Disappointed about this apartment complex. I have to deal with roaches, noisy neighbors, trash in front of my door, trash in the gym, high rent with fees that I don't feel like I should pay, gate is always broken.

Only rent is good. No proper maintenance they don’t respond to mails and complains all over cockroaches, mosquito and rats when I rent the apartment they don’t even clean the apartment I ask them they don’t clean properly they don’t even respond to me

Staff especially Mona is very rude and not professional at all maintenance tickets were closed without completion had to follow up multiple times and they show signs of racism and the rent rate is too much they are keep on increasing where the same 2B/2B is available for less rent

I have been highly disappointed the past couple years. Maintenance has been extremely negligent, office staff don't seem to care. The upkeep of the property has declined. Mailbox doors were torn off for months , office sent residents mail to the local post office and we could only retrieve on Fridays, garbage was piled at the dumpster for days. We pay for garbage service get pick up garbage during the week from front porch and they continue to miss it.

Terrible. Would not recommend living here to anyone. Cockroaches and water bugs galore, maintenance does respond to service requests they don’t deem important, unreasonable staff when it comes to issues concerning anything!!

Community has been quiet, fairly clean. However, amenities from apartment to gate has been poor. Our apartment is renovated and the quality is way below par. We haven’t had a month without issues and issues are not acknowledged and never fixed for weeks. Disappointing would be the word.

Black Mold and Roach Infested

Beware Black Mold and Roach Infested. Roaches are in my walls, food, electronics.. after many complaints nothing serious was done.  At this point the whole building is infested as neighbors are having the same issue. Hearing animals in the walls. Appliances keep breaking. Don't waste your time here!!! The owners could careless about the condition of the apartmemts!! They just continue to raise prices regardless of the condition of the apartments and make no effort to fix the problems. They still require you to pay in full for breaking the lease even though they aren't doing their part by providing livable apartments. We also pay for valet trash that is very unreliable. Often times they don't pick up the trash and animals break open bags and you are responsible for the cleanup and bugs that have accumulated all over it. The office responds by write an email...Trash compactor continues to overflow and rats are everywhere... This place has low reviews for a reason!!!

HORRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE

Avoid moving here! Floor plans look nice but very very cheap Labor! Everything broke within first week! Maintenance and leasing office ignores al requests and calls and emails! Ever gave me replacement mailbox key so unable to get mail for more than a month the post office tol my mail! Rats by dumpster! Leasing office bad attitude, broken ac, Cheap tub cracking and paint chip just by lightly cleaning. Forced rent increase more than $100 for services you don’t use! Cheap service and quality but charges arm and leg! Run! Ad bugs!!! I mean spiders roaches etc! Pest control never comes valet never comes but you are forced to pay! I hate that I lived here thinking of breaking lease

The exterior on the complex is appealing. The interior remodel look very rushed and poorly done. Peel in stick flooring that is not staying flat. Leaky drains. Poor paint jobs. Inadequate pest control.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody living here and I haven’t even been here two weeks yet. There is a bad roach problem, water leaks, leasing staff is SEVERELY unprofessional and disorganized, bad communication, apartments aren’t actually fully renovated like they say, and maintenance crew is HORRIBLE.

I Would not recommend this community to anyone. Mainly for 2 reason - 1. leasing staff is rude. 2. Any maintenance request would take minimum 2 months. Even an emergency request will not be addressed by the maintenance team.

I don’t think you’d want to use my comment for marketing purposes, but you can. I would never live here ever again, nor would I recommend that someone would. They charge luxury apartment prices for places with caulking that’s spread onto the LVT, painted on counters, black appliances, broken washers, and leaking pipes. You can’t blame anyone for things breaking or pipes leaking, but you can be upset when maintenance is never a priority for the main fence crew because their too busy riding around on golf carts policing the Indian community who allows their children to play unsupervised in the parking lot, and even when supervised do not police their own children. The gate has been broken through my entire time living here, while only functioning a month or two combined my entire year living here. Maintenance is a joke here.

The location of the property is convenient to many areas in a short amount of time. The rent is reasonable but not cheap. The master bedroom closet is very well organized and allows for maximum use of space. Before COVID, maintenance requests were processed more timely. Since COVID, maintenance requests have taken longer to complete.

Service is worst they are not at all coming to Apartment. The community is in a great location. The safety is no issue and people are friendly. The issue is the maintenance staffing issue. We have had several work orders that have taken weeks up to a month for them to take a look at. They also dont communicate effectively whether it be the staff at the resident building or the maintenance staff.

Apartments are great but only the problem is with leasing office staff and that too not every one only one person is really rude when we approach for anything. Dont want to mention the name but it would be great if there are some nicer leasing office staff . We understand there are people That give leasing staff a hard time but not every person is same.

It took more than 2 months before maintenance staff took up the request. Total work time was about 15 minutes but I had to wait for more than 2 month. This delay is unacceptable. Same issue happened with when mailbox was broken few months ago. Took them nearly 4 months to fix the mailbox and we were forced to pickup mail once a week from post office.
