It's been ok, the price for rent is pretty high for a one bedroom apartment with outdated appliances. There is never any parking available near my apartment. The trash area is an issue, there seem to always be an abundance of trash piled up.

My experience has been good living here for past three years. The office staff have been very helpful when I needed their assistance with any matter and the maintenance team has always been quick when responding to my concerns.

Apartment complex is horrible! No parking spaces for residents. Car got towed 3 times and when I notified front office all they could say was there's nothing they could do about it. Plenty of summer nights ac went out and I put a ticket in and had to sit in a 100 degree apartment waiting on a sorry maintenance member to come 2-3 days later.

Like the apt., but neighbors are so rude, throwing trash down in front of my patio, very noisy, and neighbors across in bldg. 400, so noisy, need to get neighbors to clear their patios and clean up after their dogs, doesn't seem to be that here, been here in this apt., rent WAY to high on my income.

First 3 years were great, the last year has been horrible, air constantly going out, no parking due to 5-6 people living in two bedroom apartments, staff don't answer phones, etc. they gettin worse and worse seem like

The Columns are for the most part a very nice community. The huge balconies, large bedrooms and garden tubs make it very nice. Unfortunately not everyone that lives there abides by the rules of leaving furniture by the trash compactor which can make it look very nasty and they also don't seem to read the signs on the one-way driving areas. But that is the fault of some of the residents, not the apartment complex. Any maintenance issues I had were always taken care of quickly.

My experience at this community was great. The self guided tour is 10/10 for everyone who works a Monday-Friday job and has no time to visit on the week days . The information on the website includes everything I need to know about the apartment. Being able to walk into the model home and view it gives you a great example of what your home could look like .

I am satisfied with the apartment and the staff. Im very disappointed about the parking lot. The trash around the dumpster doesn't look good for the complex. The large items around the dumpster container.

Jacob was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. It was a very nice atmosphere starting with Taylor who answer the phone. It was a warm environment. I hope the people care about their residence as evidence of how they keep their community clean. Cleanliness is next to godliness!

I have had a lot of issues since I moved in. I finally reached out to corporate and they have started fixing some of my issues. I have roach issues, washer machine issues, trash not getting picked up.

The apart is quiet and pretty clean. Staff is pleasant and the maintenance is pretty good and pretty quick. Ofcourse no where is perfect but this apartment has the amenities that work and that's what makes us comfortable

It had been a wonderful stay and I enjoy the community. Very quite and safe. Maintenance always quick and management is very nice. The upgrade on the pool was a wonderful look and brings families to the pool to enjoy

Very enjoyable experience for renting no hassles. Very straight forward with answers to what you need to move in. Very quiet community as I work swing shifts. Maintenance is very prompt with getting things fixed.

A well maintained beautiful community, super convenient location, quiet, and overall quiet peaceful place to be. Only needed maintenence a couple of times in almost three years and they have always responded quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this complex.

The apartment complex is absolutely amazing. I wouldn't change anything. The office and maintenance staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. I wouldn't have it any other way.

This is place to be with your family. The staff is simply heavenly from the moment you step into their office. It's clean family oriented and spot on when it comes to dealing with service or maintenance. Just try it and you will not regret!!

My move in experience was very quick and easy.Eveyone in the office were very kind and professional. Any questions that I had were answered. The appartment is spacious and I love that there is valet trash pickup.

This is a Gated community, it is nice and quiet, large closets, nice front porch area. It has the following stores within walking, Grocery store, liquor store, nail salon, hair Salon, UPS store, Zaxbys, Chinese, Japanese, pizza, Mexican restaurants. Very conveniently located.

It's been great living here I enjoy the pool and excerise room it's a great location for me to commute from home to work. I enjoy living in Port Wentworth . Front staff is always very attentive to the tenants and concerns.

Its a nice neighborhood. Everyone gets along. Apartments are nice. And if you have any issues with your appliances, maintenance comes and help in a timely manner. Office staff is nice and makes you feel welcomed

Office and maintenance staff are great! It is easy to talk with them and they are very friendly. Whenever there is an issue, it is quick to be fixed and taken care of. Prices are high wherever you go, but it seems to be lower here than elsewhere.

Sorry I don't remember the name of the wonderful person that assisted me with looking at the property, but she was outstanding with her ability to answer questions about the property. They place is beautiful and would be great for me but at 57 years old and single it's very difficult for me to pay that kind of rent. Only in my dreams ??
