Super convenient location, to interstate highway, local employers and food store. Neighbors are quiet and there is no late night carrying on. Unfortunately for being advertised as a luxury apartment, it's all pretty basic.

My experience has been awful I cant wait until my lease is up. They barely answer the phones they don't follow up or go through with what they say they will do yet wants me to feel like they're doing the best they can the entire staff is a joke including the maintenance staff they cant seem to keep. Ive once waited hours for anyone to even acknowledge they received my emergency maintenance request and waited more hours for them to come fix it... I wouldn't recommend the homeless to stay in this community

The community is a peaceful, surroundings are clean, office personal is friendly and quick to solve any problem in the apartment. Availability for parking is great, apartment is equipped with washing machine and drier. There is no noise that can disturb you during the day or night. Neighbors are friendly.

Place is infested with cockroaches and bugs. The apartment complex is relativity new but so run down. Poorly managed and the response to fixing issues is nearly nonexistent. The place has a lot of potiential but the staff just does the bare minimum. For example, you will have a mountain of trash of the dumpster for weeks that will make the entire complex smell, the gates did not work my first 8 months I stayed here, and the apartments are just run down.

It was great. The staff was great especially Ms Patricia. She was very reliable and she answered every question and concern that I had. The inside of the apartment was pretty nice too. I like it well especially the living room. It's a lot of space.

My overall experience with the community was ok except for some issues I haves: 1. The water has an odor and tastes funny. We consistently have to buy water to cook with and drink with. So we end up spending extra money. 2. The walls a very very very thin, you can hear people on the other side of the wall talking, walking up or down the stairs or even running. Same thing if you have neighbors above you, especially if you are in the bathroom. No one should never hear someone in a different apt hear you using the bathroom, just gross. 3. The breezeway and stairs should be cleaned each week. Every time I walk through or on the stairs its always some type of debris. It looks bad. 4. Plus as residents we should be able to rent out the clubhouse for simple small get together or birthdays. We pay money here and can not rent the clubhouse, not right at all. 5. Finally get a bigger or better trash compactor. I'm tired of taking trash and it's always full and trash all on the outside of it. It does happen mostly on the weekend and Monday morning. 6. Also apartments should have assigned parking for residents and guest. Hate coming home and can't park in front of my building because parking is gone due to people having guests over.

I love my apartment. However the walls are extremely thin. I constantly hear my neighbor stomping around all night. I work 4am-230pm shift so it's difficult to sleep when you hear them stomping around. The gates never work and my main reason for moving here is because the gate has always seemed to be closed when I'd pass by the area. I have a pet and clean up after her, but it seems as others in my building just let their pets go poop and walk right back inside their homes! Being a single parent with a single income i pay too much for these issues. The trash is constantly overflowing because people are too lazy to actual put it in the compactor. People leaving their children's bikes in the streets. ???????? tearing up gym equipment.These things are big issues. The Trash The Gate & Dog poop are my main concerns!

I just renewed for the 3rd time because I absolutely love it here. The ladies in the leasing office are very professional, friendly, very helpful, and attentive!! One of my main reasons for choosing this complex is because Eboney was so fantastic & helpful. That was before I'd even looked at the apartments. These ladies are hard working and are very good with communication! If there's a need to have maintenance come to your unit, they are there in a very timely manner! All of the guys who help keep this place running smoothly are very nice and they have always explained what they need to do, what they're going to do, and how they're going to do it. I really haven't had to call maintenance to my unit except for a couple of times for the A/C - once, because the power had gone out & I didn't know about the "hold" option lol and once when my A/C froze during that 100°+ heat index week we had a few weeks ago but it was fixed ASAP. My only "cons" have more to do with some of the residents here. 1) some of the dog owners are too lazy to grab a bag from one of the many well placed stations around the complex to pick up their dog's poop. Grab a few, tie them to your dog's leash so you'll have them when you walk your dog or just don't have a dog. 2) some of the residents are lazy when it comes to throwing their trash out. They don't properly toss the bag all of the way in & it gets piled up and blocked then left for maintenance to clean up. Maintenance already works hard enough in this heat. They shouldn't have to clean up just because people are too lazy to dispose of their trash properly.

Very nice apartments with a lot of space. The deluxe one bedrooms are very well laid out. Need to work on fixing the security gates. Also more attention needs to be put on the dog owners that refuse to clean up after the crap.

It's quite, clean, and conveniently located next to the food lion shopping plaza. The staff is very polite and pleasant to interact with. The neighbors are questionable, but I am a recluse anyway. So I guess my opinion of people is a little different from most. But other than that I love it.

I'm still very new to the area how ever i love this apartment so far. they layout is very nice. Parking is great. Pricing is kinda steep but i still love the area . Wouldn't go anywhere else's in the area for sure.
