The community has changed from when I moved here. Several different management staff, the property has deteriorated and need a makeover . Our streets need repaying. We have several breeds of dogs that are unsafe- pit bulls in particular. Also several people do not pick up after their dogs. And people put their trash in the doggie poop bins.

My experience here has been disappointing. There's constantly something going wrong, either within my apartment, or in the complex as a whole, and trying to get management to ever do anything is like pulling teeth. I've had issues ranging from pest control, water damage, inoperable AC, damage to my vehicle, and in all of these cases I've been given the run around. Issues either don't get fixed, or require numerous requests with increasing urgency to get addressed. (That's not even getting into the situation with the broken trash compactor and the rats, which is more of a community wide issue.) I've never lived anywhere as badly managed as this and the only reason the rating isn't lower is that I'm a pessimist and believe that this isn't the worst out there.

Horrible! This community has great potential, as it is in a great location near parks and shopping. However, the amenities and condition of the apartments are outdated and overpriced for the value that you receive. I expect better and more if I'm going to spend $2k a month for rent.

Awful and ----?overpriced and not worth the money they charge. You know it's a sad community with charities to pass out free groceries in the community. Absolutely flabbergasted by the lack of care and high prices for frankly a ---- hole.

Poor overall management of the complex. Trash is constantly piled up and overflowing, the buildings are old and in disrepair, and the constant water outages are extremely irritating to deal with. The new team that was sent in to replace the incompetent one we moved in here with is better at being on top of things but that's not a high bar. Overall for the price we are paying we feel like we could have gotten so much more

The community itself was very quiet , not a lot of noise , it seemed to be diverse from the amount of people I seen on the tour, the prices are fair for the services and the scenery. Inside the apartment is spacious and that's a great thing.

I love the community, the area is a great place to live. I would like to see the toilets, showers, bath tubs, kitchen appliances, and carpet upgraded after living there so long. Also, the rent should stop going up after a certain amount of years. The Chimney needs to be cleaned.

They're okay apartments but it could be better. There's a trash problem around the apartments it has gotten very bad. Water sometimes turns off sometimes due to repairs but no notice for residents. Maintenance delay have to keep calling the office to get people to come to our unit.

Many issues not yet resolved like gutter. Many apartments got gutters replaced. They took the gutters down and left them down with no replacement leaving the roof exposed. Also toilet broken and doesn't flush properly, muddy sidewalk and no way around it. Retainer wall broke and all mud spills on sidewalk.

Requesting to please improve and maintain the apartments with all the issues. Please make sure that the garbage truck area needs to cleaned and others should not get affected. seeing that renters and future renters will not appreciate the same

Moving into the community was quick and the same day. The staff was nice and they were able to accommodate my needs immediately. The leasing staff always addressed me by my name and new who I was whenever I communicated with them. The maintenance team always addressed my concerns quick and on time. I would gladly recommend the community.

The apartments are very large and have a nice layout. The complex is older but they seem to be doing a lot of updates and do not hesitate to replace older appliances if they stop working. Location is amazing.

TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! Do NOT live here! THE BUGS ARE OUT OF CONTROL EVEN IF YOUR HOUSE IS SPOTLESS, maintenance is useless and will act like they care about your issue and then not answer emergency requests for months! They are money hungry and the price you pay is no where NEAR worth it for what you get. Old rusty appliances than have cob webs and SPIDERS GALORE that they say they can't do anything about except give you cheap traps to set up or advise you to call your own pest company. Had a spider infestation before I moved in and couldn't get it under control until the winter when it got cold.. DONT DO IT!

Very poorly and I can't wait for my lease to expire. They don't show up for maintenance. Any time I request for maintenance is a struggle. I wish they could do more about maintaining the property, the property is very old so they should at least try to do maintenance in the homes for tenants to live a bit comfortably.

Horrible experience since miss Monica left. This complex has gone downhill. My rent has been raised twice with NO UPGRADES. JUst bad plumbing, mold, and roaches. They do not care about or residentssss.

We have had roaches in our apartment since day one. They never handled the roach problem. They would "complete" our maintenance request a minute after we put them in. Nobody showed up. Ended up living with roaches until winter. Now there are rats. Management acts like they care when you go to the office, but laugh at your emails and sneak diss your brother. They don't deal with rats at home, they don't care that we have to live with rats. I tell them there is a rat running around inside and they tell me somebody should be there by Friday. Friday? It's Tuesday. The rat will be gone by then. Overall very disappointed to be paying this much in rent just to have half the apartment boarded off. Can't take girls here, can't take my parents here. Even the idea that they told me I was paying extra for a "lake view." It is a pond that is dry half of the time, and you can barely see it through the trees. The dishwasher leaks and runs up into the sink. The toilets barely flush and are extremely small. The shower doesn't drain. The heat is broken for the second time. Fines for everything on top of full rent for half of a disgusting apartment. But hey, they have a pool. Don't move here.

Monica is the BEST!

I’ve recently moved to Georgia from Memphis a few months ago & Monica has been an angel from the very beginning! I was having so many complaints & she made it her business to make sure I got taken care of! Everything is going so well right now. I’ll recommend her to anyone who’s looking to move. She’s such a down to earth sweetheart & is very understanding! She’s the BEST! Highly recommended!

Security cameras are needed, the garbage area is atrocious and overrun with rats!! The units should be updated, there should be some uniformity within this complex should be maintained, the grounds are horrible the tenants children are unruly and wild. my neighbors smoke drugs all the time with all their visitors who take the residents parking spots, I can go on but I'm sure your thinking why are you still a resident. My sunroom floods every time it rains and, I'm held hostage because my front door is literally a pool, so no joke; I have to put on rain boots to leave my unit. It's mainly the rent and my job is one exit away. but that isn't worth it anymore. It's just not a nice place to live and my quality of life and health is suffering as a result of living here. I am in the process of finding someplace else to reside.

I cannot use showers that drain. The power is on & off. Circuit breaker has been broken since Feb. The maintenance that have come here has made my daughters feel uncomfortable & the jobs are never complete - although he reports that he fixed. It's a nightmare.

Not the best value for your money, but an ideal location! While the staff is "courteous and friendly", the apartments are outdated which facilitates issues such as pests and other maintenance issues that aren't truly resolved, and become continuous issues. Overall there is also a general lack of communication which causes the renter to continuously have to follow up with the office.

It has been wonderful so far. I love the location and the layout of the unit. All of our neighbors have been courteous so far. We love being so close to brook run park and the walking trail. Feels like home already!

This is an older style of complex and not a high rise, which is why I prefer it. It's more like living in a suburb with streets, trees and and walking paths. The Apts. are larger and a good location. I have lived here 21 years.
