Awful place to live. When the apartments were first built, the crowd was great. Very little issues with trash, unruly tenants, poor office staff, etc. Now, things have completely changed. The "property manager" is a joke. She has no clue what she should be doing and drops the ball most of the time. She also allows all of her family and friends to come hang out. Don't try to get a spot at the pool or grill, because the whole crowd (in a church bus) will show up on the weekends and take all available spaces and brag about not even living here. The crowd of people is great if you enjoy living around drug deals, loud crowds, and sketchy parking lot occurrences. Not to mention the gate is broken 90% of the time, so there is no need to feel safe in a "gated community." Office staff will lie their way out of any situation to try to gain leases and renewals. Also cannot forget about the office staff's frequent "visits" to the model apartment with "guests" after hours to handle "business." People are moving out of here much quicker than they are moving in, so I guess they are desperate for tenants. The only thing I can consistently brag on is the maintenance crew. They try to fix all the apartment issues, like the washing machines that break every single week. But are limited to the "restrictions" of the awful "property manager" and "higher ups." I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please research thoroughly before living out here!!

I'm happy the years I living here the neighborhood is very nice we have good point o place next to the super market and all only is the price going up this very problem the people say looking the other places have good prices

We moved into this complex early last year, and have really enjoyed it so far. There are a lot of amenities we have access to and our apartment is a good value for what we are paying. The staff usually responds to questions and maintenance requests very quickly. There are also shops and restaurants right across the street, which is very convenient.

We love living here! It's in a great area and everyone is so friendly. Staff, maintenance, and neighbors. My work order was completed just hours after I submitted! We are very happy to live at Columns of Coldbrook

Everything is going good. Expect some people making dirty some areas like they not use dust bin they put coffee and other glass or bottle through anywar...,........ Barbeque areas good bot little bit dirt in gas....

My experience with our maintenance specialist was superb. He was very honest and straight to the point, he explained the problem and how he was going to fix it and went straight to work and fixed our A.C problem in no time. I'm glad I chose The Columns at Coldbrook Station as my home, thanks to all the staff.

I like my apartment. The management staff and the maintenance staff are outstanding. My apartment is close to grocery stores, pizza, etc. There is easy access to mail, garbage dump and the grounds are nicely kept up.

I have been enjoying my stay here. It is clean, still looks new, and doesn't have any pest problems. The my staff is also responsive to my needs in a timely matter. It is also close to a food lion and other stores.

Everybody is helpful and friendly. The pool area is clean and plenty of room. The workout equipment is in good working condition and clean. The landscaping around the grounds are taken care of and beautifully landscaped..

Wonderful!When I say that EVERYONE was awesome. I relocated from Atlanta, Ga to Port Wentworth. The staff made my transition so smooth. My leasing agent was Heather. However Wendy and the Prpty Mgr worked with me also as if they all are connected at the "hip"!!! I will refer anyone to this complex!!!

The Columns at Coldbrook Station is one of the best apartment communities that I have ever lived in, the buildings are brand new, and maintained magnificently. The management team is more than experienced, and work with you every step of the way. From large apartments, competitive pricing in rent and utilities, and the amenities, the only reason why I'm moving out now is because I'm getting a larger apartment in the city. This is a wonderful place to call home- if you're searching for an apartment in this area, search no further. You found it.

This is a great complex. Well maintained and friendly staff. The layout of the apartment is great. I love the location with its proximity to everything. Yet, somehow it doesn't feel like you are close to anything. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I love that this is a quiet and peaceful community. The fact that it's located in close proximity to a shopping center makes things more convenient and accessible. Everyone in the community speaks in pass and the staff is wonderful.

It was a very nice stay but due to losing money in my pay I can't afford to stay here. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. Everyone was nice and the stay was well worth it. Office staff was always nice and helpful.

I love this community. I have never had a bad experience with ECI. All the communities that I have seen that is affiliated with this company have been well maintained and worth the money. This is a great organization and I would suggest you look into these communities first.

Nice quiet place to live. Staff is awesome. Few problems are recurring, but major one is the gates don't always work so they stay open 2 weeks at a time for repair. Everything else is fixed pretty quickly.

They didn't clean the apt before moved in. I had to accept dirty apt. Flea and bugs inside the unit. No car washing area. Washer is small and hard to use. Wall is too thin, I can hear it. Gym needs better cleaning.

The apartments are nice and quiet. There are only 2 things I don't like one the gate breaks a good bit and two people are slack about putting their trash in the compactor, so maintenance has to make sure it is done. That I blame on people and not the complex

Ive had a great experience living here. The staff is very professional and maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly. I also love the idea that I can go to the gym on my time and not just when the office is open.

Everything has been ok overall. It's close to the highway and not too far from my job. Not to mention the Tanger Outlet only being five minutes down the road. The staff is nice and very helpful. Parking is horrible.

I love the privacy and location, the fact that I got a good move in deal was awesome. But the sound barrier issue is a problem for me. For the money I pay in rent it's just unacceptable and needs to be addressed

The office staff (Ebony, Heather, and Wendy) as well as the maintenance crew are amazing! Always willing to help!!! I would recommend this community to anyone. The community is very close to food and shopping areas.
