here. Every one is caring, professional and love to help. The apartment complex is always clean accept when a resident put furniture in the trash compactor and breaks it. Then the residents have to see a taped up trash compactor and defaces the property.
