It's been nice, quiet, and comfortable. The people are nice for the most part but dog walkers don't all clean up after themselves so it makes us dog owners that do clean up look bad. Parking in your own spot in front of your apartment would be nice too

Nice new units that are well maintained. Maintenance men are very friendly and knowledge. My only complaint is my upstairs neighbor has two small children and i can hear them running around 24/7, maybe a little better soundproofing but that can happen anywhere.

This community has been great! Coming from a house to an apartment, I was fearing the change but it has been wonderful. In fact, just renewed the lease for a year. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Great place with a great staff!

My husband and I have been here for about a year. The apartments themselves are pretty nice and I feel like you get the most space for your money at the Columns. It is an apartment and you will hear your neighbors, like occasional walking around or chairs sliding, no big deal. The staff has always been very courteous and professional whenever we have needed anything. My first issue is with the neighbors above us and the "Courtesy Officer." When we first moved in our neighbors were very polite and quiet. Our neighbors we have now are horrendous and frankly are the reason we are not renewing our lease. We have had to call the courtesy officer for more times than I can remember for the neighbors stomping, screaming, fighting, playing excessively loud music/TV, vacuuming at like midnight, etc. Of the times we have called the courtesy officer has only spoken with them two times. We are at the point where we will be calling the cops to get some peace, which we were encouraged to do by management. We are fairly certain there are way too many people living in that apartment, 4-6 adults and at least 4 kids with pets! Secondly, I feel as though nobody picks up after their dogs and it's disgusting. Third, the trash compactor continuously has trash piled in front of the door routinely every weekend. With the rates being paid for rent, I wonder why another trash location hasn't been built. Lastly, everyone smokes right in their balconies/porches and the smell will permeate into your apartment. TL;DR: staff and apartments are nice, grounds are full of feces, trash mountain every weekend, some horrible people live here but you can occasionally luck out and get good neighbors.

This is a wonderful community. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I love the pool although haven't been able to use yet. The workout area has all new and up to date equipment. I also love the idea of having the washer and dryer in the unit.

New complex, but quickly deteriorating. property managers let issues remain unresolved instead of being pro active and finding solutions. they like to make excuses for issues, then no follow up on issues. when confronted about promised follow up that never happened, was told on several occasions 'oops, dropped the ball, sorry'. you drop the ball once with my, I can accept an apology, but you dont 'drop the ball again with me'. That is a total lack of respect from the property manager. Issues with parking, numerous calls without resolution. The excuse is we fix it but it keeps coming back, when they really dont fix anything at all.

Apartments are very clean. Love having the fitness room handy. Great view. The shopping center that is so close is very handy. And the staff is great. The playground is a great addition along with the dog park.

I moved here 10 days ago, and I am pleased surprised by the smooth transition to a new home. The people in the office is very nice and efficient. I think they are the reason I chose this apartment in the first place. I had minor maintenance issues the day I moved in, but they come to fix it promptly. So far I'm happy for choosing this place.

It's good to use when you don't have friends or family members that live in the area that can tell you of great places to live. Being near shopping centers and restaurants was a plus for my family. Wished there was more activities on the weekend

Dog walk should not be between buildings. it makes a mess between the buildings and people walking dogs. Sometimes you might run into the dog and they lunge at you. This is a problem that should be looked at.

Friendly staff but poor neighbors with lack of concern for others. Poor maintenance (dog feces everywhere) there are too many times that the dog bags are not provided in the receptical areas. You can not step 5 ft into the dog area without seeing or dodging 5 piles of feces.

Apartments are clean and well kept as are the grounds. Parking is an issue especially if you try to back out because there is barely enough space. Gates are always broken. Community is quiet and peaceful. Rent is on the high side.

Positive notes: close to stores, schools, Interstate 95. Negative notes: No parking, thin walls/flooring, thugs/drug dealers, trash piled up in front of dumpster, security gates always broken, back gate has been broken for 4 months now. Quantity of people moving in.

Very nice area with great staff. The neighbors come and go but, I've never had an issue with any of the other residents. If you are not one for people, I wouldn't recommend moving here. People do exist :-) But always friendly and stay to themselves.

We are still in the process of moving in, however I have no complaints so far. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. We dealt with all three women in the office during our process and they were all great. The viewing, application, and move in process went so quickly which is exactly what we needed! In addition I have used the fitness center every day since move in. Love it!!

this place sucks, things break and you got to beg and raise hell with the corporate office to get it fixed because the property manager ebony doesnt care. they advertise this as a gated community, and the gates are always broken and wide open for drug dealers and solicitors to come in unchecked.

I LOVE THE COLUMNS @ COLDBROOK STATION. The neighborhood is nice & quiet. Staff is very sweet. The prices are great and size of apartments are fantastic. I will definitely miss this place when i move away :( I wish i could take the entire place with me to my new location. It has been a very pleasant experience ?
