Very well kept property. The plantings are lovely, the bushes and trees are well maintained and, the residents all seem interested in keeping their areas attractive. The maintenance team could not be more efficient or courteous.

The community is good. the only problem we have is we are not able to get parking after 11 pm. I have experienced this thrice and it's really getting difficult for us. Could you please resolve this for us.

Office and maintenance staff are always courteous and professional. The complex is well maintained and residents are very friendly. It's located on a very quiet street and shopping is nearby! Maintenance requests are resolved promptly and accurately.

Staffs were friendly and approachable, unit issues were resolved ASAP! And the handyman is friendly and knows what he's doing,(Daryl). Good ambiance, a good place to move in. Peaceful and good neighbors.

In the year I've lived here I've seen a younger crowd moving in. Hard finding a parking space after 6PM. Parking with a sticker rule not enforced. Rent went up 400 a month last renewal and going up again. No choice $25 dollar a month garbage pick up forced on me.

Very friendly staff that answered any and all questions that I had. Apartment was clean and ready on the day I moved in. Neighbors are quiet and polite. Trash pickup service is very convenient. Internet is very fast. And location of apartments is close by to many grocery store options, several parks and also my commute to work is now under 10 minutes.

No sound proofing.. neighbor above complaint just about TV...can't listen to music..or anything..pay too much for feeling like your in prison Please move me away from where I'm at...my neighbor is a project

Great community. Very safe, quiet and clean. Near from many markets, farmacY, gas station, good schools, food stores and everything we need. The staff is very kind and always respond when you need them. I'm very satisfied.

Nice landscaping, big space between apartments, good community, nice working staff, good welcoming neighbors. Quiet and peaceful. A lots of parking spots available before 6 pm, after you might have to park on visitor parking. Most experience to move in was smooth without any problems

Conveniently located near GA 400, Cumming, Dawsonville, Gainesville, north Fulton County, Atlanta and Canton. Good local schools. Responsive maintenance department that help keep apartment units operating well.

The community is awesome. The location is awesome, the pricing is awesome, the staff is awesome, the service is awesome, and I am so appreciative. I was able to find a house and have to break my lease and they are so kind and helpful.

It's a quite area, and staff are considerate of any questions I had for them. I enjoy the trash valet service. The only issue I have is trouble finding parking near my unit. There aren't enough spaces available for residents, let alone visitors. The gym is also really small.

The front office staff was courteous and efficient. The maintenance staff is quick to address any issues that come up. They also make sure your pets are secure during maintenance visits. Overall, The Columns at Pilgrim Mill is a well-run community.

The community is like any other communities. You have people you like and people you don't. The community grounds are well kept. They advertise this community as luxury living. This is not luxury it is comfortable living. I have been here four years and not one thing has been done to improve my unit. I don't run my dishwasher because it soumds like a jet taking off. There are no hard wood floors or stainless steel applicances. My stove has no lights to indicate that it burners are on or the stove is on.

Overall I have enjoyed living here. Small downside is that we have an ongoing problem with running out of dog waste bags , but they are usually replaced within a couple of days. Complex overall looks tidy. Staff is excellent.

Apt. was pretty clean upon move-in. Appliances light fixtures and paint colors are very outdated and need to be updated for the amount of rent they charge compared to their competitors. The apartment complex is conveniently located close to 400 Highway. Consistently there is no parking spots available close to where your apartment is located. You are required to have a parking sticker in your car and they tell you will be towed if you don't have the sticker. However there seems to be no one monitoring who's parking there and cars without stickers are parked there most of the time .

These apartment are very clean & maintained. They are in a great location to community & in a great school district also. Everything needed is close. I highly recommend moving here it a beautiful apartment community.

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR THREE MONTHS.THE STAFF IS GREAT AND MAINTENCE CREW ARE THE BEST, ON TIME EVERY TIME.THE LOCATION IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE AREA,BEING CLOSE TO TOWN AND THE EX-WAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR APT, COME SEE THESE APARTMENTS BEFOR CHOOSING.

Overall the experience has been good . The parking situation could be lots better. Many of nights I have worked late and came home to no parking space or having to walk from up front of complex to the far back, not very safe for a woman to have to walk late at night.

Relaxing. The people above me are extremely loud after 9pm. They stomp on the floors and make it sound intentional. It goes on for an hour or two. Everyone in the office was nice and knowledgeable.

The complex has accommodating staff, clean facilities, friendly maintenance and is overall top notch for the rental rates offered in the current real estate market. I plan to purchase a home asap but until the market settles down I will be happy here with my family.

It has been pretty nice so far, no complaints really. I read that parking would be an issue but it hasn't been for me and my boyfriend. Pet friendly which is very nice, and the units have plenty of space to accommodate for that. We are having a nice time here!

I have enjoyed my stay here at The Columns. Friendly staff and fast response for maintenance items. Single apartments are nicely sized. Outdoor amenities are kept up and are in good shape. Response to maintenance request have always been resolved within 24 hours.

apartments are nice but neighbors can be nosey and you can rarely find parking, sometimes you have to park in visitors. most of the time there are cars parked in front of the building without stickers. rent is more than what you could being paying for mortgage

I've been here almost five years, first in a two bedroom and now in a three bedroom and the staff have always been more than helpful and nice. I've enjoyed the time living here, the amenities are great when there are any issues they are always taken care of the same day or very next with no problems.
