First time apartment renter, lots of noise from upstairs, assume this is normal. The complex is great at supplying dog waste stations, but it seems most tenants would rather step in doodie. A shame nothing is done to remedy this. Otherwise, great.

We moved into The Columns while waiting to close on our new home. We have been pleased with the apartment, the office staff, & the maintenance staff. Sometimes parking near the back is squirrelly, but the security makes an effort to encourage visitors to park in designated areas. This effort is much appreciated by residents...especially those who return home late in the evening from a long day at work or with several bags of groceries. In all, we have been very comfortable here. We have felt safe in our apartment & whilst walking the grounds, enjoying the amenities. We also love the proximity to 400, restaurants, & grocery stores.

I like everything about the place. Parking outs tight, but it's not that big of a deal. I enjoy that the community is pet friendly, because most of the apartments inn the area do not allow larger pets. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience here.

Office staff is very friendly. The apartments are really nice too however i feel like i would enjoy living here more if the noise level wasnt so obnoxious. Currently sitting here writing this review while my downstair neighbors throw some annoying,extremely loud and inconsiderate college party on a Wednesday.

I wanted to move to Cumming to be closer to work. The Columns at Pilgrim Mill had everything I was looking for in an apartment. It Is close to downtown Cumming and easily accessible from GA 400. The grounds of the community are very well kept, as are the apartments themselves. The leasing staff are very helpful and made my move stress-free.

I have mixed reviews; while the apartment complex is maintained; when I moved into the apartment, there was mold on the Windows requiring extra cleaning. Also, the lower rating due to noise since you can hear the upstairs neighbor and dog running across the floor.

If you value your internet and cable then dont move into these apartments. Internet and cable is off more often than on (constant problems / not working / HORRIBLE customer service), internet/cable is off especially on the weekends. Like the previous person stated, the gates are open alot. If you live below someone especially any kids or dogs then be prepared for ALOT of noise... and this complex is full of big dogs.

It's an all right place for the time being. Way to overpriced for what it is. Plus we pay for a gated community and the gates are open way to often. I understand the morning and afternoon but more times than not I find them open. I think I pay way to much for what is this place actually is

The apartment began growing mold only a few months after moving in. I was on the terrace level in a moldy hole. What a horrible experience to get out of. Nothing done about mold and no compassion to the renter who paid on time and was a good tenant. Notified the management company and no response on their part either. I would never recommend living here or doing business with these people. The Internet and tv provider is terrible and horrible customer service. The apartments are not even renovated but cost as much a new condo in Roswell.

I've lived here 8 years, the apartment itself is really nice, modern, good style and I have enjoyed living here. A big plus is the feeling of safety, good neighbors, mostly, there have been some issues with a few. When things need to be fixed, maintenance is right on it with no wait time. The office staff is great, very friendly and professional. I have the best view ever, more than you'd get in any normal apartment setting. However, there are three issues, number one, is the high rent increase,number two, Broadstar cable, worst service ever and even bigger than that,number three, the parking situation. You can't go anywhere in the evenings without constantly being concerned if you'll be able to find a parking spot. If it's raining or cold out, you can hang it up. To pay this much and not be able to get a parking place is insane. Just imagine if you lived in a sub division and you came home from work and someone was parked in your driveway. You then have to go park at someone else's driveway, then walk back to your house. There have been plenty of times, where I had to park at other buildings and walk back to my building. If it's raining and you have groceries or other things to carry, it's not a good situation. I read about the parking situation before I moved in and was convinced it couldn't be that bad, well, it is. After 8 years, it has not improved. Myself and my neighbor have had friends pick us up instead of driving when going out, so we'd have a parking place when we got home. Also, walls are thin, easy to hear people talking in the breezeway and if neighbors play music, easy to hear, I've even heard the voices of people talking on the opposite side of my wall.

The move went easily, the front office staff was courteous and professional and the maintenance staff has been as well. The grounds and the apartment space are well maintained, the community spaces are clean and inviting, the pool is kept clear and will be a rich source of entertainment during the summer months.

I just move in. My experience so far is how efficient and welcomed the staff are. The convince of the location is a plus. The green behind the property is a serenity and an escape for the day to day life. Also, having an off duty police officer in premise is good.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I am however disappointed in the condition of the kitchen, and the bathtubs, it's time for a remodel. The comparable apartment communities have similar rent, but nicer kitchens and baths, but I chose here for the location.

I have been very pleased with this apartment complex. The office women were very compassionate and helped me get into an apartment same day. The apartments are very clean and better maintained than I expected. I feel safe here and when things need to be fixed they are fixed same day or next business day. They are pet friendly as well. Great place to live!
