I left a lengthy review on Google. I'm grateful for the time I've spent here. There have been more positive experiences than negative. The negative isn't horrible, there was just a time when we had a couple of managers that just weren't that great & maintenance was scarce at that time. Now there is an awesome team!

This place was one of the best places to live up until like the last year. My building blast there music at all hours of the night, shopping carts in the breeze way those are some of the small things I have a issue with.

Always trash around the community, people playing loud music in the middle of the night. I would not recommend living here. The are currently renting apartments bigger than mine for over $100 less than I pay.

it was a very beautiful community and the pricing was very good. the lady helping me was very friendly and we had great conversation she even stayed late to let me tour bc i got off work late. She was extremely helpful and professional look forward to living here

Gives you a snapshot of the different apartments and units along with photos and pricing. The community seemed fine. The leasing agent shared no interest in showing or explaining the details of the property. She never mentioned the pool and the other amenities like the business center or fitness center. Pool was filthy and not maintained. She didn't give us very much info. I asked about the promotion because she didn't try to bring it up. It was a terrible tour. I wish I didn't tour here. Do not highly recommended. I visited on 01/17/2026 and she couldn't find my reservation. Very unorganized and unprofessional. The leasing office smelled like fart.

The apartment complex is a nice and quiet environment. Any issues get done quickly and pricing is very reasonable. The staff is also very friendly and they have great amenities. Very close to many stores and restaurants.

The apartment itself is very spacious, which is one of the things I enjoy most about living here. The layout is nice and comfortable, and maintenance generally responds quickly when there's an issue, which I appreciate. However, there are several areas that could use improvement. For example, we pay for valet trash service, but it isn't always picked up on the scheduled days. It's frustrating to pay for a service that isn't consistently reliable. Another concern is the amenities. The pool, which is one of the main features of the community, was shut down for more than half of the summer, which was disappointing. In addition, the gate to the community rarely closes properly even though it's advertised as a gated property. This makes the "gated community" feature feel misleading at times. The walls are also quite thin, so you can easily hear your neighbors if they're playing music or talking loudly. Despite these inconveniences, I will say that I do feel safe living here, and overall, it's a decent place to stay. With a few improvements to the amenities and upkeep, this apartment complex could be a much better living experience for its residents.

The customer service via the property management is fantastic! however the follow through is not up to standard. I believe property management should implement stricter guidelines for trash and litter on the property. Moreover, the gym needs to be updated. the machines are rusted and the treadmills do not work.

I have lived here for 3 years. The living arrangements are quite acceptable. I am retired and The Columns provides a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. One outstanding feature is the nearness of Savannah and it's many activities.

Staff turnover seems to have been an issue. Stairwells and lighting need upkeep. In the time I have been here no pressure washing or blowing off of stairwells until recently. Many outside lights are out.

Its a good place to live. For a 1 bed its a little expensive for my taste but they have fast service responses and it a gated- ish community. People here are nice and respectful for the most part. Haven't had anything stole yet.

The walls and ceilings have zero sound barrier. Parking is limited. And high turnover in the office. Renters do not clean up after their pets.The community is loud. Maintenance has been responsive. And I feel safe here.

Overall it's 8 out of ten. Gate is never closed and random cars are always in your parking spot. Other than that, hallway maintenance could be addressed on a regular basis. They just fixed the lighting.
