I transfered from the oakwood location. I love the apartment that I live in. Only complaint is the internet provider. They have horrible internet speed and are outrageously priced. I wish the property would look into other provider options

My experience at this community has been good overall since move-in. I have only been living in my new apartment for a few days. There were a few cosmetic issues with my apartment but I have not been able to contact the property office due to my work hours.

The managers were helpful to my special needs. Having the option for a short term lease was a blessing. Staff was more than friendly. They offered additional moving resources and assistance. Without being asked, noticed and offered my care person extra keys to help attend more of my personal needs. With my many additional questions just after my move in, for days they answered questions with patience and kindness.

Smooth as a baby's backside checking in. Karen & Will have been very informative from initial inquiry through check in and even initiating updates after that first day! Would like to have additional and larger parking spaces and many, many more garages.

Top notch apartment living! I have never resided in a better community! Fantastic office staff and maintenance crew! The only reason I'm leaving is that I'm moving into a house; enjoyed living here for the past seven years. Give the Columns a try-you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I got the one bedroom one bath apartment at the Columns. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. We talk regularly to the maintenance staff and they are always kind and willing to help. Never had a bad experience with maintenance requests.

TV and Internet service is poor quality. Uses Dish over the wire service and receivers lose programing monthly at least. Internet is overpriced and inconsistent. Advertised speeds are not close to reality. Apartment and facilities are nice though if a bit overpriced. Security and entrance gate gives false impression of a secure environment. Reality is the gate is always open and insecure.

Very nice and helpful personnel. Great location and surrounding area and people. Apartment are big and spacious. Wish there was an extra closet inside or a larger storage closet outside. All apartments have mold problems and parking lot is not numbered so parking is a hassle sometimes.

I really like living here. It's not perfect, but no place is. I pay a fair rent, I feel safe and my needs are attended to when a situation arises. Filling the space with words to reach 200. 200 is an arbitrary number, so why does it exist? Lower minimums would allow someone to convey their thoughts just as well.

The office staff is great. They respond quickly to any request. The neighborhood is kept in order and response to maintenance requests (although I have only had 1) are virtually immediate. The neighbors in my building are extremely nice so all in all, it has been a very positive experience.

My overall experience has been great so far Ms. GEORGES and Will have been a pleasure. I and especially grateful for the time Ms.Georges took to assist me through the application process. My live in has gone well. I look forward to living in the community. I haven't had any s we vice request yet but I'm sure the staff is efficient when I moved in my apartment was clean and ready for me. If I could change anything it would be add more parking spaces, sometimes it's difficult to find a park in close proximity to my building but I understand that is really something that can't be controlled...........

I have enjoyed leaving here at this apartment complex for the past 2 years. They do a lot to help the community such as food drives. They do a lot within the complex itself such as pool parties. The management and maintenance staff are very nice people.

Courteous staff, friendly neighbors, very clean apartment. Overall nice place to live. The only negative thing would be the parking. If you get home late you wont be able to park close to your apartment. Usually we have to walk past two apartment buildings to get to ours. Sometimes we work late so we dont get to park close at night. It is kind of frustrating. Other than that it is one of the better apartments I have lived in.

Quite pleased with the apartment and response for any maintenance requests. I would recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends or family. The staff has always been courteous professional and helpful. I really have nothing else to add except that I am very pleased to that I chose this apartment complex.

The apartment, community, landscaping and pool are great! The people in the office are extremely friendly and competent. I moved alone with my 2 years old child and I feel very safe. It is very quiet and peaceful community. I love our huge patio!

Nice and friendly staff, rent is affordable, convenient access to grocery stores and shopping malls. The grounds are kept well groomwd, the layout of the apartments are nice and spacious. I would recommend this apartment complex to a family or friend.

Beautiful and community, close to shopping; but,lacks follow through with maintenance issues. Close to dining and grocery stores, banks, and other major conveniences. Have lived here 6 months and would recommend to a friend or family member. But, you must follow-up with the staff and maintenance staff on maintenance issues.

The good, The Bad, and The Ugly Good: Great Location Close to 400 and shops Great Landscaping Good Pool Bad: Parking This walls (We could hear our neighbor's TV) Only one service provider for cable and internet Expensive Ugly: MOLD!!! Everywhere. Was already there when we moved in. Bathroom, Bedroom, Windows, even the front door! And you see the mold guy all the time, but its still there. This is the main reason we moved out. Had to get rid of everything (even the mattresses had mold) Its really pretty and staff is nice but once you're in you get to see the true colors!

I love the location. The complex is quiet, a lot of trees and forest near by. The Apt is set up nice, clean, I have a nice Porch where I can sit. My neighbors have been very friendly. The Staff is very nice. It is close to the highway. It is close to Lake. Shopping is very close. It has a large pool :)

Columns at Pilgrim Mill is a great place to call home. We have been here for 6 months, and my family is very happy here. We feel safe in this community, the residents are overall very friendly, and the staff responds to our needs immediately. You will love it here!

I used several websites to find where all the apartment complexes were located in the area we were looking. The Columns were very close to work, the price was pretty much the same as other near by complexes, they were clean, and looked well kept.

The Office Staff was exceptional and the maintenance team was prompt and courteous. The Apartment was clean with fresh carpet and paint and in immaculate condition. The community feels safe and inviting with great immenities. The view is great. Love it!
