Great location and surrounding neighborhoods. Maintinence staff has always been kind. Office staff is ever changing so it would be nice to have more consistency but I understand it's he nature of the business, however when certain request are made to a manager that doesn't go into play, it should roll over to the next team memeber

The staff at The Columns at Lake Ridge are awesome! The move in was a breeze and I would definitely recommend them! The location is convenient to the dunwoody trail, and the perimeter!! 10 out of 10!!

i chose The Columns at Lake Ridge over other communities because of the cleanliness of the interior and well maintained grounds and landscaping. The office staff was courteous and helpful. Since my move-in the staff has been quick to respond to any needs that i have encountered. Thankfully, this feels like home to me!

At first it was great then to many maintenance changes. Reynaldo has been the longest and does a great job.Jaydon in the office is always on top of everything and always gives you an answer to your questions. He's vey kind and professional.

The model townhome was great! It was decorated so nice for the price. Kendell was great he answered any question I had. And he told me the honest truth on whatever question I had . Ask for Kendall. ??

It's very calm and quiet. Very diverse. I enjoy the community due to the neighbors being so kind. If I ever have a problem, it's easy to communicate with the leasing team or catch a maintenance man, they are very active. I enjoy the cleanliness, it ahows just much the team cares.

The Apartments are smart and the environment is serene. The neighborhood is great with good schools and there is a Big Mall nearby just four minutes drive away. It's really a great place to stay with your family. I highly recommend this place, you'll not regret choosing it.

A very quiet and well kept community. It is near every thing that one needs. Grocery stores, pharmacies, eating places, schools of all levels, car dealer shops. There's a swimming pool in the premises and also a beautiful park for all activities. It is well lit at night. The management is very understanding and helpful.

Started out wonderful when Joel was managing. The rents has doubled but not services. Seniors love the area and most accommodations but have limited funds. They understand new owners and maybe change is slow. Seniors are priced out. Thank you.

Mi experiencia en esta comunidad ha sido bastante agradable aunq al principio me costo un poco interactuar con el personal de la oficina porque no ha personal latinos. Y eso gracias a la persona quien me asisti? en su momento fue muy comprensiva y amable durante todo el proceso. Y hasta ahora no he tenido inconveniente el tiempo ha pasado r?pido y yo me he sentido en una comodidad confortante al vivir aqu?.

This community is beautifully maintained and the staff is very responsive and helpful. The townhome units are unique, spacious, and very cozy. Amenities are great, very well maintained dog park and playground.

Office staffs very hands-on. Great community . Apartment location is very nice and quiet. Access to daycare is a big plus for me. The location of this apartment is a peace of mind. Good value for money.

I just moved in, I love it! Just needs a few things worked out. I like the location and the community, I wish the pool was open yesterday, it was really hot and we were moving furniture all day and had our heart set on jumping in the pool. Also the fitness center was closed

My neighbors are great and Iove the area I am in. As far as The Columns at Lake Ridge, I would make it my last resort in looking for somewhere to stay. The office is very nice, but that's about it. I would not recommend living at The Columns at Lake Ridge to anyone.

I have lived in these apartments for over 10 years. The location is great. It's easy to get anywhere in town. There is a new park next to the complex and the park and the complex borders the Dunwoody network of walking trails.

So far it is a pretty quiet community it seems to be family oriented as I hear children from time to time which is nice the neighbors seem to be pretty friendly and overall the community seems nice. I hope to love it here and stay out for a while

When I first moved in my unit was roach infested really bad I had to get rid of them on my own, the kitchen is so outdated , & the tubs in both bathrooms are peeling. Units need to be updated more really bad

It's a great community, the office helps out when they can, but the apartments are old needs work, my bathroom floor feels as if it's going to fall in one day! The place needs to be painted walls make the apartment dark, old stove, just a old apartment really needs to be upgraded.

It's been alright so far. The neighbors are loud and rude from Time to time. But mostly appropriate. The community staff are friendly and will work to resolve your concerns and act fast. The community comes with little dog area and pet friendly area.
