I love my apartment. It's very safe, clean, and ideal for a single family not quite ready to purchase a home! The staff are very responsive,and empathetic. I feel as though that's what I love the most!

This apartment has been ok to live in, but there are additional fees included with the monthly rent, water, and sewer fees. Rent has an average of $50 additional fees added, so account for that as well.

Very happy with my apartment. Move in was easy. Staff has been helpful. Just moved to the area and they have been wonderful with suggestions on things to do. I think that I am going to enjoy living in my peaceful new home.

My experience has been great. I live out of town so my fiance handled majority of the paperwork. The staff went above and beyond they really took time out to walk us through the process. Everything was explained really well. No surprises, no b/s and just very accommodating.

It has been a pleasant experience thus far. It is quiet and peaceful. The staff is professional and courteous. I am just not a fan of the animals that are allowed. Everyone does not follow the rules regarding the dogs.

We live in the area. Our children attended school in this area. We decided to move to this apartment so they may stay at the same school. Staff here was nice and extra friendly. They allow pet, which is important for us.

Great staff and very nice homes. They were fast and easy to get u in and set up and a pleasure to work with. They keep the pools and gym clean along with grills and parking lot and it's always very quiet at night. Great place to be

I have had some issues recently living here and Patricia has always seemed to go out of her way to help resolve these and leave me satisfied. She really cares about the residents and their happiness. The best part about this community is the are dog friendly and have great responsive and professional mannered maintenance workers. I think the parking could be improved (sometimes there is zero parking).The payment portal could be updated more. Also, many people do not pick up after animals or avoid being loud. The residents over me sound like they are coming through the roof daily, outside of these minor things - this complex is comfortable and satisfying to my needs. The office staff always ensure to fix any issues and make you feel right at home. 3.5/5 stars over all.

Office staff is helpful one day and super unorganized/rude the next. I will never live here again. I did not have issues until the last 2 months and they are digging a hole. The maintenance guys are the best. So kind, responsive, and professional. They also love all animals which is a plus when owning a dog. Do not pay your rent through the portal - its wrong. They never update it and charge crazy fees when it is their fault. Residents do not clean up after animals at the bark park and are usually rude. Gates never work, pool is closed a lot. There is never parking in the complex. I always park far away from my home and walk late at night alone. Also recommend to not using -------- in the office. I was satisfied with this place until office manager ----- was let go and their service went very down hill. 1.5/5 stars in my opinion.

The experience has been good it's quite and all however we have a kitchen that has flooded from a air conditioner strain 4 times in less then 6 months. We have had no luck actually getting the problem resolved it's just a bandaid fix everyime.

Friendly staff, on point with any apartments issue the upkeep and maintenance is excellent, apartment is in great location for food delivery service, not too far from entertainment overall great place to live.

During my years here I have watch this place go from the best place to live to the worst. The gates are always broken. There's one guy who sits in his garage blaring music and is drunk bring extremely loud, when I asked him if he could lower the music since it was 1am he stated for me to just shut my door and keep it closed. My door was obviously shut. Things have been stolen off of my porch and I have had neighbors dump trash in the breeze way as well as my porch. People do not pick up after their pets as my neighbors have let their dogs excrete their waste all over my porch there was bloody stool and hair weave all over my porch. People stomp around and screaming yelling and arguing in the middle of the night. People have no respect for your property as my car has trash on it dings in the doors. I'm just no longer satisfied here. I have talked to the office about this plenty of times yet nothing is resolved. I moved here to get away from an abusive relationship and the gates are literally always open. This is just ridiculous it is time to depart from The columns at Coldbrook I pay too much to deal with these issues for myself and my child.

The apartments and grounds modern and usually kept up-to-date. The complex is located in walking distance to a plaza with a Food Lion, CVS, fast food chains, beer distributor, Chinese restaurant, Mexican restaurant, nail salon, UPS store, and Family Dollar (uber convenient). The location is ideal, very close to I-95 and not too far from Downtown Savannah. The staff, however, was tiring to deal with. Too often maintenance request were 'lost' or ignored, the complex manager was never in the office to return your calls or answer your emails, their communication was poor, and when a package was delivered (with your name and apartment number) it would just sit in the office until you inquired about it. Most of the office team was not friendly and way too often rude. The rules were not reinforced at the complex, causing the place to be filled with dog poop, trash, or destroyed property. Location and quality of apartment has potential but the staff and lack of rules really bring down the value.

I feel like a pay premium price for this community but yet the upkeep and the clientele doesn't seem that way. I live in the downstairs unit and the neighbors above me and beside me are extremely noisy.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Great neighbors. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who has dogs. The office personnel are extremely helpful. The maintaince personnel are friendly and try to take care of issues right away

Very convenient to my job location, commute is a synch. The staff is amazing. I enjoy the scenery, local restaraunts, and grocery stores, and the fact that alot is in walking distance is a major plus for myself and my family.

Dirty hallways trash piled up everyday at the dumpster raccoons an stray cats everywhere!! People speeding through complex with no regard for kids or elderly. Floors an walls or to thin. You can hear your neighbors whole life story along with the smoke from adjacent apartments. I'm over it at this point

Nice apartments and office staff works with you when needed. Garbage, parking, and gate security is NOT a plus in this community. I dont have any HORRI LE complaints I enjoy my apartment and the location to 95 is amazing.

It is a quite community, has wonderful staff. It is very convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Fix problems quickly and very understanding. The pool is perfect for a hot summer day. The gym is always keep clean.

Great experience so far. Beautiful apartment, friendly community and staff. The whole process has been fantastic. The only few issues I habe is people drive a little too fast and some people disregard the rules when it comes to how their windows should look from the outside buy having torn up blinds and such.
