Been here for 2 years and never had any issues. The community is very quite and everyone minds their business within is a plus for me. Management has been very helpful especially while I was deployed. Communication was always in advance for service schedules or anything occurring within the community. If I was not relocating for work I would definitely be renewing my lease.

I love where I live. I love the staff and the convenience of everything being within reach. I had doubts before moving in because of the location, Port Wentworth is known for the traffic ,but I have been pleasantly surprised at minimal traffic has been.

Get sick and stay sick, bugs, mold, broken everything. Your nothing but$
They try to trick you. They tell you one thing verbally then ask you if they gave you in writing....dog mess allover the place and they do nothing about it. This suppose to be a "smoke free" compound but they do nothing about that either....we got a dirty broken toilet, broken microwave dirty carpet smokey apartment which cause us and the kids the be sick for the few months we stayed until we were tired of going to the doctor....they put too much what ever in the swimming pool and my daughter lost vision temporarily...they keep coming to spray for bugs but it seems it's feed they feeding them instead.....it's a rip off.....the best Manager they had she left....prob because of the others toxic in-fighting, we had to rent a carpet cleaning machine and do it ourselfs to be able to stay the few months we did, we moved in with a broken AC and molds filled the apartment, now we moved as previous manager said we could and these new guys trying to rip us off for moving from where we could not even breath....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE......and/or never do long term with them. If you absolutely must, do month to month because you will soon have to run...PS. expect noise from apartment above the slightest move they move its loud below, and watch out for off leash dogs, they attached my daughter....I'm also still waiting for "air test" they said they did....even after I've moved they cannot present it....they won't take responsibility for anything....they don't care about anyone, your just an apartment # and a cheque to them. Your quality of living done NOT matter to them. They LIE ALL the way....!!

We had several issues moving in twice but Lee (property manager) handled them quickly and professionally. She has been excellent on making sure our problems are corrected. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. Quiet area, enjoy location. Only other issue is speeding within the complex but otherwise quite enjoyable.

The staff has been friendly but service request don't get completed in a timely manner. The location is ideal for anyone working around the area, however, the appearance of the apartment on the inside isn't that great. The carpet is cheap, the kitchen appliances are only ideal for a single occupant and the laundry appliances break on a regular basis (I.e. the dryer won't dry your clothes or the washing machine won't drain).

Overall good place needs more staff to take care of property concerns such as keeping breezeway clean , grounds cleaner, keeping pest such as frogs lizards, and other pest away from patios, do away with the swamp on the property...

Everyone in the rental office is very helpful . When I first came in they made me feel like I was already at home. So from there on out I knew it was were I needed to be at . Coldbrook station is the best.

I like the area and the apartment. Also, the process was very cool and the attention was very good. It's in a center area and the schools are good. We have supermarkets nearby and places to eat. The shops are 15 minutes from the apartment.

The leasing agent was friendly and very helpful in providing information and assurance during the entire process. This is a community that has an atmosphere of calmeness and serenity and is ideally located close to shopping areas .The tour was comprehensive and informative.

We love the community. It is close to everything we need and so quiet. We really enjoy living here and are super glad we find this place. Everyone seems so friendly from the staff to the other residents.

Great size apartment, large closets and kitchen larger than most. Great location just minutes off I95. Grocery store across the street as well as a pharmacy and restaurants. The grounds need some work, a few dying bushes and trash pick up is not happening as it should.

Overall it is good. The pool needs to be cleaned more often and it would be nice if something could be done about the water pond by the trash compactor. It needs to look like a natural water habitat. and please remove the pine straw in the plant bedding areas and replace it with something more attractive. More security cameras around the complex would be an asset Other than that its good

My experience at this community has been a good one. The office staff are knowledgeable and very respectful. They do a very good job keeping up the community. The maintenance workers are very knowledgeable in their field, and the have resolve every matter that I have reported or needing fixing.

Move in was a fiasco. Apt was not clean. Mold in showers. Roaches and roach droppings in cabinets and drawers. Asked to leave for a few hrs so cleaning crew could come in and when we returned still nothing was done/cleaned. Had to pay another month of storage because we couldn't move in on time. Highly disappointed.

The location is great and convenient to shopping and other services. The rent to value ratio was good at first, but in the last year the value has been declined as the 15% increase in rent was very costly. Had the increase been done over time in small increments it would've been received much better. Also, lease was changed and no prior knowledge given that lease was changing until it was too late to loon for somewhere else to move. It felt like entrapment, which is why we won't be renewing.

I absolutely love how spacious the bedrooms are! The garden tubs are the widest! These apartments are spacious in the area, & It well worth it. The comfort of it all. Not to mention washer & dryer included. The pool area is ok but the grill area is pretty cool. The staff is awesome about helping with any questions or concerns you have. Joy helped me with my move in process, I absolutely love her as she made sure it went smoothly

You can hear your neighbors through the walls and ceiling, otherwise the community is quiet. Nothing ever done. Rent has increased almost 200 dollars. It is a decent place to stay. Needs improvements.

It is not that bad so far. I love the closet space. I also love the fact that top floors are carpeted to reduce noise for other tenants. Parking space is always available My master bedroom bathroom bath is clogged up and that bathroom shower curtain rod is broken.

When I first moved into the community it was great. They had an amazing price,the staff was friendly, they made having a pet easy. Once I renewed my lease the following year my rent increased by $100 and now I pay for amenities of valet trash which I wasn't given a choice for the service and they never pick up my trash. Also previous year I didn't have to pay a monthly pet fee now I do and all of this was without notice. Overall the apartment itself is decent but those few minor things created a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be renewing for a third year
