Lousy, ill tempered maintenance head. On site laundry with machines that stay broken. Main entrance gate that malfunctions all the time causing them to have to leave the thing wide open. Probably due to the gate, vehicle break ins are suddenly occurring.

Walden Apartments in flowery branch Georgia are the best apartments. Maintenance within 10 minutes after submitting service request promptly there the staff in the front office are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable.

The maintenance request was completed the very next day without any issues! There was a minor water leak in my unit and they replaced the whole part for me. It was done very quickly and I was so happy to see the clean and shiny new faucet :)

Overall move in experience was good. Apartment was clean and getting setup was fairly smooth. My only issue I would like to complain about is AVA which is a moving assistance agency. They help do setup on certain things needed when you move in. One thing they were supposed to do is setup the internet and schedule a technician. They did not do this though and had me scrambling and pleading with Xfinity to come out on short notice. I got it fixed but AVA still has not even called me back. So they would have left me without internet for days.

Quiet, tame, beautiful trees and nice amenities. I've had a generally positive experience living here. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and maintenance requests are usually handled within a reasonable time. Good community with parking and fairly quiet. They have resident events and the staff is helpful. I believe pricing is however above market and the window for cancellation is pretty long at 3 months notice which comes well before the receipt of a renewal offer so it is hard to plan if you are going to stay or not when you don't know what the renewal offer is
