I moved in these Apartments 04/2018. My experience has Been absolutely great! The staff are friendly and helpful, and maintenance responds quickly to service requests. The apartments are spacious and the neighbors are respectful and Friendly. A very convenient location to shopping and the expressway. Everything you need is in walking distance. I am looking forward to fulfilling my lease here and definitely renewing next year.

I lived here since they first open and was the first person to live in my apartment. 2018 I had decided to down side and transfer to another unit. The worst part for me has been to live a place behind someone else. Not first apartment living experience but just spoiled from my other unit. They that great of their residents as well as the units.

Staff is courteous and professional. Each staff member shows compassion and concern for the tenants. I like the opportunity of cooking on the grill outside with friends and family, it is also a good way to meet other people in the community.

When it was time for me to research a new apartment I found The Columns at Coldbrook Station on line. I knew it would add a commute for me to my job but the location and price were great. I called to make an appointment and the office staff was very helpful. The unit I ended up signing for was not available to view as it was being cleaned from the previous tenant. However the staff was able to show me another unit very similar to what I would be moving into. The staff was amazing from the moment I put a Security Deposit down to when I signed the lease and picked up the keys. They are very friendly and are always smiling when I stop by the office for any reason. Thank you to the Office Staff at Coldbrook Station for assisting me in finding a new home.

There is nothing really to say. The apartments at the columns are nice but too far from my job though. The community is peaceful and friendly. From the first time I say the inside of the apartment I loved it, it also has built in washer and dryers just great.

Great community. Typically quiet. Very convenient to shopping and easy route to downtown Savannah. Moving here was a smart move. Well below budget compared to living elsewhere. The fitness area and pool are always clean as well.

In general we like the complex and really like the space and the large porch. There was a problem with the pool area, guest having large parties and taking up ALL the space but it was under better control this past summer. The trash area gets out of control sometimes. The service staff does answer a call for help quickly, is polite and gets the job done. Each year we renew our lease they want to raise it by a % which seems a little high and when asked how they arrived at the cost they did not have an answer.

I like the overall staff here the area here is well kept and the people here are very nice and polite. The bus comes up to the office near the street so the kids doesn't need to walk far. Thanks I enjoy my stay here.

Hello future neighbors; Columns @ Coldbrook Apts is a really great choice (Take it from someone whose been here since the day construction broke ground as their first resident). They manage to stay on top of everything regarding your maintenance and always sending friendly emails to update you on any changes along with apologizing for any inconvenience. Port Wentworth area is mostly quiet and prides itself on staying that way out throughout the nights; so you and your family can sleep tight. Wonderful informants in the leasing office; those genuinely nice ladies have helped me throughout all of my three or so years here. I've been here since 2015 and never had any trouble with staff. The professionals that maintain apartments on a regular are always genuinely nice as well.

When I moved in it was necessary to be low key, avoiding someone in my life and even now the staff helps keep me feeling safe. The staff have repeatedly asked me how things are going and letting me know that if I need anything to contact the office.

The staff is friendly and courteous. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and a pretty nice size. The facilities are very up to date. The pool, gym, and cooking areas are always kept very nice. The overall experience with moving can be stressful, but they helped the transition become as smooth as possible.

I want to start off this review by saying this is my experience, I'm not sure what others have experienced with this apartment complex, but I do feel an obligation to anyone looking at these apartments to share mine. When I viewed the property the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They explained everything in detail, and really seemed to be on top of everything. I decided to lease a 2 bedroom 2 bath, when doing the walk through of my actual unit there was an overwhelming smell of smoke, the leasing consultant told me the husband had smoked and she'd make sure maintenance got the smell out before my move in date. On my move in the date the smell was still there, and machine they were using to deodorize the air was broken. I had to call my movers and postpone my move in date so they could purchase a new fuse for the machine. No real sympathy was shown. That night I went back to the apartment to see if the machine was working properly so I could move in the next day. To my surprise my apartment was INFESTED with bugs, I wish that I could upload the video so you all could see with your own eyes. I again had to cancel my movers, which was costly. I called on Thursday morning to inform them my apartment was unlivable and they said "pest control doesn't come until Monday" - "so do you just want to cancel your move" After transferring all my utilities, buying new furniture specifically for this apartment... I was pretty much brushed off, due to no fault of my own. I was not offered reimbursement for my troubles such as the movers deposit and transferring of the utilities fees, I was just given my deposit back. These are beautiful apartments and the staff is very nice however, I think the fault lies within leadership and taking accountability. I wouldn't move here if you want a staff that is attentive, and values you as a tenant. Very stressful and disappointing experience.

Pros: Close to I-95, close to stores and restaurants, maintenance is very prompt, nice gym, staff is nice, computer access, good move in rate. Cons: Walls are too thin, grass is often covered in dog poo, restrictions of certain dog breeds definitely not enforced, Gates are always broken, no parking for residents especially during the weekend, the trash compactor is a joke. Too much money is paid in rent to see trash piled up outside of the trash compactor.

Staff are responsive, apartments are spacious, giving more square footage for the dollar. Laundry rooms in the apartment is a plus. Common areas like the stairs and breezeways need to be cleaned more frequently.
