We love living at The Columns at Pilgrim Mill. We downsized from our house on Lake Lanier after I retired, and we're still in the proces. Of where we will eventually end up - on the water or on the golf course.

We have had very good service in the community office with the staff. We are just having problems with the people above us. Very noises at night. Which they had respect for other people in the building. We have to get up early and they need to have respect for others.

I am very pleased with the columns at pilgrim mill. It is a very safe well lit community with great staff that respond to any needs of the tenants in a very timely manner as well as keep the grounds looking nice as well as each apartment. I would definitely recommend the clolumns at pilgrim mill to anyone looking for a new apartment. Also it is convenient to any restaurants and grocery store you may need.

Upon moving in the staff was very friendly and professional and helpful. The apts. and grounds and beautifully maintained and always clean. We love the access to the gym and office for our internet needs. We are looking forward to enjoying the pool as soon as weather permits.

Have enjoyed living here and feel very safe being a single person. Any issues have been attended to immediately. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. It was nice when they used to pressure wash the outside of the buildings. Permanent tenants should have at least one reserved parking spot

I AM concerned about mold. I hope they see this and do something about it.

All in all a rather good experience. The only 'real' gripe I have is with the cable and internet provider, Bright House. No where on the pamphlet they provide does it tell you it's DISH. This is complete 'false advertising' any way you look at it

Hands down 'Best Community in Georgia'. I have been here for 3 months and love it. It is a little slice of heaven away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is well maintained and very safe. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful.

The Columns at Pilgrim Mill is a great place to call home. The apartments are spacious, and the staff go out of their way to help you. Having a nice apartment to come home to is made better by a staff that helps you while you're at work, away, etc. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in town. This apartment community offers more and better amenities than anywhere else in the area.

These apartments are ok---------- well kept and good insulation The only major problem is the parking. Very hard to find. The walls are thin, i can here people speaking outside especially at 12am-2am. Trash builds up on weekends. Overall these apartments are fine for a year's lease, no more.

I have lived here for about 2.5 months now. I have been very pleased with the majority of the experience. The apartment is comfortable and well maintained. Although I would like to have more conveniences close by, I enjoy the overall quiet location. The person who lived directly above me (at least I think it's him/her/them) can be loud at times. Generally it's not a problem, and my other neighbors are friendly and considerate. The office is staff has been great- very helpful and courteous whenever I have had questions or problems.

I have lived here since Dec 2012. I love it!! The staff were very quick to get my application processed and I moved in the next day! They were aware of the urgency in which my situation caused and did every thing they could to accommodate for such. I absolutely love my apartment and the community. Parking is a little complicated in the back of the complex where I live, if you get home after 9. Parking difficulties are to be expected in an apartment complex. If you want guaranteed parking, then you need to pay for it, somewhere that offers it. My kids love it here! With that being said, we renewed in July for 15 months!

I'm about to sign my lease renewal for my third year. Overall, it's a very nice community. The staff is very friendly, professional, and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Maintenance is great and they keep the complex, including the common areas such as the pool and playground, very clean.

Overall, these apartments are OK. I have lived in apartments all my life (literally!) and some experiences we had not had until we came to this one. Parking: Supposedly, parking is monitored by a sticker given to the residents and visitors have their own parking (which is really far from most buildings). The result, visitors cram the parking and WE RESIDENTS end up walking up to 10 MINUTES to get to our apartment in the RAIN,COLD,etc.... As for the monitoring, the only time they do is when a car is abandoned there for too long. Oh, and by the way, we talked to management about it, their response: sorry (the problem still persisted afterwards) Grounds: Landscaping goes every week so grass, bushes, and flowers are well maintained. On the other hand, management is not strict about owners picking up their dog's feces so i had neighbors letting their dogs go right in front of my apartment and NOT picking it up. So, i would not recommend walking in the grass. Building: Walls are THIN, TERRIBLE! We clearly heard when people were talking outside, going up or down the stairs, but noise from above us was the worst-- we would hear when they showered,use the bathroom, open and shut drawers, walk, etc. Staff is kind and knowledgeable when having to do with normal things, not so much when comes to complaints. They comes fix the little ting quickly. Anyone can smoke and it can get pretty bad. All and all these apartments are average. I wouldn't call the them luxurious but thats what your paying for.

Overall positive experience. Apartment is clean and grounds well maintained. Office staff is nice and responsive. PARKING IN BACK IS VERY BAD! MORE THAN ONE BAD EXPERIENCE. Sink in kitchen is single, shallow, no spray & low faucet...cooking nightmare. I believe it is misleading to advertise apartments as luxury apartments...they are your average apartment.
