I have nothing but good comments to make,the staff are amazing,helpful and friendly,any jobs that need doing are professional and completed quickly, grounds are clean and have everything you need, very accessible to shops school etc, awsome place to live.

It has been a great transition for my daughter and I after my divorce. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone of my friends and family. It is a great place to live and so convenient to all that I need.

I love the people and the looks of the Apartments. I live on back side so the grounds don't look very well kept up. It's muddy,needs pine straw&lots of ant hills..10+! Maintenance is usually quick and they do a good job. Xxrvdfghvxdxxcggghbjj

The Columns at Pilgrim Mill is a super nice community to live it. The apartments are well layer out and maintained. The grounds are clean and lit at night. The amenities include a nice pool, exercise room with equipment, laundry facility, clubhouse (available for rent for parties or events) and a playground. Management, office staff and maintenance crew are the best around. Friendly, professional and helpful. The complex is close to shopping areas, all night gas stations and provides easy access to GA400.

The office staff as well as the maintenance staff really seem to care about you , From collecting my packages to seeing that all my maintenance needs are met it's a pleasure being here. I would and have recommended this property to all my friends0

The property, landscape, and pool are well maintained. The apartments are roomy and allow for sunlight to enter. The office staff is always professional, helpful, and understanding. They do a wonderful job to make sure our community is a great place to call home.

We were looking for a great place to move to. Somewhere safe, easily accessible to the highway and this was perfect! The size works well for my husband and I, as well as our sweet puppy. We are extremely happy with the staff and community here!!

My experience so far has been great the apartment is beautiful and clean. The staff here is great. Those were my primary reasons for picking this community over any other in the area. I love that it's a gated community and feels bet safe. I would recommend this neighborhood.

So far everything is fine with the apartment and with the people at that here. My only complaint is with Broadstar, early on I had numerous problems with internet connectivity and speed and Dish tv, that seems to be better now. I don't have any other comments...

The facilities are great and well maintained. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Any maintenance issues we had were promptly and professional dealt with. The complex feels safe to walk around even at night and everything is well lit.

It's very well kept, nice community, no serious issues, I'm not concerned about my safety, the staff is very friendly and willing to help at anytime, I recommend this apartment to anyone,the maintenance does a good job, the community is always clean

It is extremely frustrating that all of your surveys require a 200 character minimum response. My only complaints are still the parking situation at our end of the complex and the incredibly horrid service that we are forced to endure from your captive ally Broadstar.

The only complaint that I have about the apartment is that the carpet is in unsatisfactory condition. Spots have surfaced all over the apartment since I moved in and it looks really dirty.Other than that complaint I am very satisfied with the apartment.

We have just moved in but our experience so far have been nothing but positive. We love the neighborhood and the look of the grounds and buildings. The pool is very nice and the community grill is a big plus. Its located close to GA 400 which is a big plus too.

Never judge a book by it's cover! Staff is friendly and responsive. But the response may be nice or not so nice. No commercial vehicles are allowed on the grounds over night. Had to move in, turn around and drive moving truck 3 hrs. back to old house then drive back that night, then do the same thing the next day.(12 hrs total of driving time.)

I have lived at this site for six years and never considered moving. The apartments are well maintained and repair requests are completed very quickly. The staff members are the best, always willing to make sure that they can help. I highly recommend moving here.

I love my apartment and my community here. I have been here for awhile and the setting is hard to beat. I feel really safe here and the appearance of the grounds makes it feel like a resort community.

The experience has been good so far, friendly staff and good neighbors The facilities are good with easy access to things you need. The property seems to be kept clean and orderly. the biggest complaint I have is the parking, visitor parking needs to enforced.

This place is a nightmare. Literally a nightmare. My first next door neighbors had the cops called three times. The upstairs neighbor has the dog from hell and the front office can't apparently do anything about it. There's a fun new infestation every month, including a snake or two that wanders onto the patio when it rains. The front office rarely follows up on their promises to fix things. We legitimately have a paper chain counting down the days till we're gone.

This is a great community to live in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They respond to work orders quickly and the work is always done right the first time. The community is safe and well maintained. I have enjoyed living here and have recommended it to friends looking for an apartment.

Staff always friendly and helpful, professional. The staff go the extra mile to be helpful no matter how busy. Appreciate staff. One complaint why must I have to use 200 characters when unnecessary? Understand some people may require 200 char caters.

The landscaping used to be really good, but has fallen off quite a bit. The parking has always been an issue, one assigned spot per apt would be sufficient. The office staff has always been helpful. Maintenance staff has always been quick to respond, even if the issue wasn't fixed the first time. I do believe after being in the same apt for 7 years that if requested the carpets should be replaced, especially since the padding is almost gone.
