I’m not sure, but this doesn’t seem like a gated community, the gate stays open and the roads needs maintenance. Seems like a nice community outside of those things. The location if this neighborhood is perfect and I hope to get to know and enjoy my neighbors

Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible This Pace Is Not Fit To Live In There Is No Lighting At Night And The So Called Gated Community Stays Wide Open. Something Is Always Broken The Staff Is Rude As Maintenance Do Not Fo Their Job. I Would Not Recommend This Place To Anyone.

I love my apartment and community I’m in moving here from NYC has been a blessing to me. The peace and quiet and beautiful development I am happy and at peace. The staff here is amazing and they keep the development clean and fix anything I need done in a timely manner. Thank you!!

Good luck. Maintenance staff is less than great, leasing office staff and practices are even worse. Communications about the community are always inaccurate or lacking in detail and we don't get anywhere close to the services and amenities we pay for. Leasing office has no way to contact it other than foot traffic. No working phones ( for a year at least now) and no email to contact. Good. Luck.

The fact that I've been a resident as long as I have says it all. Management has been responsive to any and all needs in a timely fashion. The community is well-positioned in terms of shopping availability and transportation outlets. It's a quiet, clean and great neighborhood.

It’s cool. Friendly. Neighbors are quiet. Nice place to walk around to get your steps in. Kinda kid friendly only because people drive crazy like me. I’ll do better. Hmm the bugs are crazy here but nothing yall can control.

Yall need to fix that office phone, don’t wanna have to keep walking to the office if there’s a problem. I don’t know what the pest control people are using but it ain’t working, someone gotta change… don’t get me started about trash valet, Oh My God?!!! Them guys are horrible they leave track on the curb in the parking lot

The location is excellent. JAV is close to the expressway, grocery stories, parks, etc. With the exception of a few unresolved issues, the community provides a decent quality of life. I feel safe living here.

Are we ever going to fix the grill by the pool? It seems the office isn't aware that it is broken. The pool area is one of the reasons I signed the lease, I was hoping to be able to grill out and entertain guests. Please advise...

Pretty good community. I enjoy the area. I like the staff. They are responsive to my requests. I highly recommend these apartments. There is heavy kid play so people need to be careful while driving through the neighborhood. They are some of the most affordable in the area so I hope they stay that way!

The staff is super friendly and always helpful! The property is always clean and if there is an issue, it get resolved promptly. I am so glad I’m staying in this place and plan to be here for a long time!

There has been issues since Day 1 of me moving into this complex. Please believe the bad reviews. Constant water leaks, maintenance barely knows how to fix anything. Front gate has been open since I toured the complex. Appearance of the complex is terrible. Buildings need pressure washing, trees need to be cut down. It seems like all of your money is just going into unnecessary upgrades and to the workers.

A lot of kids. Average buildings. Staff is alright some of them are unprofessional. Billing services are difficult to navigate. Maintenance come is quickly. Inside was fairly clean when I moved in. Front office almost never answers the phone.

So far it’s good and wants to continue one more year in this place. It’s spacious and near to all the shopping complexes and food. School ratings are in medium range and safety wise good to live. I would recommend to friends stayed nearby apartment to move here.

2.7 stars for the sake of the poor renovations and roach infestation and constant inconveniences. I love the New management team, but they have a lot to fix from the previous managers unfortunately. Over all when you take away the roaches and outdated units and inconveniences ever other week it’s not a bad place.

It has been a above average rated community for a budget friendly and lively community. Has some areas of improvement but nothing that makes the place not suitable for living! Has a very friendly group of people living for quiet some time. Have a healthy environment for kids to socialize and enjoy!

Some suggestions would be not just have 1 pizza party but actually engage with residents more. There seems to be no culture in this community, everyone’s doing their own thing. Fix the front gate and make it more exclusive for residents that actually live here instead of having one open all day. Also, to have both sides working to make it more convenient. The mailroom should not be hard to get into. The codes barely work and it’s confusing. There needs to be Amazon lockers in place of the older mailroom. And there needs to be a stop sign in between streets where crossroads intersect and where there’s a possibility of hitting another car while exiting could possibly occur. These are suggestions. I love my apartment, it’s quiet (ie: can’t hear my neighbor) beautiful scenery, I love Junction at Vinings and how they maintain the outdoor spaces. I absolutely love how my stackable washer/dryer stopped working and I received a brand new because the last one was outdated. I love the valet trash! I love the complimentary parking, and the access to get into the side entrance with my key phobe! So there are some goods, some bads, all in all, i’m thankful to have been approved and live here.

My experience here isn’t bad it’s just some things can be better as high as rent here & some days I can’t reach the office & maybe they are busy with other things, but overall I don’t won’t complain, it’s quiet, peaceful & I like they do things for the children which is very nice.

Poor Maintenance and Service staff, Service Tickets are closed without addressing. Community is good by maintenance is really very very poor. You need to walk to leasing office mutiple times for mutiple weeks Just for Indoor Pest control

Q: I request the Vining's corner to enable auto payment.... It's ridiculous when we miss to pay with in first 3 days of month, vining corner charge 100$ as fine money. I m affected one we are paying fine money for the 3 Rd time which 300$ gain to vinings corner.i feel auto payment should be enable for God sake.... Will auto payment will be enable?
