Yet to be seen. A few repairs needed. What we thought and what we actually seen were a contrast. The walls are thin and our neighbors behavior is very noticeable very thin walls. Very old complex cracked walls and old appliances. Still using a pilot light ifor a stove. Very dangerous if it goes out.

My experience is good with the company as a whole I've had better people in the rental office who appear to know what they are doing compared to now. I have call corporate to get things done, with in reason .I'm speaking of the manager more so than anyone else.

This apartment complex is friendly, quiet and adjoined to a beautiful new park with with paths. The Staff is there to help and listen to your complaint. I have beautiful new sinks, stove and bathroom flooring. Come see and feel all the complex has to offer.

I'm ready to move. The apartments are bigger than the newer apartments but they are old. The kitchen & bathrooms are outdated. Rent goes up $100 or more every lease agreement. Rent is entirely too much for these old apartments. The residents don't care for the community we live in. The trash compactor is always full and cluttered with big furniture & appliances. Residents allow their dogs to poop on the grounds and they don't clean it up. They check their mail and throw it on the grounds rather than in the trash that is located right by the mail center. The community isn't gated so people are able to drive in and out of the community freely. Sometimes in residents drop of trash, furniture & appliances. Parents will park in the driveway right at the exit to drop their kids off for the bus. This blocks the driveway holding up other residents needing to make a right turn out of the complex. There's a lot of kids in this community so avoid leaving or coming home when school let out. The kids walk, run and play right in front of moving cars.

The town homes are pretty nice, however they really need upgrading and servicing. The rent increases don't match the quality of the homes; I've been told of how they would be upgrading each home for the past three years and have yet to see it come true.

Overall my experience has been fine except the bug problem. The community is kept clean. I know they have a issue with the trash can over flowing. Other than the bug problem I really don't have a complaint. Even with the rent increase every year that I'm not that fond of. I know I have to except that the market value does increase.

Apartments are quite spacious and affordable considering other neighborhood apartment prices. Rental office team is helpful, friendly and ready to hear and address your concern. Overall apartment community is well maintain. They have one police office on duty for security.

Good community.could see management efforts in cleaning,lawn mowing,attention to tenants,receiving calls,follow up calls and such things. Recently they posted a lamp near my parking on request made by me was impressive. continue this as well and management could try something for pedestrian side walk in the apartment.

Sine I've been in this community, everything have been great, love living here, things are very at your finger, stores are close, the many different staff are really nice and knowledgeable, well trained, understanding,seems to know what the residents go through to get things in apartment done, the maintenance crew are also good and should be admend, a big pat on the back, the people in my community are very friendly and I have gotten to know several neighbors where discuss maintenance issues and how to get it corrected.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE CHOICE WHEN LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME. IT'S THE FLOOR PLANS THAT WILL GET YOU THEY'RE BIG AND SPACIOUS WITH TALL CEILINGS TO COVER THE FACT THE PLUMBING HAS NEVER BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEY BUILT THE PLACES CLEARLY... HAD MY HALF BATHROOM BACK UP TWICE SINCE I MOVED IN A MONTH AGO... WITHOUT A SINGLE PERSON USING IT... JUST RANDOMLY LEAKED ON THE FLOOR. COULDN'T USE MY MASTER BATH FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK BECAUSE THE TILE WAS SO BAD THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE THING... WITH THAT BEING SAID NO ONE KEPT ME UP TO DATE WITH WHAT WAS HAPPENING. I HAD TO SEND EMAILS AND MAKE PHONE CALLS TO GET UPDATES... THERE ARE STILL THINGS IN MY HOME THAT HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED

After getting over the shock of and getting rid of the roaches, it's alright. More time could have been spent doing the floors and walls if the bugs were gone first. It's true, you live and you learn. Not a lot of friendly people here; my opinion.

I love the city of Dunwoody. I also like the customer service I receive from Bridgette when I call with a service request. Anthony is also very effective. James seems to not take my leak issue seriously. He seems to want to have Keith fix my leak several times before he calls in a plumber.

I lived in the townhouse and the flat apartment. Both units have lots of space and storage. The flat apartment actually has larger bedrooms but if size and space is what you are looking for you wont be disappointed with either. The townhouse provides more privacy and you don't have to worry about hearing footsteps above you. If they ever decided to turn to condos I would be the first to buy a townhouse!! The location is great and the maintenance is pretty responsive and friendly. Its not the most up to date in d?cor but what it lacks in upgrades it makes up for in space.

I've been here for 4 months now and it looks like the management continues to improve the apartments. Service request are always prompt and everyone is eager to help. Our only issue is folks in the apartment above can be heard walking very loudly at times.

Rent a two bedroom ground floor unit, the rooms are large and allow for good furniture layout. Like the enclosed porch with operating window to keep cold or hot air out. Not adequate parking - especially when there are more than two people occupying a unit with each having a car.

The office staff is nice. The maintenance crew does not efficiently fix requests. The grounds are nice enough, though I miss having a balcony or somewhere to sit and watch the sunset. The apartment is roomy and it is very quite to live here. I feel safe.

Love the apartment and most of the residents are wonderful. The younger adults do not understand community living and have no respect for elders. Parking issue is enough for me to leave. Coming home late at night from work or church is not safe because I must walk around large vans or SUV's to get to my door.

Although The Columns are the oldest apartments in Dunwoody, that just means that they offer more room and home-y feel. I seriously think I'm getting the best "bang for my buck" here. I absolutely love it, from the people at the front office on.

We have lived here for 16 years and since ECI has taken over, the complex has improved dramatically. The building exteriors were re-done with siding, the grounds are always well kept, the laundry room has been re-worked and is a vast improvement over what it was, the staff is always willing to work with you to resolve any issues, and the maintenance staff is great, especially Anthony. This complex is located close to grocery stores, doctors offices, malls, and Marta which stops at the entrance to the complex. Overall, we have been more than happy to call this place our home.
