Easy process and very communicative. The staff was welcoming and attentative. I love to vaulted ceilings and spacious layout. Definitely pleased with my overall experience. And valet trash is definitely a plus.

Pest control needs to come more often. At least monthly since we have a Ditch by the apartment building. Valet trash picks and choose when they want to pick up the trash. Sometimes it's days before they come out to collect.

It was a really great experience. This is my first move into an apartment and it went great. The staff answered all of my questions and gave me more information than I asked for just so I had it. I'm glad I chose to move here.

It was good until the last year(ish). Then the front office changed and it's been less than expected since. Automated phone services, valet trash that costs $50 but we have more litter, and a front gate that lets anyone in but makes me wait to leave.

A very excellent place to stay. My family loves it, my kids are finally satisfied with a apartment. This community is the best and the features are amazing it's definitely a winner. I love the fact that we have a gym as well.

Front office staff is nice and friendly. Maintance staff shows up do job. Job just never really gets finished. Place wasn't ready for me to move in. Rent is over priced to walk in to an apartment with bad patch jobs in doors. Paint that's on floors, food stuck to cabinets, a milky hazy all over the floor, safety items not installed above garage disposal and scuffs in the "newly painted walls". That's just to name the big stuff. Thankful it should be easy to get my renters deposit back. Would definitely take a vid as you do your walk through.

When I first moved in, it was great! No complaints at all! Leasing agents were extremely friendly, knew me by name, felt like home. Slowly it became a revolving door. Leasing agents/staff don't try to get to know you, act like drill seargents, and extremely standoffish. Community has went downhill.

This community is very inviting and I have yet to have any issues. I was contacted if anything was needed, the front office is very approachable and made sure they answered any questions I had prior to move in.

This apartment suits our need for our family of four, a two bedroom that's very spacious and can't tell you how much we love the location and how conveniently close it is to I-95 for our daily commute to work. You will always beat the traffic !

The staff is great, It's nice having a gate, nice having a pool, nice having a gym. Okay, all the goods out of the way... The gate around the aparment complex is a small chain link fience, the only high area of the gate is at the front. people jump into the aparment complex daily, and sometimes at night and its at the same spot next to my aparment. I have people smoking weed somewhere around me and it stinks up my apparment, almost daily. I went a total of 3 weeks without A/C 2 weeks was the apartment being cheap and waiting on a replaicement part. After it was "fixed" it lasted maybe 1 week and felt like 80F inside the room. It fully broke again and this time it was fully replaced and worked just like when I moved in. Maintnance staff was amazing worked untill they could somewhat resolve the issue. Than they changed the A/C unit outside.

When I first moved in it was really nice. Now that there is a new management in place, its all going down hill. Most of the gym equipment is broken. The air in the gym doesn't work. The pool closes without notice at times. They rarely have people come out for fumigation for bugs, so the roaches get bad. The gate be inoperable for weeks so it just stays open.

THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS, THE SERVICE IS WONDERFUL, A VERY CALM AND SAFE PLACE TO LIVE., I WILL SHARE WITH OTHERS IF THEY NEED A SAFE AND VERY REFRESHING PLACE TO RELAX IN. CONVENIENCE TO SHOPPING GROCERIES, PHYMANCY, LOW BUYING PRICE STORES AND ACCESS TO TRAVEL.

When I first moved here, the office staff was more available, they were super nice and didn't feel like strangers. Now, no one answers the phone and we have to leave a message. The maintenance staff is nice and do good work. The grounds are kept nice as well.

Very professional, pleasant staff. I have enjoyed working with them. They go above and beyond and always have a sense of urgency. I have dealt with several staff members though out the years. Even though faces has changed but customer service is 100%.

During the first couple of years everything was wonderful. However, thnigs have become less desirable in the last couple of years and the quality of living is not what it used to be. I would that things will change for the better

Nice place for the most part? close by everything only problem is there is bad traffic in the morning and evenings and the gate is always broken? but other than that everyone is very friendly, pool is always clean, & staff is friendly

From day one, I've always had a great experience. Anytime I need maintenance, the guys are right on top of it. Office staff has always been very helpful. And the community overall is safe and the grounds are always well kept.

I love living here The staff is really helpful the maintenance people are great the new maintenance people are great they really keep the apartment complex looking really Great The maintenance people they reply back to your request the call did you everything that we should do and do a wonderful job at it in the staff in the front office are amazing as well

Quiet building, good maintenance personnel, trash is atrocious, tried fixing the problem with valet garbage pick up but residents still dump furniture and appliances as well as simply leave their garbage at the compactor. The landscaping is crappy right now due to the rain, however they do mow the most seen parts properly but leave higher grass areas in the backs of the buildings.

Been in the Columns for a little over 2 and a half years. Been pretty quiet and rather clean. Living for the new valet trash pickup and happy the covid restrictions are slowly being lifted. Can't wait to try everything the community has to offer after this whole panini is over with

I love my new apartment. At first I wasn't sure about it, since is a little bit far from my work, but I still went to see them. As soon as I walked in me and my boyfriend like it. The space and mostly the location were huge factors when deciding on this apartment.

Coldbrook station is a beautiful well laid out community. It has Nice Amities Like a resort style pool and grilling areas, and nice appliances like a dishwasher. The staff is very friendly and they worked with me to help the approval process run smoothly.
