Customer service is subpar, to say the least. Small maintenance requests get handled fairly quickly by the hard working maintenance crew. However, the office staff is rude, short, unresponsive, don't communicate well regarding ongoing issues, dodge and ignore residents. The way that management handles residents' concerns is enough to not live here.

I have living here for several years and I really don't have anything to say about my community. One thing I want to complain is about the maintenance they do come fast as they can but please fix my door.

It was wonderful to be a resident here. It is a middle point to reach any where in Atlanta. This neiborhood is surrounded bygone beautiful walking trails grounds basketballs courts tennis and swimmingly facilities and some of the professional staff member at the leasing office always ready to help and resolve resident's issues

The apartment was not ready when I was told. There are a lot of cockraches and kitchen drawers are disgustingly dirty, I was told fumigation and cleaning will be done, but nothing yet. The air conditioning was failing but it was fixed soon.

Moving in was a little bit of a hassle but was able to get it done. I am pleased with my apartment & the team that helped me move in into my new home. The area is quiet, the neighborhood is clean & that is hard to find.

Move is was not smooth. Delays in getting keys. Someone forgot to make sure the a/c and water heater worked before our move in. Maintenace staff did fix these issues the next day. Now, if I can get the little things we found during the walk through inspection taken care of, I'll be happy.

My time here has been an endless effort to clear my home of the cockroaches infesting my building. By the way I'm nine months into my lease. Inexcusable that they have not taken the proactoveness to inspect and plan a treatment for the entire building. I've escalated this all to way to ECI corporate not once but twice, only to as of today still be waiting for someone either local or regional to contact me about a final resolution. Unacceptable! I have zero tolerance for pests and that this is something they brush off means apparently they are used to it. No other explanation. The buildings are very dated with inefficient heating and air, drafty fireplaces and paper thin walls. I live in a townhome and can hear my neighbors walking next door, that's how bad the floors are. I stopped using the gym since whenever I would go I the morning it reeked of weed and the machines would shock you and cut off anyway. Overall this place needs to be gutted and rebuilt, and I'm extremely angry about my choices to either deal with it or pay extra to leave. Dont get trapped like me, just avoid this place.

I like the community. Its cleaned & calm place. People are friendly here. But they have to put more care about the interior apartment things before move in date. Specially kitchen and Toilets are in bad condition.

Apartment hunting didn't go well for everywhere I went,I cant stand rude people but the minute I called the columns at lake ridge and spoke to Jessica for information about renting an apartment she was so nice on the phone and gave me the information I required and suggested I i come in to view the apartments available. I came through that very day and looked at the apartments , I loved the town home she showed me and immediately madepayment to hold the town home did my application and my heart waste to go ahead and continue the process 2days later.

alliances are not to the level as expected, these are old not work like normal stuffs. cockroach issue, AC problem, bath tab, water sink issue and lot we face. cooking ovens burners not perfectly, exhaust fan not work, no micro wave.

Nice community and staff. Very convenient location to EVERYTHING! You can walk to the grocery store, for a bit to eat. Connected to two beautiful parks. Nice bike path. The kids are nice and respectful. I love this location.

Since we moved in, having issues with AC and heater. During summer our bedroom dosen't cool enough so we have use portapal AC but in our leaving room it's not a problem. As thing happen during winter, not enough heat get to the room, use portable heater but in leaving room its hot as Sona. We c/o once abs somebody came to fix and said there is no prolem with AC, it could be air going out of room. That was the major issues and still haven't fix yet. The other problem, toilet flushes. Stuff falling and so on.

Very nice apartments, big rooms, maintenance is fast, and people in the office are kind. i like this place because its very dog friendly, and has a nice tennis court area and a beautiful lake where you can walk your dog and have some fun.

It's not worth the savings property is not maintained. Trash everywhere the kids treat the tennis court and parking lot like a playground with no adult supervision. Vestibules are not kept clean at all.

Overall a nice quiet neighborhood that is occupied by a diverse community. There is a police officer that lives in the complex which is a plus. Maintenance is handled within a day or 2 usually. Not gated but one of the complexes with almost no crime.

Overall positive; over the years have seen some staff come and go, and there are those times one sees either an improvement in all areas of concern, or at times certain areas of concern may reflect a less than desirable attention. The most consistent priority is that of increasing rent amounts, when they are unwarranted. This is an older property, and is pretty well maintained, overall. Improvements due to time and age of the buildings, etc is notably good. But the seeming response to competing in the market with much newer buildings seems extreme to me. .

I love my townhouse apartment and the community here. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained, very clean and a great place to live. The townhouse apartment living is more like a home than an apartment complex. Loved the floor plan immediately. The office and maintenance staff are efficient and friendly and take care of any issues promptly.

As residence of this complex apts, me & my family, we feels so satisfied with this community. I recommend to anyone else to come if you're looking for rent an apartment, this is a place that you can feel like a home. Nice management people, the young lady at the office Jessica, she is very professional and she knows how to treat people. Everything is excellent!

Apartments are spacious but out of date. The foundation is horrible therefore waterbugs are always inside. They have a roach problem. You are paying for location. Floors are so noisy. Quite community.

Overall this community is much like other apartments with a revolving door of management and little to care about residents. It can be tedious when trying to get answers or help to get in touch because there's no telling who you will end up talking to and if they will actually take an action.

Community is OK, but apartment has lot of roaches, insects both inside and outside Especially outside there is lot of Mosquito's The pathway is always covered with Leaf sometime it scares us if there is some insects under those leaf. Need a light in the middle of the path way. when it is dark it scares a lot to walk. There is question just asking Yes or No there should be an option like Maybe, Not applicable. Because when the staff came for maintenance I was not there at home so I can't give rating for his responsiveness etc.,
