We have had a wonderful experience living in our apartment, however, the parking seems a little suspect. There has been illegal parking in our parking lot and when my wife comes home late from work there isn't a spot for her to park near our building.

We were greeted very well the experience here is very nice everyone is friendly it's just my husband and I were older people are so polite they take care of their pets if we ever need anything they're here to help us the area is lovely is close to all the stores and shopping and where I work couldn't be a better convenient place that I can think of you're very happy and we plan on staying

Quiet neighborhood, good location to shopping and 400. Apartment came clean and with everything working properly. Parking can be a hassle at nighttime. Overall, this is a great complex complete with nice, assisting office staff.

The apartment is great. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. I feel very safe. The landscaping is always kept up and looking nice. Parking is sometimes an issue but a farther walk isn't bad. Pool is great! Staff is friendly!

I love every thing about the place but the parking .I can't never find parking near my apartment I don't think I should pay extra for it ,it should be included with the rent like all the other places . And also pet fee is to high . I really would like to get a puppy but the fee is ridiculously high

It's nice and quiet. I never have to worry about late night disturbances or noisy neighbors, everyone is fairly respectful. Staff is very kind and responsive to all my needs and here has been a joy.

The Columns at Pilgrim Mill is a great place to live. The apartments have an open floor plan so it doesn't feel like an apartment. And I love having my own front porch that seems more like living in a house than an apartment complex.

The columns at pilgrim mill is a decent community for the price. Office staff is overall helpful. All maintenance order have been completed in a timely manner. Something needs to be addressed with the parking. My suggestion is assigned parking for each apartment.

Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. Common area spaces are kept neat and clean. Parking can be tricky after 8 o'clock at night on weekdays further back in the complex. Apartments are comfortable.

Love my apartment and my patio. The pool is beautiful and big. Laundry is onsite if you don't want to buy a washer and dryer, and there's never anyone there. Pretty inexpensive too. Maintenance/staff are awesome.

my husband and i just moved in this beautiful apartment community and this is our first time leaving in apartment, we love it so far, it's quite it's peaceful and it's safe, we have a 3year old daughter and safety is our number one must have, we like it so far. apartment management is really nice and really helpful too, Mrs.Will he's really helpful with any we needed so far, thank you guys

A very friendly and cooperative staff. Repairs are made in a timely response when people hit and break the entry arm bar. Pool and amenity areas are maintained often. Office staff is very helpful with automated process.

It has been a wonderful experience. The staff members are friendly and accommodating - a cut above those in other apartments in which I've resided. The amenities, location and convenience to stores and restaurants make The Columns a very desired community.

It has been a great experience. We are close to everything. We have not had any problems with noise or other residents. Everyone is nice. Management always responds in a timely manor. The new pool furniture is a grrat upgrade to the complex.

Overpriced compared to single home payments. Also the nickel/dime charges for utilities to be processed.. There are not enough parking places to support the number of apartments hence should be one reservedspot per apartment.

Great location. Beautiful landscaping and always clean. Convenient to a lot of shopping and eating places. Maintenance always quickly done.parking area is not good. Should not have to pay for a parking space

The staff has been extremely friendly and accommodating. They have helped with any questions or issues that I have had. They keep the apartments up to date as well as the community items such as the gym and the pool.

Management has been super helpful, and we have enjoyed our time here. Good amenities and online portal makes everything very convenient for paying rent and submitting requests. Location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc.

Same day response to maintenance requests. Very prompt. Easy to use online maintenance requests is great. I feel that I made a good choice in selecting an ECI group apartment. I recommend The Columns aptartment homes to anyone searching for a good place to live.

I liked it here but the rent for what your getting is not right , in addition rent increases are not right either, I made one mistake awhile ago and the office staff threatened me way to hard and changed my lease terms right away. the community is ok but some of the neighbors leave garbage on the ground and its embarrassing when you have guests , there are also neighbors with way to many people on there balcony and coming in an out making so much noise you don't want to go outside . I wouldn't mind staying another term but I want to move to another apartment

The apt community is very nice is clean,,staff and maintenance are very professionsl and exttremely helpful. The environment is peaceful as we are surrounded by wooded area. The shopping is very close ..several shopping centers.
