Lovely place. Great staff. Excellent maintenance. The grounds are spotless. I've never had any problem parking. Of course different people have different schedules, so you don't always get the parking space nearest your apartment entrance. But I have never had to park in front of a different building. Shopping is just across the street, and that small mall also includes a pizza restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, and a Chinese takeout. Gasoline stations 1 1/2 minutes away, and a CVS is on the corner of GA-21 and Old Richmond Road. I-95 is a half mile away, and it takes less than 15 minutes to drive to Savannah Airport. I have no qualms at all about recommending Columns at Coldbrook

This is a great family oriented community. The staff in the front office is amazing. Noise level on the lower levels is high, depending on who lives above you but the third floor is the way to go. Nice and peaceful. Maintenance requests are done right away.

I'm extremely happy with the choice I made to live in this community. The staff are friendly and prompt whenever there is an issue that needs to be resolved!I'm proud to call the Columns at Coldbrook Station my home. I've recommended living here to so many of my friends moving to the Port Wentworth area

You need to carefully read all the other negative reviews because they are all true. I can't wait to move out of here I can't wait till my lease is up this is the worst place I've ever lived.

List of unaddressed concerns continues to grow. Recent power outage made the workout facility unavailable - going on day (*updated) 9. That's right 9 days - no gym, no compensation and they say they don't care - it is out of their control. We pay for access to the workout facility and yes we are not being compensated in any way. Not only not being compensated - we were not informed - nor is it communicated when it will be fixed. I work during the hours when staff is there, and when I'm available to work out - they have left. Their answer is that it is not their problem, that they do not know when it will be fixed, that they will do nothing to help. I suspect this could go on for a long while like the broken glass mirror in the gym which took 2 months to fix. The last place I rented from provided compensation when one elliptical was out - this place said too bad - basically eff off. But this is typical. They added a lock to the pedestrian entrance and never informed the code. They locked out the pool area and never informed anyone. No communication or service skills from any of these people. Also with the power outage - the security for the front gate is off which works well with the local sex offenders down the street. -Addition. The apartment complex is now in violation of local codes. They are in violation of the law. They are leaving the swimming pool gate open (due to the gate issue). With all of the kids that roam this property an accident is bound to happen. There is a reason for that law as accidental drownings have occurred by children walking into pools. So Columns at Coldshoulder - this may be out of your control, like the trash that is now always piled up against the compactor, (yes if you move here you will get to see trash nearly every day) and therefore you do not intend to compensate, but neither do I intend to stay nor give you a good rating.

It's great. They need to add another trash can because the trash piles up really bad. Great pool. Great gym. It is pricey live here especially being that other apartments are being built around it with lower cost.

Overall a bad place to live. Very dirty. Gym filthy. Public restroom worse than a portapotty. Pool filthy. Breezeways never cleaned full of trash. Very lazy maintainance staff. Trash often over flowing and left for days. Registered sex offenders living in the cheap hotels on Rt 21. Gate now broken. Not a safe place to live. May porches are pile with junk, even shopping carts taken by the residents. Never have I seen a new complex go down hill so fast. Even the grass is brown and dead. Very poor management both on and off site. Be very careful before you rent there are much better choices. Can't wait till my lease is up!

The community is well-kept and quiet. It is convenient to Savannah and office staff is courteous and very helpful. Maintenance service is prompt. The only negatives is the parking and gates that are constantly in need of repair.

The one thing that I love living at this community is that it is quiet. I do believe that there should be more parking for someone areas for certain buildings because there is not enough parking. Also there are vehicles that are taking of parking spaces that other working vehicles can park.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable regarding the property and current rates from management. Heather listened to my needs and budget and worked within those to find my new home. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my move in process was easy. She had all paperwork and keys ready for pickup when I arrived to sign my lease and was willing to walk through to ensure my apartment was just as I had expected. She gave her contact information and other references for contact in the case that I were to need assistance while living here. Fantastic agent that really keeps your wants and needs in mind when helping to establish your next place to live!

It's a beautiful place to live. Everything is brand new and we love how it is gated. Staff is very helpful, especially Heather. She makes you feel comfortable during your move in process. I feel safe living here, and I'm happy to call it my home!

Woah - All good reviews? This place is around a year old - that's the good. 1. Staff has been rude since I moved here. 2. Trash overflows all the time. 3. My Breezeway is full of gum and oil and trash ooze. 4. People work on the trucks in the lot - oil everywhere. 5. Kids throw balls in the lot and hit cars and garages. 6. Kids are noisy - running up/down stairs, screaming outside. 7. People blasting their music. 8. Walls paper thin - you hear everything above and below. 9. Pool is often scummy, paper, other - you would not want to go in if clean. 10. Gym already has broken equipment, broken mirror. 11. Dog doo often seen. 12. Frig is too small. 13. Sink is single basin. 14. Too much traffic at the intersection. 15. Place is a year old and starting to look hood. 16. Gym is always out of cleaning towels. 17. Area is basically a truck stop off of 95. 18. Since the garbage backs up all the time - staff put out sticks. The people from the hood steal the sticks. 19. Lots of road noise coming from 95. Hope you don't like to use your deck. 20. Wi-fi does not work in the gym. Can't wait until my lease is up.

I recently moved to the Savannah area from out of state. Heather was very helpful and informative. This location was brand new and that appealed to me. There is a gym, cyber caf?, pool, and grills all available for residents use. The community is in great shape (because again, it's brand new). Overall I have found my neighbors to be great thus far. The commute to downtown on highway 21 is somewhat longer than I hoped but that seems to be standard with all areas outside of the Savannah city limits.

Nice and staff are friendly. Wherever there is a maintenance issue they are quick to respond and get the job done. Pool area is nice and I feel safe living here. Not loud and everyone is friendly. Thank you

Beautiful community, great people, and friendly staff. Could use more in home lighting and ceiling fans. But the pool is beautiful and community is pet friendly. I love living in a place with a great diverse population, lots of kids and adults.

Living in the community of the Columns at Coldbrroo Station has been a very positive experience. Everything is fresh, new, clean and being maintained to stay that way. The staff is excellent always being professional yet personal with all interactions.

I love my apartment. I love the style and design of it. My apartment appeared to be made just for me. I color scheme of my apartment matched my furniture perfectly. I don't have to change anything. I love the locate as we'll. Not a long commute to work.

The columns have Friendly office staff and maintained workers. This is a Great community to live in. Location is great for both i95 and 21. Bank, restaurants and grocery shopping all within walking distance. You won't regret your decision to live here!

I love my new apartment here. I have a view of the grills, pool. Great excessive parking. I'm close to everything. Cheap gas, grocery. The Columns at Coldbrook Station have an amazing and helpful staff. I'm a female and I live alone & it's been a pleasant experience I would recommend it to others and their families.

The Columns at ColdBrook Station is a wonderful apartment community in Port Wentworth, GA.. As a new apartment community (less than 10 months old), the grounds (landscape), pool, grilling area, and fitness center are always cleaned and maintained daily. The fitness room has all new, modern equipment and every piece works. The office staff are very friendly, extremely responsive, and even respond via email - the same day. The maintenance team makes an extra effort to keep the garbage disposal area free of debri and are often visible throughout the day cleaning the pool or working on the property. Since the apartment units are new - I did not have any work requests while leaving here. The apartment residents are quiet and friendly; and a courtesy office lives onsite. My stay was extremely pleasant - this is a great place to make home.
