I have lived here for over a year now and find the community to be quiet and very well-maintained. The leasing staff and maintenance personnel are always jovial and helpful. My only suggestion for improvement is the soundproofing, as noise from upstairs and neighboring apartments can be quite noticeable at times.

The community is nice but I can say the renovations they did have not all stay together. The leasing agents are great with quickly resolving any issues. I will say that I will we had updated gym equipment and more variety.

I like living here but this community has a terrible bug problem. I have been dealing with it since I moved in with no solutions. The building needs to be fumigated badly. The pest control that I pay for is not doing anything or getting rid of the issue.

A very quiet and tree lined facility that is well maintained. Our apartment is a generous size and has lots of closet space. Other tenants are very nice and polite. And the facilities like the gym, pool and tennis courts are a great addition.

Park at Abernathy has been nothing short of amazing! I have had no issues every time I need something repaired maintenance shows up and fixes the problem no issues! They care about their residents from the holidays to the children's vacations from schools they have something planned to celebrate! The communities well kept. I love it there

Great Place!

I’ve lived here for five years, and the staff has been wonderful. The office team is always friendly, and maintenance is quick and efficient—they usually complete my work orders within hours. I definitely plan on renewing my lease when the time comes!

Amazing staff and good location

The moving experience was great. The apartment is conveniently located near major amenities, I-285, Costco, and is in a nice neighborhood. The staff is always cooperative and helpful. Common areas are clean, and the playground is well-kept. However, the swimming pool and gym are quite small for such a large community.

Amazing staff

Beautiful place to live

I Living at park at Abernathy for over 6 years is a place peaceful and quiet . And always when a request a maintenance for any issue they came over my apartment same day to fixing it and always answered the phone Marcus Mosby is very nice and polite to help me. My daughter love the pool and enjoy it on spring time

10/10 would not recommend, this place is disgusting and old. There are roaches, water bugs, smaller black bugs, gnats, yellow jackets and rodents that eat your trash. So if you like that, come on down

While there are community rules and regulations, it does not appear that things are being upheld and enforced. For example there are multiple occurrences of free-roaming pets off leash, marijuana usage, and cars in disrepair and being worked on in the parking lot. Overall, the bottom of the hill (closer to the lower 6989 building parking lot) is in disrepair and looks way worse (in comparison) to the rest of the campus. The dumpster by the exit being overfull almost every time i drive by is borderline abhorrent. There should be no reason there's one functioning dumpster for the entire community where animals (which I have seen many) can get into trash.

Despite multiple reports to the leasing office, these problems remain unresolved, which has significantly impacted my comfort and satisfaction. In the future I do hope things will improve.

Darrell is very professional and kind. He's able to answer any maintenance related questions that I may have. He brought over my new valet trash can and knocked the door to ensure that I knew that the item was delivered and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I really appreciated that.

My toilet was repaired within 45 minutes.

I lived here 14-15 years. Of the three management/ maintenance companies I’ve been through Ram is the best. The office staff are all experienced and knowledgeable and I’ve never had any issues, problems or complaints. Maintenance staff is the same. The grounds and amenities are exceptional. ????

Timely Fix

Maintenance came and fixed my a/c super quickly, and spotted a leak from the above apartment and got that fixed too. The tech was super nice and took the time to explain everything that was fixed. 5 stars.

Some service requests take a while to get to and they will send you a text and email saying it has been completed and it is not. A few things I have just done myself to get them done faster instead of going back and forth. Beyond that the property is great and its in a wonderful spot in to still get into the permitter without living in it.

Microwave Repair

Juan was great when fixing my microwave. He explained everything that needed to be done and completed it in a quick manor. He has also checked other issues that i have reported in the past quickly and is always knowledgeable and easy to work with.
