The community is great the apartment not so great. I was told it's normal for apartments to have leaks. This is now my FOURTH one since January 2021. Less than 6 months. But this is normal let them tell it

Since my arrival here i have problem , it seems a fair community for apartments its satisfactory in all aspect , i recommend to people who want better apartment access able to park to those who want juging .

Great so far! Living here has been a good experience. Mostly quiet, spacious apartments, close to parks, grocery stores, and the highway. The neighbors seem friendly and the apartment staff are great and very helpful.

Monica is the best... communication skills are great although I had a late in the day move in due to maintenance she kept me informed she was very professional and friendly. Maintenance came the next day to resolve any issues I had. Steve and his team are very responsive to maintenance issues. So far the move has been a good one.

The community is very nice and the management team is everything a person wants. Any problems are followed up on and they really care about the community. If this is one of your choices to stay I highly recommend it for families and bachelors.

I have no problem with living in this community thus far. I see that the staff are professional and efficient in what they're doing. Wow you really can't make no one type more than they have to, now this is it professional.

The move in process was amazing. The apartment is great! Everyone in the leasing office is fantastic and made the process so easy to move in. After a bad experience at our old place this really put a lot of our fears to rest with how easy this move in process was.

Choose your neighbor before your house. Some communities won't be the right place to some people who have different life style. For example, people who work in hospitals and uses to come home late needs bigger spaces for parking their cars. Because sometimes you will need to park your car so far from your house while you just came from work and exhausted.

So far this community has been amazing! They've been very responsive about any concerns & my move in was super smooth. Monica and will answered any and all questions, they helped me with credit questions and helped me with getting my utilities set up. The staff in general are amazing and I'm thankful to be in a community that cares!

This community has been awesome and everyone is professional and i am sastified with the services i have been receiving. Maintenance makes sure they complete what they need to and they are very respectful and friendly and make sure they do there job preficiently and effectively.

The community is welcoming and a quiet place to live. The grounds are well kept. The office manager is very helpful with any of the resident's concerns. The community serves a variety of cultures, which are very friendly when spoken to.

There has been a steady improvement since the current Mamagement Staff took over. The Maintenance response is excellent! The community is attractive and inviting and if you have children there are solid friendships to be found. Excellent customer service but very outdated community.

****Warning**** This apartment complex has a major pest issue. Major! The complex offers voluntary pest control spraying; however, even if you request frequent treatments there still is a major pest problem. So, if you are debating leasing here - strongly consider this. If anyone downplays the pest issue at this complex they are lying to you. Otherwise, the apartment unit itself, maintenance, noise level, grounds upkeep, and the leasing staff are all "okay". Not 5 stars (luxury). Not 1 star (hell). I would say it's somewhere in the middle.

The roaches are awful and will just about carry you out of here. The noise level is as expected in any apartment most of the time but it can get noisy and the management is relaxed with this is brought to their attention. The grounds are kept ok could be a bit better. Safety is always a concern the complex IS NOT well lit, better lighting is needed ASAP. I am overly cautious about this and Management is nonchalant about fixing it. Maintenance is the best thing going they are Johnny on the spot EVERYTIME. Will the manager is nice and is ok with all resolving concerns until he follow up with the other office staff and his demeanor seems to change. The other staff is just rude off the rip over the phone. If there was no Pandemic I would make all request face to face I'm sure they would not be as rude face to face all request seem to be getting on their nerves when called in they hang up on you quick and ask you to call back on something they should call you back on. Overturn is very high... we need nice friendly office staff as we pay a lot to live here. I would recommend this community with understanding some things will not change.

It's ok just don't like the roaches. The apartment hardwood floors should have a shine to them. Needs painting in some areas of my unit and a window replacement. Overall it's an ok place. Will I renew my lease? That's still up for debate.

Maintenance staff and office members are great but apartment is in poor shape. Apartment has roof issues, electrical issues, water drainage issues, HVAC issues, roof leakage issues. This entire apartment needs to be revamped.

Just moved in a week ago, I love the amount of space there is. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. Love the park is walking distance. I love the natural light that we have and the vaulted ceilings.

Really clean community and fast maintenance. Friendly staff, really good schools and nearby community complex. I would definitely recommend anyone to rent your new home here!!! So far I'm so happy here hopefully It stays like that for the rest of the year!!!

I am very satisfied with the property everyone has great customer service, very friendly and professional. I love my apartment and maintenance is very fast. The grounds are kept up very good and this complex is very pet friendly there is pet stations throughout the property.

Monica has been the most pleasant person I have dealt with since I've been living here , reading the good reviews has me boggled , on any given day mostly at night you will find outside drunken females yelling to the top of their voices while entertaining their visitors , walking into a cloud of who knows what ( it ain't nicotine that's for sure ) loud music disrupting the sleep of those who work ..shopping carts in the bushes , cigarettes and trash thrown right at your front door because of not so clean neighbors , as the office staff are " working " to clean up this place it seems to progressively get worse , I guess seeing the police here regularly could be a good thing but then again maybe not , they don't keep coming for nothing , I have grown to hate calling this place home , I have named it the ------ of Dunwoody
