Junction is awesome! Jaia, our leasing officer, was super professional, friendly, and kind throughout the whole process. Also really good with communication. Maintenance is a little rough. Our apartment had a leaking sink, broke water heater, broke dishwasher, and dirty air filter that we have had to hound to get fixed. But other than that the community is friendly and fun and quiet. So we can give a little grace for the maintenance :)

    It has not been good. Mosquitoes are a horrible issue due to the poor grounds keeping Children damage property and ruin community amenities. It took over 3 weeks to fix my AC and I had this loud portable. My ceiling fell in after being allowed to leak before a maintenance return call and lastly my apartment flooded following no response to an emergency issue that cause damage to my property and resulted in an insurance cla that COST ME

        This is a great community. I recommend it to everyone who has kids and is family oriented. The staff is amazing and the maintenance is prompt. We need more communities like this that actually care about what the residents need to be happy.

          I recently moved into Junction at Vinings, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. The apartment itself is fantastic with no issues whatsoever. The community is wonderful, and I've felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location is also perfect, providing convenient access to everything I need. Overall, I'm very happy with my new home and highly recommend Junction at Vinings to anyone looking for a great place to live.

            Overall experience is good .. Maintenance team and staff department are promptly acting on requests . Community is clean and well maintained as well. It would be great if the usps mail box issue is resolved promptly.

              I moved in on April 29- this move felt like the agent was more concerned about the sale than the actually integrity of the community. “Move-in” is a loose term used on this properly. It’s lacks keen eye to visible detail/imperfections, ie spiders webs and holes in walls. I was given a dirty, dusty and broken apartment. It’s been 3 weeks that we have been working on getting my air conditioner to work. Currently it still does not work properly and the vendors have come out twice. No one should experience mold, scared mirrors, poorly resurfacing of tub etc. The managers are were slow to assist, yet has attempted to find a solution lately for a/c. I called Melissa Kirkpatrick twice over the past two and still have not received a call. As of today, I am awaiting a scheduled meeting and /or phone to create a plan to execute a strategy plan to have what was undone to be completed/fixed/repairs/replaced.

                I had a horrible experience moving in the upgraded or renovated apartment. Not about this apartment was renovated other than the fact that it doesn’t have carpet. The floor was Changed the day after my move in date. No one took their time to make sure that this apartment was ready. My bath tub looks like a mess, the whole thing looks like a cheap fixer upper project that was glued together without any care.

                    Definition of Horrible - Junction at Vinings

                    I have stayed in multiple rental apartments in different US states for the last 10 years but never had a bitter experience like staying in Junction at Vining. To start with – its very old apartment with lot of issues that every other day you had to raise a maintenance request and wait for service person to turn up. Few things they close and few others they ignore and close the service request with no proper reason. Their mailbox is broken for last 5 months and it impacted nearly 70 apartments, but they never cared to repair it, the residents had to literally go to USPS office during office hours and wait outside to collect their own mails. When we follow up regarding this to leasing office, they come up with fancy reasons, but issue persists for nearly 4-5 months by now with no ETA to fix. Rest assured this apartment is well known for cohabitants like roach, rats, bees, wasps and etc . So, you want to live a horrible life for saving small pennies, prefer this apartment or stay out of it. Hope their management takes little step to resolve basic issues and making it a habitable one.

                        0/10 would not recommend. The apartment complex hasn’t resolved mold issues with my unit. They have been delaying the process due to the inability to have a vendor come at a specific time. This has been taxing on my physical and mental health.

                          Community is good only because of neighborhood facilities like school, stores, food, transportation. But rates are not worth as compared to state of offered amenities and features. Nature surrounding is good but at the same time problem of mosquitoes, insects and roaches is irritating.

                            Please fix the broken gates and as well as mail box. My mailbox is broken and not getting it fixed even after submitting a maintenance order. Only suggestion I keep getting is for now please collect the letter from USPS directly. With both the entrance gates broken, anyone could get into the community at any time. This is a big security issue.

                              Overall these years my experience has had it's ups and downs, depending on the current owners and management company. I am not one who enjoys moving, so I have obviously been fine with my location. Even though my apartment has not been renovated in maybe 35 years or more, I stay because I really like this area.

                                Do not move here. Roaches in the apartments. Rats in parking lot. Staff not friendly, knowledgeable, and inconsistencies in information {{(from several/different managers) and promises to repair/upgrade unit}}. Garbage on grounds. Noisy neighbors. Family and kids playing in the street/parking lot. Witnessed road rage in parking lot this morning. Pet owners do not clean up their disgusting dog poop - especially the large dog owners. Residents block the gate and parking lot when cars are trying to pass. Unsupervised children are a nuisance and damage personal property (cars, infrastructure, etc.). Laundry list of items; too many to list.

                                  The community maintenance underwent a change and it is the worst since then. The new maintenance works just to get good Google reviews and once reviewed they just do not care. The old maintenance people at least cared to complete the service request though they were slow

                                    I can't write what I really feel since my opinion of JAV has declined greatly in the past two years. I loved living here previously. Now I feel like the management team doesn't care about us. That's a shame after being residents for almost 15 years.

                                      Maintenance fixes

                                      Maintenance techs are friendly and respond to work orders on time. If there is a delay, they communicate this to residents when they can. Pierre is a friendly maintenance tech and make residents feel comfortable while also providing optimal service for said issue.

                                        This is Very Nice Community for the people who like traditional way of living. I don't prefer Modern Homes so I choose this, also it has good neighborhood and good for Children Schooling. Inside home is spacious so it gives us better living.

                                          In three years that I have lived here we have gone through over 20 Maintenance Man. We now have our third set of office employees since I have been here and it seems like every time things change in the office the style in manner in which it is conducted changes for the worse.

                                            THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES, WATER BUGS AND every disgusting creature you can imagine. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Especially if you have small children. I have never been so disgusted by the level of roaches and water bugs ever in my life. I’ve tried requesting staff to come and spray my apartment for WEEKS now. The only thing they have done was made empty promises telling me that will make an “exception” by adding me to the list of 20 other units that have the same bug issue. There’s NO REASON I should have to pick myself and my child in our room so these HUGE water bugs no longer fly all around us. I am sooo disgusted and simply over living here. My lease isn’t up until winter but i am looking for a new place of residence right now. Never again will i give Junction at Vinings another one of hard earned dollars. The staff is so lazy and have zero sense of urgency about helping us who live here. Nothing Ahmad changed with these big issue in my apartment and no one has done a thing about this— i have at least 20 water bugs in my unit a week. Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE! Please don’t!

                                              Maintenance is better than before and needs continuous improvement. Trash area needs to be improved as we can see 100s of rat holes on the ground. Also there was mail box compartment issue for more than 2 months. Staffs needs to be more helpful as I have seen asking for replacement mail box keys verbally but I never got it until I placed request online. Even when my friend took a new apartment they asked to do everything online and just gave a paper info of the apartment that are available.

                                                I have had an overall bad moving in experience moving into a dirty apartment. I was moved to a newer unit, but I am still finding little things here and there that could have easily been resolved by someone actually taking the time to thoroughly inspect the apartment before moving someone in. I cannot say I will be resigning my lease for another year. It is also very hard to get a response via email from the leasing office, I always have to call more than once.

It's ridiculous when we miss to pay with in first 3 days of month, vining corner charge 100$ as fine money. I m affected one we are paying fine money for the 3 Rd time which 300$ gain to vinings corner.i feel auto payment should be enable for God sake.... Will auto payment will be enable?
