Would like to see upgrades in the kitchen. The apartment is a little out dated compared to the others around in the area. Would also like to see and upgraded play ground and a designated dog area for dogs.

Move in was simple. The facilities are well maintained. They have pest control visit regularly, so we haven't had issues with bugs. Parking is iffy sometimes but visitors seem to be strictly regulated so that residents can get first pick. We only wish they had a dog park.

Trash everywhere, dog poop never cleaned up, disgusting and dirty breezeways and stairs, pool isn't monitored so nothing but drunk adults making it impossible to take my children, roadways throughout the complex riddled with potholes and police constantly being called! It is simply embarrassing!

Wonderful staff and maintenance team. Parking and lighting issues where my apartment is located. Nice Landscaping and grounds maintained very well. A pretty quiet community overall. Neighbors around me very friendly.

I've only been here one week, but the first time i drove in the complex i noticed how clean it was. The staff is very nice. I had no problems at all going through the process to get into a one bedroom apartment. Apartment is clean and very comfortable. Very satisfied.

A wonderful community. Very clean and well maintained. Management staff is very courteous and accommodating. The pool is always clean as well as the workout room. Having laundry facilities on site is a bonus. Security gate makes me feel safe

Started off poor, had a neighbor who would poor coffee on my car almost every week for 3 months, as parking is very very limited, he felt he deserved to park in front of our building more than I did. Resolved the conflict personally, and it is NOT the fault of the community. Then I got a bunch of black mold on all my window sills due to poor seals, resolved that on my own as well. Other than that it's just like any other appartment complex. Bland.

My experience here at this community have been a great one I haven't had any problems with any of the residents everyone is Pleasant kind and even sometimes helpful the staff has been nothing but kind to me and my family and I am thankful for the kindness that they have shown to us

This complex has been a pleasure to live at. Quiet neighbors, prompt and polite maintenance people and overall just a great place to live. When I first got my apartment, the office staff made it simple and easy. I'm so glad that I have gotten the chance to enjoy it.

These apartment complexes have great space and is cheaper compared to other middle end apartments. I like how mine is very private. Although there are two big issues that I have here. Every review will tell you that parking is an issue. I can tel you availability is not the issue rather than how management is 'efficiently' managing the space. The guys capitalize on the very limited space by charging premiums on easy access spots. This is not a way to effectively manage parking space. It's just a mother area of income for these crooks. And lets talk about bugs. They are all over! Beware!!!

Normally - I do not write reviews - HOWEVER, this community is a different beast. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANYWHERE TO PARK AFTER 7PM - *consider buying a portion of the cow property behind the community to expand parking - geesh!! *THE RESIDENTS ARE SUFFERING**! God forbid if the weather calls for rain and you're sick and you need to go out and get medicine for example - YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PLACE TO PARK WHEN YOU RETURN! OR IF YOU HAVE SMALLER CHILDREN AND YOU RETURN HOME LATE - YOU WILL HAVE TO WALK A MILE TO PARK WITH YOU CHILDREN IN TOW MIND YOU..BECAUSE THERE WILL NOT PARKING IF YOU RETURN AFTER 7 PM ALSO - THE COMMUNITY IS ONLY SET UP FOR XFINITY - THE MOST EXPENSIVE PROVIDER!!! YOU CANNOT PURCHASE WIFI NOR CABLE THROUGH ANY OTHER PROVIDER EXCEPT XFINITY - - **What a monopoly!!! ** LEASE IS UP IN THREE MONTHS!! THANK GOD!! DON'T LET THE SWEET CONVERSATION FOOL YOU- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

It is a decent apartment for, price and location, however when we first moved in it was obvious that not much was done to upkeep cleanliness of apartment as nothing had been cleaned or vacuumed in quite some time. Also the parking is horrendous, as management does not seem to want to enforce their towing rule with guests parking in resident parking and staying overnight and/or multiple days. Lastly, their is no enforcement of rules regarding littering and picking up after animals. There have been plenty of times when I have come a across scattered cigarette butts and dog poop in multiple places of the community lawn

Well this please is really nice to live in bc it has so many wonderful things like gym ,pools, sidewalks , and many different things and also a kitchen to go make coffe and relax and they have great deals

I love living in this community. The staff is very attentive and responsive to any maintenance issues. The community is well maintained and quiet even though it's a fairly large community with plenty of people living here. It has the feel of a smaller community

If I could rate it lower I would. This company punishes everyone who comes to visit their family/loved ones because they didn't plan before hand in putting a complex above swampland where there is no possible way of expanding parking. They attempt to rectify this in one way by selling reserved spots which just get parked in by the visitors because they only have 15 spots for them anyways or go park and Kroger and walk a mile I guess is their idea...not sure if they are capible of thinking to be honest. If you are thinking of moving here then don't because truthfully there isn't any room for anyone else as its already past full capacity. They shouldn't charge such a premium price to be so under accommodated for in certain areas.

Nice place for the money. Close to shopping and convenient to down town cumming. Staff is nice and willing g to help you. Nice pool area for the family and friends. Needs more activites for the kids. Over all nice place.

Everyone seems to keep to themselves, which I like. Staff has been quick to fulfill my requests. The gym is nice and I utilize it almost daily. The landscaping is always kept up and looks nice. I am happy!

The Columns At Pilgrim Mill are quiet and clean, grounds well kept and office staff is friendly and responsive. Spacious apartments. Beautiful views from apartments in rear of buildings. Hoping to renew lease when current one is up in December.

The Columns at Pilgrim Mill is a nice community to call your home! The apartments and surroundings are well maintained. The office staff is easy to work with and they take care of any problems that need to be addressed in a timely manner. They also have socials for the residents! I have enjoyed living in this community!

It was very easy to apply. Staff was very nice. Raise rent after 1st year. I had a awful mold problem that year. Had to clean the whole apartment with mold cleaner. I have to run the air and keep fans going. Never compensated.

Not much interaction with other residents . Pool and excercise room difficult to access because of location. Huge need for additional trash bin at far side of complex. Few activities at beautiful club house that has little parking available.

Living in The Columns has been good for my family. We are only a minute or so from GA 400 and there is everything we need in close proximity. The area is nice and clean with beautiful landscaping. We always feel safe as well.

Our experience has been wonderful. Thw sraff is great and the neighbors are friendly. the location is perfect and the first floor is great foe my handicapped husband. The pool area and the exercise room are terrific.

Nicole in the office is spectacular as is the rest of the staff. They pull together and get it done and limit the waiting around nonsense. Nicole listened and made sure I got what I needed. She is bright, helpful and fun. I liked her attention to detail and consistent communication.
