It is a very quiet neighborhood. The area is very well kept and looks great all the time. The pool is open and clean year round. The office staff are very welcoming and helpful every time I call, and I love the convenience of doing everything online.

Everything went smoothly I enjoy the apartments here and everything is fine I love place I would and have recommended these apartments to many of my friends and I tell them how well the management is here and I love this place it's also in a good location

Apartment is spacious. The staff are helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained. Nice landscaping. Limited noise from freeway close by. Convenient location for shopping and easy access to freeway.

We love living here at the Columns at Coldbrook Station! We have easy access to everywhere, yet we are tucked away and have a quiet neighborhood. Its 6 miles to Rincon and 6 miles to Pooler and easy to get on the highway/Interstate for any direction we need to go. The staff is very friendly, the response time on ANY maintenance issues is GREAT and they are very pleasant as they take care of things. If being quiet and left alone is what you want, you can have that here OR if knowing your neighbors and having fellowship is needed, that too is here with a staff that puts together occasional community functions. Living here is more than just apartment living, its a community that we are proud to call Home!

I have not been at the cold brooks that long to give a full honest opinion. I do enjoy it so far. I really can not complain and very nice layout and location is great and clean. The staff was really nice to me the whole process of moving in. I really like the choice that was made to there.

My first visit at the property was like WOW. The grounds was clean and we'll manicured. When I entered the office the staff greeted me and and answered all my questioned. The office is beautiful and always smell nice and clean. I love my place and the location is perfect close to stores and I95.

I'm excited that I chose my first place on my one to be these apartments! I love everything about it so far. There's some things I don't know how to use, but I will learn. The staff there is WONDERFUL! They've been helpful since day 1! I don't plan on going anywhere else to live!

Great I love heather she so nice and down to earth it's so quite in the community I just hope it doesn't turn bad like most apartment places.. Overall Everything is good here I wish I have linen closets in the restrooms but over all I still love my home

Unfortunate. The gates are always broken, the dog park is a joke, you pay for pest control that you never receive. Poor construction. Poor design. Rent is too high for the value. Walls are paper thin.

We moved into a brand new apartment and no one has lived in it before us. It is very spacious with lots of elbow room. It is larger than the house we moved out of. I love the Master bedroom and bath with garden tub. The Pool is beautiful at night all lite up. The fitness Center is state-of-the-art.

Terrible experience. I signed a 4 month lease and the property manager knew I was in town for an internship, I received my notice after 60 days and am now trapped paying more money than my original end lease date. The property mangers would not help. They never sent me a notification via mail, email, or phone call. You would think a complex managed my a management group would care more about their tenants. I am a graduate student, as they were very much aware of my situation, and paying an extra $300 for an apartment that will no longer be living in seeing is I have to return back to Ohio is a big deal to me. I also was paying an extra $250 a month for a one bedroom apartment since I signed a short term lease. By they time I received my 60 day notice it took me a few days to sign it and return. The office closes at 6, and I do not get home from work until after 6. I felt that was a quick turn around time but the property manager was condescending and saying that I waited a long time to return my notice. I received my 60 day notice 4 days after the actual 60 day notice. They failed me and I would not rent here. I am coming back to intern for the summer I would rather have a farther commute than to rent from a company that is dishonest, greedy, and rude.

The Maintenance department acted quickly and were thorough. The maintenance worker not just fixed the problem I had but also another that was needed. I highly recommend the Columns of Coldbrook Station for a great place to live. The worker was very professional and curteous.

We love this community! It's beautiful, quiet, safe and everything we have ever wanted. We can't believe we live in such a beautiful home and are so beyond blessed and grateful. After living in such a terrible apartment in downtown savannah-- we never thought we could live in such a safe and beautiful home. Safety is my number one priority!

The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated them working with me to make sure my needs was met upon moving in. The design of the apartments are nice. The apartments are also spaceious for the right price. I believe I am going to enjoy living here.

I don't care for the trash method becuase it's very far from my unit. Also the constant construction is a down side, but the apartments are beautiful. The washer and dryer are also awesome and so is the layout of the room. Pricing was worth the square footage.

The Columns at Coldbrook Station are the perfect place to call home. From the "Future Resident Parking" to the amazing ladies in the office, you feel like you are in the right place from the start. The design in the apartments is one of the best in the area and offers affordable luxury. The clubhouse has a TV with chair, a computer area and a simple lounge so that if you need to get out of the gorgeous apartment for a few, then you have the perfect place to do it. The pool is amazing and the fitness center offers something for everyone. I love it and can't see why anyone wouldn't lobe it. The only downsides that I have found come are that isn't much kitchen storage and the pool isn't heated.

The moment we saw the apartment homes we loved it, we said this is it. we meet with Heather, she drove us to see the model and the unit we rented, we loved it. we also had an appointment to see another to apartment home first but we choose to see Columns of Coldbrook first, Heather showed us the apartment we was sold on this one, we never went to see the other apartment home. we would tell everyone we know about the apartment community. My sister is moving in from Tampa Florida this Christmas she is going to view the community i sent her pictures of the community. Thanks for this opportunity to live in this wonderful apartment.

The grounds are well maintained. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. The common areas of the complex are also well maintaned and updated. The apartment complex is convienent to the interstate as well as shopping and dining. The office staff is friendly, professional, and responsive to questions and requests.

I considered this property while I looked at others over a period of two months. From my initial phone call until present, the staff has been very accommodating and professional. It is obvious that they are in a profession especially suited to their skills and personalities. They have all been professional, and Heather was not only my initial contact with the property, but she also worked with me through my entire process from showing me the property to addressing my questions. Furthermore, she was very patient as I explored other communities and took a second look at this one. She even accompanied (and stayed with) Comcast until I could arrive home. I could not be more pleased with my experience here or in my decision to live in this apartment community!

new resident, looking forward to moving in at the end of the month. I signed my lease to take advantage of the great move in special, but won't have my stuff there for a couple more weeks. My kids are looking forward to the cool salt water U shaped pool and I can't wait to enjoy the fitness equipment
