I am very pleased with the Columns at Coldbrook. Maintenance responds quickly and the staff are all pleasant. They responded to my issue the same day and went above and beyond to get it fixed within hours.

Good experience. I like it here. It is very quiet and kinda affordable. In a great area with great schools and close to downtown Savannah. Gives a country feel with city vibes. I would recommend this place.

My move in was okay. My apartment could have been cleaner. Maintenance had several repairs that they took care of throughout the week. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to everything. The only thing that I didn't like was how difficult it was trying to get a hold of someone on my move-in date and the week prior.

So far so good. I don't have any complaints yet. I haven't been here long but the Staff is very welcoming and assist you needs in a professional manner. The actual apartment is nice clean and spacious. I definitely would recommend

I love living here. The apartments are beautiful, the staff is extremely helpful and it has a nice community feel. Plus there are stores and restaurants right across the street. And we are only 20 minutes from downtown Savannah.

I first thought this was a great community. However compared to other near by communities this one lacks in the luxury experience for the price. The highway ( interstate ) can get pretty noisy. Also the airplanes flying across the sky constantly can be annoying . The actual apartment is not that bad. It's more of what you make of it: my particular apartment wasn't a good fit for me. Appliances can be updated , more light is needed. It just seems like a good updated is needed here. Other than that I don't have any really dramatic complains . It's just a little irritating living here but it's is in port wentworth ( not the best place ever to live ) it's up to the individual.

Loved the community upon moving here in 2016. No issues for the first 2 years. Over the years new neighbors with guest and extra cars which I have to park next to another building. Stairways need to be clean often and carpets should be cleaned every 2 years as a courtesy. Trash compartment should be monitored often.

Very spacious 2 bedroom floor plan. The price is good for the space and appearance of the apartment. The complex has been quiet. The front office staff is friendly, patient and helpful. The curb appeal is nice around the outside of the buildings in the complex.

The complex has had its ups and downs. Quality renters may be hard to find. The issues this place has is easy fix issues and can be taken care of if the right person was to take the job and really manage the place like it deserves.

I don't have much feedback to give as I'm a new resident. However the process to get approved has been pretty great and I appreciate how kind and understanding the staff is and how easy going everyone has been so far. Definitely excited to be moving in and see where life takes me.

Overall has been a good experience. I don't have many complaints other than trash and the lack of cleanliness of the other tenants (not a maintenance/custodial issue). People don't seem to care about picking up after themselves or their pets. Management however works very diligently and are super friendly and well versed in any area of concern coming from my end. I would recommend renting here.

I've had a great experience while living at this community. Yes, at first there was some minimal issues but staff, esp. maintenance took good care of me with making sure the issue gets resolved, which it has and ever since, I have been enjoying living out here.

The apartment complex is not as advertised. For the price you pay you do not get what is stated. There is consistently trash all over. The dog poop bins are overflowing and there are never bags. The trash compactor has bags of trash just laying all over the place 75% of the time and the compactor itself usually isn't working properly. I know cockroaches are a common problem in apartments but according to our contract they should take care of it and they don't. It's just not a good place to live.

When viewing this community it was decent and fair priced. Staff was great as well. Once we moved in, there is never parking and staff does not acknowledge resident issues. Then maintenance will video tape you walking your dog and make you feel uncomfortable. Finally the staff will send out a notice that inspections, or pest control will be entering your home and the notice is usually going out the day or or late afternoon the day before.

This community is a great place to live ! Its within walking distance of everything you could need. Management and staff are great ! Its peaceful and quite. It has a wonderful pool and great BBQ area to grill out with friends and family !

This is such a fantastic place to live!! We have been greeted by pretty much everyone, staff and neighbors alike. Nice area. Super convenient for shopping for groceries. The pool is wonderful! Overall the move in process has been exceptional! We are looking forward to our time here

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the property. I love the fact that there is no monthly pet fee. The conditions of the property are outstanding. I would recommend anyone to move-in.

Maintenance is fast to fix any problems. It's a very calm community. The front office always welcoming, and the gym and bathroom areas are always clean. I just think there should be more than just one trash compactor.

When moving in the staff was super friendly and helpful in the whole process. The apartments themselves are great. Super modern layouts that include laundry and appliances. I love it here, it's a lot for the money you pay. Come and stay a while you won't regret it.

Just moved in So Far So Good...I Love the fact that it's a Fitness gym. The pool is open All yr Round. The apts are reasonable & Inlobe the spacious Bed Rooms & The Master bedroom has a Garden Tub which depending on your unit both bathrooms have them...I Love It!
