This place is home to me. I have everything I need here and the staff are wonderful. If something needs to be fixed they are here fixing it in a timely matter. The location is great. You can walk to the grocery store and you do not have to wait in traffic to go to work on hwy 21 in the morning.

    Office staff is pleasant and addressed issues that were very concerning like the dumpster area overflow and holding others accountable to improve the appearance of the community needs to addrsss the fence between the apts facing them as it is always being breached and broken

      I feel safe my kid can play with his friends and not get hit bye a car. And it's clean. It's nice to be near everything I can walk to everything if I wanted to. Over its a good place to live. Oh and one thing I love is the washer and dryer

        Maintenance responds quickly, no roaches in my apartment. It's enough children out here to keep your kids busy and entertained. The environment is very calm and soothing. The property is well kept up besides some neighbors leaving trash out.

          Safe community the location is convenient for shopping and other things. Price is very reasonable for all of the amenities that are available compare to the other properties in the Port Wentworth area.

              It is a large building, it is in a central location, you can find many things around by walking, the building is very nice although it does not have an area for children or adults, the barbecues are in poor condition and the areas too, they have let the building deteriorate. look older, the lake is ugly, it's not pretty, in other buildings there are very nice lakes in this one, no, the neighbors don't take care of it, they're very dirty, they don't pick up pet ----, people drive at high speeds inside the building, hopefully some An accident does not happen, the building staff is spectacular, they are very attentive and nice, I have no complaints about them, they are always aware of the maintenance of the apartment and they are very punctual.

                It's quiet but make sure you get to see the actual one that you'll be in . It didn't look the same but we can make it work until we fine something else. If you need light fixture for more lighting you'll have to buy it to be installed

                  Nice apartment. I however don't like the fact that dogs are allowed to run loose and jump on others. There should be rules against this and if there is it should be enforced. Not much of a play area for the kids.workers are nice and courteous. Apartments seemed well maintained.

                    So far I am very satisfied with the service I have received as well as with the looks of the apartment. The rent is nice and affordable which is always nice and with the apartment seeming to be very well maintained I do not regret my decision in choosing this apartment.

                        The Columns at Coldbrook Station is a great place to live, you just have to be willing to make some adjustments and compromises. Unfortunately things happen in life but usually management doesn't want to hear it or work with you. Lease to lease there is a drastic rise in pricing, so if your pockets are deep enough and you can afford it, you will love it here. There aren't many downfalls here but those that are there make you think twice at times?

                            I have nothing else to say about this community. 4 years ago it was nice but today as the rent gets higher the ambiance and appeal gets worse and worse. The size is the only positive thing I can say for it is very spacious for 1 or 2 people.

                              I love it so far. I was searching for something near my job and not only was that 14 minutes away but it's in a area you can go to any store and then hop on the highway to reach stores not near me. I would suggest friends and family to this community definitely.

                                Whenever I needed maintenance service- they would always arrive in a flash and fixed the issue at hand promptly. The staff at the complex office are helpful and accomodating in providing information regarding complex policies and procedures. The complex Community is quiet, clean and safe. Residents are regularly updated on any changes and upcoming events through email.

                                    Gate is always broken. If it's not broken, you can easily get in. Front office randomly locked doors during business hours. Loud cars drive around fast at night which will literally wake you. I feel it is overpriced for what you're getting. Valet trash comes but they pick up your trash when they feel like it. I've seen my neighbors bags with for a week while other people's trash gets taken. Maybe they didn't feel like walking up to the third floor. They also drop trash all down the stairs.

                                      Very easy move-in process and a nice community. The units come with a washer and dryer which is a massive plus as well. Being right next to the interstate and having a shopping complex right across the street makes the location fantastic.

                                              Great place to live. Just needs more community engagement and lower rent increases. My rent went from 1085 to 1420. With more community engagement activities like things at the pool or play ground to give us a change to all mingle.

                                                Staff was friendly and informed. Model Unit was decorated beautifully and the self-guided tour is a great concept. Saltwater pool and community grill and gym are good perks. Wish the kitchen was bigger, but it will do.
