Not satisfied with the maintenance services we have few issue in the apartment from first day of move-in and also we have informed multiple time to Leasing office but no one come for repair as of now. We are daily facing problems. Very very worst experience in this community.

Terrible. This place has so many issues. They have roaches in every apartment and they are constantly having issues the gate and other units. The noise is terrible and the courtesy officer does not do anything.

It’s going on a month now since I moved in and so far everything is great! Move in process was fast I got everything I need done and ready so once it was move in day they gave me a break down and my keys the whole process was excellent the staff was amazing I had to honor of getting King Prince he was AMAZING!!!

The less said the better because it will then come back bite me when terminating my lease. Nobody to answer the phone lines have to send them emails and voicemails to receive a response. Haven't heard of this kind of service yet.

I was overcharged for water and sewer for four years, but my property manager, Christy has taken care of that, except for the four years prior! I do feel that I am owed for what I overpaid for the four years!

Please reach out to residents for solving issues There is below issues reported and no response Please find attached the Inventory and Attachment form, duly filled. Apart from this, I have some more questions and requests that need your attention: 1. The fireplace in the house is completely dirty and requires cleaning. Additionally, it is missing the key for the opener. 2. The racks in the closet are very limited, and we need additional shelving there. 3. The outdoor porch 2410 is not in good condition and is infested with spiders. We need pest control measures taken, as well as a thorough cleaning to address the spider nest issue. 4. There is an issue with the bath hose in the bathroom; it seems to be loosening up.

Good but it would be better if there would be more cleanness in public areas. Most of the surrounding gardens or public areas have lots of trash and nobody comes to clean that up. Buildings are never water cleaned from out side so it looks very old and dirty.

Community staff handling an issue and fixed it. I am happy to stay and recommend to my friend if anyone need accommodation. I am getting good response from leasing office as well. I am expecting to continue your good support in upcoming days.

Have really enjoyed it. I would like to keep leasing for a while. Landscaping is great. They even try to get the ancient gates to work properly. Maintenance is always fast and friendly. I just like the feel of the community.

The leasing staff is absolutely amazing! Mariah, the assistant property manager, made my entire moving process sweat less. From touring the apartment to signing the lease, Mariah made sure I was happy with my decision to lease with Junction at Vinings.

The staff is amazing!! Especially Kristy! Thanks for all you do! I have been nothing but pleased with how my request have been handled. My area has been very clean and the community is full of active neighbors that appear to be enjoying our clean community as well. It’s been great.

The maintenance team has responded well on our service request. They turned up quickly and looked at the problem and resolved the issue in couple of days by replacing the stove. Special thanks to King (leasing office) for responding well whenever we approach him for any issues in the community.

My experience at junction has improved greatly over the last few months. They have (mostly) resolved the gate problems and the office has been very kind and responsive. Maintenance has been great with addressing our requests, too.

My husband and I cannot wait to leave this property. We have been living in apartments for about a decade, and this has by far been the worst. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional. We rarely get maintenance to our apartment. Our maintenance requests get marked as "completed" when no one has contacted us or visited the unit. The complex is littered with trash and pests. We will not be renewing our lease, and wed even break the lease if the fee wasn't so expensive.

Community got better with new management but since Covid they had shortage of staff. Maintenance are comparatively slower. Gym equipments are broken and had no maintenance at all . Hoping they will fix it .

Junction at Vinings was one of the two places, out of the twelve I called, that answered the phone immediately during my apartment search. Everyone in the office has been nothing but nice and helpful during the process. All of my neighbors have lived here for years and are quiet and respectful. It’s in a great location! Close to the highway, shopping, and the battery, all while feeling secluded in the woods.

I am unhappy and I feel like I overpaid for a lower quality unit. The rental rate for the what you receive is not at all fair. I feel likecI lowered my standards being stuck in this lease for a year. I have never had to deal with insects or roaches ever so to have to at almost $1600 a month is unacceptable.

Very quiet and peaceful community. We are in a location close to all of Smyrnas attractions. The community has group events like outdoor movies. The complex is big but on hills so its spread out, if you are an outdoors person this community is for you.

Just moved to Junction at Vinings, it is great so far, no complaints. Apartment has all Amenities, good neighbourhood, management was very helpful with move in, simple process and they were patient and gave proper responses.

Management team at this property is horrible. Trash all over the property, gates broke, mailbox area dirty and MB doors broke, inconsiderate neighbors and management says there is nothing they can do. Landscaping is poor due to children hanging in trees.

Staff is rude and unprofessional and they can never help with anything. You always have to wait until a manager is in the office and then you as the resident have to run behind to resolve whatever issue you are facing. I’ve experienced all kinds of issues with this community from keys, to the gates are never working, garbage bin over piled for days at a time, washing machine being left in the middle of the kitchen and many more but the worst of all is the lack of customer service and communication to the residents.
