Better than expected in every way. Most pleasant staff by far and friendly neighbors. After searching and viewing more than twenty locations, our apartment seems the best value in Dunwoody. Thank you for the excellent service.

I have had a lovely experience with the community and management team. I believe the community could be kept in a cleaner way but everyone needs to do their part in making that happen. The residents don't seem to care, which is a real shame.

I'm reasonably satisfied overall. It used to be not so great in the beginning mainly due to maintenance not up to satisfaction. There seems to be lot of emphasis in recent months to improve it and it has gotten a lot better. People in the management office are also upgrade compared to an year ago. Spacious apartments, even though a little old. But, more space to live.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE Reasons 1. Drunk maintenance guys enter home whenever they feel like, looking for God know's what (caught on video camera) 2. Water in bathrooms run constantly never fixed and water bill is high because of it 3. Gas company red tagged the furnace for it's liability to cause a fire, maintenance man stole tag and started furnace anyway. 4. Bought a radon detector (apartment did not have one and all batteries in smoke detectors were dead) and it kept going off every time I used heat. 5. Houses are leaning, roofs are constantly leaking (apartment flooded twice). 6. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, SILVERFISH 7. Maintenance guys come and put a piece of paper that says terminix but terminix never comes...again caught on video. 8. DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS 9. Staff has no idea what they are doing. 10. Rent from anywhere but here. 11. TRASH always piled up entire place stinks 12. Animals living in the roof for the entire time (1year). Heard them every night roof was starting to cave in when I left. 13. Mold in bathroom ceiling floor and God knows where else. 14. Bottom of the Bottom...its not worth whatever money you think you are saving. If you are in dire straights and have bad credit and no other choice still don't rent from this place. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Overall it has been a positive experience. The location is great and the neighborhood is pretty quiet and well kept. The only issues that I have is with the roaches inside our apartment and how long it took to resign our lease. If the apartment complex could find a way to get rid of the roaches, everything would be great!

Great community. Wonderful staff. Great response time for maintenance requests. Friendly neighbors, community feel with families and kids. Clean unit, very spacious. Good amenities including pool, volleyball, and quick access to parks and Dunwoody Trailway.

It's mostly fine. There's an issue with pest control. Also the gas fire is a tad weak. Not suitable for cooking. The ice make doesn't seem to function. The buildings themselves are large size but definitely old.

Maintenance comes on time . I haven't had an issue with them not showing up to fix anything. Staff lets me know when I have a package at the office. The neighborhood is quiet. The grass is cut, people pick up after their pets.

I personally enjoy living here. It is a great location, just walking distance from many parks and trails to small shopping centers. The community is beautiful and quiet. The apartments are very spacious so we have plenty of room. Great amenities like a pool, gym, laundry unit, a playground, tennis court, etc.

This has been the most stressful living situation I've ever experienced. Between constant roach issues, the building themselves are in desperate need of renovations. Drafty, floors are ready to give out, and absolutely no insulation. You can hear your neighbors (next door!) walking, that's how bad the structure is. Staff will acknowledge you in person but promptly forget your issue when you leave. I've had several maintenance issues resolved promptly but some very obvious ones (pest control, outside maintenance) are not up to par. Speaking of pest control, they use Terminix who is the most useless contractor I've ever seen. Regardless of your issue, all they do is lay traps and spray floors in the same area - regardless of where you say the issue is. Extremely lazy and not proactive at all. And if your neighbors don't allow them in, all the spraying in the world won't solve your problem. I've never lived in a building where all residents in the area were not contacted for pest control when one unit has an issue. You can guarantee if you see a roach, the whole building is infested. They seem to only be interested in collecting the monthly mandatory fee.

Quiet community and great staff. Friendly neighbors and good parking. Plenty of space and storage space in the townhome. New AC unit as well and excellent water pressure in the showers. PRICE RANGE IS PERFECT.

The sector is nice, it's a clean and quiet place, its neighborhood is good, just need to renovate the apartments a bit inside, they are very old. It is good to fix the problem with the garbage container a bit, it looks bad and attracts rodents.

It was really good until recently when things seemed to have changed not sure what happened in management or something I loved the first year here now things don't get done noise level at night is bad Maintenance staff is great though

Overall good place to live. The pool and the fitness area are nice to use. But the office cannot accept packages mail via usps and no package center. We have had issues with cooling the apartment (even with a new AC unit).

The apartments are very spacious, but outdated. The community isn't gated and only has 1 dumpster which overflows every weekend. Also the water company they use charges 4 times the normal amount. They have crappy grills but won't allow personal grills.

Love the location. Feels safe. But apartment units are old and outdated. AC and heat have had to be inspected and fixed a few times. Maintenance is responsive but has to come a lot just because of how old and dysfunctional certain things are.

Apt is at a very GOOD locality. Apt is sort of old but very spacious. These 2 are the main features which attracted us to move to this apt. Overall it is fine but would be more better if our reported concerns get addressed more quickly- at least simple/main ones.

Friendly neighbors, quiet community, pet friendly. Moving in was a smooth transition with just a couple hiccups, but they were available and very willing to help. The inspection went well and initial issues were resolved wuickly. So far, so good.

The location is idea for my line of profession that I'm in. Quick access to the highways and airport. Close to shopping mall and restaurants. Centrally located to downtown ATL. Great location for any commute.

Love this apartment especially after getting rid of the last two property managers. Cecil & Toni in the office are both awesome. Reese is one of the best maintenance men I've had at any complex. The community is great too. It is right next to a park with a pavilion, play ground & basketball courts. We also have our own entrance directly onto the trails for Brook Run Park. We are walking distance to marta bus stop (not sure of the line) & less than 10mins from the Doraville & Dunwoody marta stations. We are located on the perfect part of the perimeter. Can easily access 285/85/400/PIB-141 within minutes. We have a 3/2 & the apartment itself is HUGE!! The kitchen is bigger than any kitchen I've had in a house. LOVE that the master has 2 closets. Honestly choosing a new apartment would be quite hard because this definitely has me spoiled. The three downsides I have are: 1. Parking can suck & a lot of the neighbors don't seem to care if they hit & ding your car up. 2. Ride share services & food delivery have a hard time finding the unit. The apps tell them to stop at the dumpster even if you put your apt # in. 3. Because so many packages were going missing the USPS refuses to leave packages at the leasing office anymore so now all packages must be picked up & when you work M-F 9-5 the only time you can go is Saturday 9-1 & that is REALLY inconvenient

This apartment complex refuses to receive packages from USPS. It is horribly inconvenient, and really decreasing my quality of residence. I spoke with the post office and they confirmed it was the decision of apartment management to no longer receive these packages. ECI Groups is really doing me a disservice because I am paying online merchants to ship packages to my house and the apartment is causing them to be held at at off-site location. I depend on shipments of medicine for my diabetes. Really, really outrageous that the incompetency of the staff here would cause such a terrible outcome for me, a paying customer. 0/10 do not recommend.
