Typical evil landlord ----. Raise your rent with no value offered in return. An absolutely outrageous "Community fee" which is actually a you lived here too long tax. It's already cost more then the original security deposit.

It's been okay a lot of things need to change, but we have been at better and worse places. They dont really keep up with their rules here unless they feel like it, and the compliance officer is never around. They need to get better trash service or not charge us. We never use the amenities because we are always at work. They need to have 24 hour access and need more lights and cameras added all over

Only here 2 months and the community has been a relatively quiet place. Parking is an issue I have noticed and I would encourage regular checks for sub-leasing. Another question I have is the maximum number of occupants allowed per apartment size and guidlines.

everything within the community is on the up and up. the neighbors and staff are friendly even the pet owners respect the community enough to clean up after their pawmily. honestly things can't get better than that.

Easy application process, the staff's communication was great and they were very flexible on my move in date, allowing me to push it back a week. The apartment is clean, all appliances are in good condition and work. I'm looking forward to this new chapter in my life at The Columns!

Allison was very wonderful from the beginning of the call to the end of the tour as well as her honoring her commitment to follow up with me by sending emails to the portal. Overall I'd recommend this place to all my friends.

Its a very nice neighborhood with very good stuff, but the prices of rent are very high and the parking lot always busy with cars that don't have the resident sticker, I hope you take control of that, thanks

Not enough parking.. can't have easy payment plans..like taking from card or bank..?! should have been cleaned last time renewed..carpet was bad from first move in..but think after a year and you renew ..they should renew paint carpet etc.neighbor has hoarding issues..it's full..junk..most of all bus rats mice oppossms..crazy

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience at the Columns. Prior to renting, we had read that lack of parking was an issue. We have never had any problems. Neighbors are delightful; staff courteous.

Massive rent increases are considered normal and there are no increases in square footage or amenities to justify a huge increase. There is not enough parking. The staff is fairly friendly and the maintenance staff is very efficient with good response times and quality of work

The quality of the staff working here is sub-par. Some are not very nice and are not very helpful when issues may arise. They don't have accurate information on helping you with your needs. Apartments are nice and are great to live but the management here doesn't make up for that.

I love living here. The staff are great. It's quiet and clean and close to work. They handle all issues immediately. I like valet trash pickup and they give plenty of advance notice when they have to enter the apartment and are very quick

This community has been well kept and if any issues arise the office staff handles it promptly. For example, some tenants were not cleaning up after their pets, so the office staff sent out a letter to address the issue.

Been good but parking stinks you can't park by your our building because other folks from other buildings park at yours so parking needs work. Don;t want to pay for a spot but should get one when moving in

The community is okay. Don't call the front and speak with a woman. But if you call for anything maintenance wise you are in the right spot. Except I have had a wasp problem with them entering and Leaving as they please.

The office staff is attentive and communicative. The maintenance team is almost always quick and efficient with any complaints I've had. The neighborhood is nice however the required parking for guests in guest parking away from a lot of the buildings (it's at the front of the neighborhood) is an inconvenience. They ticket/sticker guest cars very quickly if not in guest parking. While I understand parking is scarce sometimes, having to go get my guests and take them back just isn't the best experience especially if there is plenty of parking outside my building. They've done what they could but I believe guest parking should be spread throughout the neighborhood rather than in one spot at the front. I will likely be ending my time here this year as rent cost went up a lot between my first and this lease. My apartment is not upgraded and I feel my rent cost should reflect that however, at almost $1800 (with water cost added in) now, I don't feel as though it does.

Staff is amazing and they made sure I was comfortable! They were always available when I called and made sure I had everything I needed prior to move in! I love living here and it is by far the kindest staff and community!

Love living here. Quiet and well kept neighborhood. Very dog friendly which I love. I saw a lot of reviews stating issues with parking while apartment shopping but I do not have issues with parking. Highly recommend.

It's a place where you can live quite and good. This community has everything you need and it's pet friendly which is important, because many families has a pet , like me. We have a dog and he enjoys to live here

This place is mold infested, they will over charge you in late fees if you are a penny shirt. The staff is rude and will block your calls. All the low reviews on google are true. This place is NOT luxury at all

Gated quiet community & well maintained. Nice amenities & great school system. Staff very focused on keeping area clean. They walk around picking up the parking lot areas when needed & work to keep garbage trash compactor area functioning. I appreciate having a team of folks making sure the apartments are kept up. They even made sure heating system got checked out before winter hits. It seems like they have a system to address anything that pops up & try to catch things before they become a bigger problem.

The office staff have been helpful and accommodating, the overall appearance of the community is always keep nice and visually appealing. The location is very convenient to shopping and travel. Overall it has been a pleasant experience living here.
