The grounds are well taken care of around areas new residents would see but get worse the farther back you go. We live in the last building and it looks night and day different than the clubhouse area. The doggie stations are not emptied and stink. The common areas are littered with dog poop. There is not enough parking. The buildings are well insulated for sound. The water pressure is great. The pool area is very nice.

Ok. Nice apt but small kitchen. Like the layout of the 2 bedrooms being on opposite sides of the apt. Would have preferred linen closets in the bathrooms as well and bigger space. But overall, the quality is nice.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The apartment has plenty of storage space and room. We love the patio space, pool and facility. Only thing is the guest parking near us is minimal. So when people come visit they have to walk far.

This complex is not bad for the price and location. A dog park would be nice. If you like nature, there is a creek and pasture right behind the complex. It's peaceful. The apartments are very sound proof. I never have any problems with any neighbours.

The leak was fixed very fast service. Wish the gutter could get cleaned out before it breaks and hurts someone. Down pours drown the AC unit,...............................................mmmm...

It has been great living at the Columns of Pilgrim Mill. It is super clean, the staff has been awesome, and the people living there are nice too. It has everything I need and could not have asked for a better place to live the past two years.

It's been an amazing experience so far. The apartment is clean and everything works, any issues we have experienced we have had resolved in a day or less. The one time we had a carpet issue it was replaced and solved within two weeks. Great community feel with lots of kids playing!

This community is beautiful with spacious floor-plans and well maintained apartment homes. I have private views of rolling cow pastures and woods, (only offered in a few of the buildings) yet am very close to all the conveniences of the city The staff is friendly and handles all maintenance requests quickly and with total professionalism. I am very happy here and highly recommend this community to anyone in the market for an apartment home.

I have loved my short time here so far. The apartment had new carpets and newly painted walls when my fianc? and I moved in, and the staff was extremely helpful! I love the layout and the pool and how close everything is.

Just moved out after 17 months. Rented because we were building a house. Had to extend our 13 mo lease by 4 months because the house wasn't ready. They increase the rent by $260 a month for the additional 4 months and when we only provided 46 days notice they charged us an extra one month rent to go month to month and then prorated us for pet fee, utilities, and 27 days we were NOT there. Plus they were able to rent the unit because we vacated 10 days before our lease expired. No parking available unless you pay for reserved spaces. There are literally not enough spaces to accommedate the number of apartments if each apartment has two drivers. You come home late on a weekend you'll park outside the complex or get your vehicle stickered. They are very quick to repair things and email you "how did we do" for your feedback. They don't email about regular maintenance. They fail to email you notice of when your 60 day end of lease is coming up so they can stick it to you in extra fees. If your rent is one rate ou will pay an additional $25 - $80 a month in additional fees for water, trash, pet, pest control, etc. I've never been fee'd so much in a rental situation before. There are literally doggie poop stations everywhere but the doggie poop is everywhere and not enforced so you cannot walk anywhere without dodging poop. The children cannot run without being in poop. The grounds are horrible. The management changed three times while we were there except an older lady that was nothing but rude and knew everything - although she was wrong most the time. Gutters hanging off the building. Nasty stairwells. Grounds were not landscaped nicely. This was the worst apartment complex we ever lived in. Black mold in the windows - all of the windows. I could go on but why was you time or mine. Don't rent here unless you have no option. Live in yor car.

Staff is very professional and helpful. The property is well maintained. Parking lots are clean no trash or litter laying about and there are adequate spaces provided. Based on our first impressions I think we are going to be very happy here.

For the amount of money the rent is, I'd have expected a higher quality apartment. The carpet stinks of previous pets, the fixtures and appliances are old and of low quality. We truly expected more. Our son lives in an apartment that is very clean and had updated fixtures and appliances. His rent is 1/2 ours. I expected very clean if nothing else!

Great complex, convenient to GA HWY 400, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. Management at the complex is always friendly and great to work with. The main down side here, there isn't enough parking at times.

I enjoy living at the columns although it is a bit pricey. It is family friendly, quiet, and the staff is helpful and responsive. I may renew my lease if the rent increase is not too much. My only complaint is that recycling is not offered, so I have to take my recycling to the local center and sort it myself.

The apartments are a little overpriced but the location is very convenient for work and overall it is a nice community and the rat problem seems to be getting better although not solved as of yet. The staff is very friendly and maintenance requests are handled very promptly.

It's been a great experience here at Columns @ Pilgrim Mill and the staff and maintenance crew have always been courteous and professional to work with. Any concerns or maintenance requests have been handled expeditiously and have in several cases exceeded my expectations. Great neighbors and a sense of community here as well. Grounds are kept well and management genuinely seems to care about their tenants. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Its very clean and quite ,very well kept buildings with garages available ,I like the secure gated community.The location is on a wooded stretch of land that has beautiful views from my patio, but yet close to all the shopping and restaurants in Cumming. Just minutes from the access to lake Lanier for all your aquatic need. So far so good ....I like it!!!

I helped my son choose an apartment and we chose The Columns. They were very responsive to tenant problems. Lynn Bailey was awesome. It was a very safe place. Several policemen lived in the community. The amenities were nice. No complaints.
